I also need to contact these guys - i have had a few good purchases and a couple that i needed to RMA. I recieved the RMA instructions on both purchases, sent them both out at our expense one day apart, recieved confirmation of receipt and only got the first exchange, the second.. well still waiting for the exchange - i've been trying to get through since october 13th when they signed for the delivery. I've heard NOTHING from them, website under maintenance, service and sales phone numbers ring no answer, no response from service, rma, or sales email addresses. looks like they're out of biz. and I'm out $90 + return shipping. I found them through Pricewatch.com not ebay, they are no longer selling on pricewatch either.
So now what?.....

Ordered 2x2GB DDR2 from ebay and it does not work. Tried to contact Bzboyz several times with no luck. I am waiting the paypal refund. Logged in ebay to leave negative feedback and what a surprise - Bzboyz is no longer ebay registered member and all his recent feedbacks are negative complaining that memory does not work or no shipment!

Stay away from this seller, he is cheater,he never responds to complain emails.
Hey Bzboyz i want you in the jail until your last breathe.

I ordered a video card from bzboyz online in June. As it turned out I have a low profile computer and the card would not fit. I followed the return policy and sent the card back under RMA #180922R. As of October 23, no refund has been received and the bzboyz.com website is down so I have no phone number contact. I have emailed them with no response. Very unhappy.....

I ordered 1GB of DDR2 PC6400 800Mhz Ram. Bzboyz send me something with a sticker on it with "800MHz" printed. Popped it into my machine but did not increase my total RAM. Not only did it not work, it also "slowed" down my original RAM speed from 800Mhz to 667MHz.
I checked the part number at Samsungs website and found out that the RAM is actually DDR2 PC3200 400MHz RAM. Bzboys are intentionally trying to pawn off 400MHz RAM as 800 MHz. Crooks. This review was modified by its author, kpng, on

We do not manufacture any of the products we sell. We purchase from several vendors and ones we feel are reliable in terms of the products they sell. If memory is not compatible with a particular system it will not work properly if at all. We have offered a full refund and once we receive the items back we will look present this to our vendor. Howver, generally speaking, memory chips are purchased by many manufacturers and the speed at which they run would be determined by the SPD. The chip itself would not be the prime factor in determining the memory modules speed. |

Had some BZBOY ram go bad. Their guarantee is worthless as the replacement ram is not guaranteed to work as noted in their comments to me below. AVOID these guys and buy some real ram locally and save yourself a LOT of grief.....
In an email, they stated that are sorry to hear that my memory is not working for me. The memory comes with a lifetime warranty; therefore, if it is defective, they would be happy to replace it with a new memory stick.
--> Here's the kicker <--
They wanted to exchange my item with a replacement and test the replacement before they sent it back to me; however they cannot guarantee that it will work on my motherboard.
UPDATE -> PLEASE IGNORE the followup post by BZBoyz, ResellerRatings was providied with all the pertinent information & accepted.
I have purchased a total of eight pieces of memory in the past from these untruthful vendors.
The ram purchased was LOW DENSITY, which they had confirmed would work with my MB's.
Please purchase NAME BRAND ram from your local vendor and save yourself the grief & expense with dealing these guys.....

We are very sorry for any problems with your order. We cannot find any record of this order. The order number provided was not ours. However, if this customer had purchased generic memory, we cannot guarantee it will work with ANY system. Even branded memory such as Kingston is not guaranteed to work in every system. They will only guarantee that a particular memory will work in a particular motherboard/computer. That is because they test their memory with most of the major systems in the market. Generic is not tested with every system and their specifications meet general standards. |

I ordered two 1 gig sticks of PC3200 400 mh low density memory for a new computer I was building and two sticks to upgrade my present computer which I also built. Same mother board, SOYO high end with 4 slots for 4 gig of memory. Same processor, Intel 2.4 hz. Same hard drives 200 gig SATA. Same CDRoms, HP Lightscribe and Cd-RW. Memory sent installed did not work. Returned, new memory sent again did not work, returned for refind. Bought same memory fron another sorce, workes perfectfully. I am not new to computers, a new Commodor 64 was first. Their explanation, they use "Generic memory" that dose not always work.I was charged 29% of my original purchase cost for "shipping and handeling". Keep in mind I paid to send this stuff back twice and it was defective. Please think twice prior to buying from this store. Good memory cost me $5.00 more than I paid for the junk they sell. In todays market over 29% to return a defctive part is robbery.

