i was a little worried reading the summaries here.... Then when i rec'd an email stating there was a problem with my order i really started to worry. I spoke with a Sorin in Sales/Service. I tell you, he put the service back into customer service. Long story short, my p4 1.9ghz wasnt avail (oem), so they were UPGRADING me to retail box version..then shipped it 3-day select, and followed up with a personal email as promised.
It's the little things that make the biggest difference. I will Most definately order from them again.

I was not impressed with the BZ Boyz.
I ordered an Abit KG-7 Motherboard with AMD XP1700 CPU and 256 Meg DDR. I paid for their "pre-test before ship option" (what a bunch of bunk.) On delivery, the board would not even POST, I got a RAM error code. I e-mailed, then called and got an RMA, shipped it back and didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks. When they finally did get back to me, they told me that the items were not defective and that they were going to charge a restocking fee. When I pressed them on it, they then said that the motherboard was in fact defective. After that, they didn't e-mail for another week or so and ignored an e-mail I sent asking about the status of the RMA. I finally received my working board on March 18th, about 1 & 1/2 months after the order was placed.
The moral of the story.. buyer beware... I don't think these guys have their poop in a group. I will not be ordering from them again and I do not recommend that others do. Next time I will be sure to consult reseller ratings before making a purchase.

I ordered a motherboard/cpu/cooler combo on the 12th. Today I call and am told the order was shipped and signed for. There records show it as delivered to Texas, I'm many many states away from Texas.
Three emails are ignored, one phone call that I was told would be returned was not. I was then told that they would file a claim with the shipping company for a lost package. I asked if they would ship out another one to me this time and was told that I would have to be charged again!!!
After I told them I was calling the credit card company to deny their charges, I was told they would ship another package ups ground.

Eventhough we understand your fraustrations, please note we do not control UPS - Obviously the package was lost.
On top YOU chose not to get INSURANCE when you made the purchase, we were able to show we shipped the package
Even though you had not purchased insurance -we did called ups and placed tracer and will file a claim on your behalf. |

Had a few problems with the inital order (I forgot to add something before I completed the online transaction) and my order was ammended within 10 minutes of emailing Customer support. Also had a stock problem with another item I ordered I was offered a VERY good deal on a alternative upgraded product !!

Ordered MOBO, CPU and fan. Everything went very smoothly. Would definitely buy from them again as prices were outstanding.

I ordered a Motherboard and processor from this company. One of the main reasons I chose them was price, but also was the fact that they are one of the few online retailers that offer APO shipping.
They were fast in delivery and all items were included with no problems

Where is my product? When will it be shipped? I have waited four days for these people to send me a confirmation that my item has been shipped, but to no avail. Not only this, but I have also emailed them about six times and have recieved no response. I will call the police if arrival of my product does not occur soon.

VERY pleased! Their prices match pricewatch.com, they were out of stock on my RAM I had ordered and they emailed me with a cell # to call. The man who answered was very plesant and offered me better RAM for the same cost. My order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Will do business with them again and again...

Well, I purchased a mobo and cpu setup from these guys. My main gripe is that if you have a problem, you will continue to have a problem for months. It took about 1.5 months to get an rma issue resolved. What a joke..
if you order something with no moving parts then its a good idea to order from these guys... if it can break... its worth the cost to go buy it from another company

This supplier was extremely uncooperative when I received a defective piece of merchandise. It took me from September 11th 2001 until today, March 12, 2002 to finally come to a resolved transaction. I was forced to charge back BZ BOYZ through my credit card company and when I returned the item in question they refused it. I received a call from BZ BOYZ today requesting their merchandise be returned again with a toll number for me to call them with for yet another shipping address.
I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy for fear that you may resolve your indifferences one day and have to answer for the referral.
I did get my money back but only through the help of my credit card company.

There definatly was a problem but the issue was resolved with customer - very amicably - to the point that there is very warm relationship with the customer now.

If you are only buying memory and you don't need to deal with customer service for anything, you'll be alright. I've ordered memory from BzBoyz twice, and the first time went with no problems, memory was sent Priority Mail and I received it ontime. The second time, I used a credit card that wouldn't go through their processor so I selected "call to verify" and I waited 2 days for them to call and when I missed the call I had to call back a number of times because the line was busy or the person I would get in touch with would either put me on hold or I would get hung up on somehow. The person I dealt with on the phone didn't seem to understand that I had to give her my credit card number in order to finish the transaction. Once this was out of the way, the order came as requested. Their service is horrible but their memory works for me. I would look for a more responsive and better handled memory vendor in the future.