We are very sorry the memory did not work for you. No memory, even branded memory like Kingstons work with every motherboard in the market. The difference is that branded memory has been tested with specific chipsets and is guaranteed to work with those chipsets. With generic memory they work with most systems; however, it can very by manufacturer. We purchase thousands of generic memory from various vendors and one memory from one vendor may work for you while another may not.
In any case, we have given you a full refund including the original shipping and handling. In addition we have given you an additional refund to help alleviate some of your shipping costs.
Once again, we are sorry for the time and effort you have spent on this purchase.
Thank you,
Bzboyz

I ordered a Biostar TFORCE 945P Socket 775 motherboard and received on 09-02-08.I put the board in a brand new case, and set up it up as instructed in the manual.I put in a brand new PentiumD CPU and thermaltake heatsink.I powered on and nothing. The heatsink fan comes on so as all the optical drives and power lights.Still no video nor the monitor light changed to green.I am using a 8400GS PCIe vidoe card.Tried a regular PCI card, still nothing.Took the CPU out and put it in my MSI 945P motherboard along with the video card and memory.Worked perfect.Removed everything and pu them back in the Biostar board and nothing. Conclusion:bad board.Call BZBoyz and I spoke to someone who spoke broken English and was told that I had to speak to tech support. They told me what to do and I said I already did all that.I have build over 100 computer systems already so I know that I am not green to this. They then told me that I will have to send it for testing and will be billed about $35+ shipping both ways.I told them that I wanted a refund and was then informed that I had to pay a restocking fee+the current value of the dead board which I had pay for $56.What a RIPOFF from these scam artists posing as online retailers. These are a bunch of NO GOOD CROOKS.I do not understand why the State Attorney's office can't shut them down and haul them off to jail for embezzlement.I called my bank and was refunded only $34.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.In my opinion this is a dishonest way of conducting business and will never ever buy from them again.I fervently hope that this business goes under.BUY FROM NEWEGG.NEWEGG ROCKS

I talked to two different sales people at Bzboyz and they both assured me that the CPU I was purchasing was covered by a one year warranty from them. They sent the order to the wrong address so it was a good week late getting to me and when I didn't see the warranty verbiage on the invoice as they had promised, this is the response I got when I made an inquiry about the issue:
Hi
We apologize for the inconveniency caused to you. Bzboyz does give 1year warranty with motherboard / cpu combo. May be our representative understood that you are going for motherboard along with cpu, so that is the one possibility where we inform customer that Bzboyz gives 1 year warranty on cpu along with motherboard, where we even give this in writing in invoice copy. However for CPU and CPU alone we give only 30days warranty for OEM processors.
So there is no chance of assuring of 1yr warranty to customer. However if this has happened to you, we apologize and take care of such issues.
Regards
Jenny
Jenny is one of the ones that had told me there was a 1 year warranty on the OEM chip and the misunderstanding about a combo was not at all accurate short of calling them all liars; there was never any discussion of a combo.
Buy from these people at your own risk because communication is a huge factor as you can plainly see.

We are terribly sorry for the miscommunication. We have tried to contact you, but have not received a reply. Normally CPUs only come with a 30 day warranty unless we are offering some type of promotion. We have noted your order, and have given you a 1 year warranty. It will expire on 1/9/2009. Again we apologize that you were not satisfied with our service. |

Do not buy from this company. Out of 7 items I ordered, 5 had to be substituted. Was charged extra in downgrading most of those parts as well. Paid for expedited shipping, took nearly 2 weeks for them to ship. Also received the wrong graphics card, I ordered one with a vga and dvi port on it, The one I got has vga only. The company is refusing to work with me, saying they forwarded my issue to their "concern department" they have yet to contact me in over two weeks. Company will be reported to the better business bureau, the state attorney general, and I am filing for a chargeback with my bank. BUYER BEWARE

Refused to ship my order without paying extra money. Proved my card was valid by its authorization, validated the phone number on file with the card, and verified order by voice. I even offered to let them ship to the billing address of the card, but they still refused to send my order. They kept insisting I had to pay $10 additional for USPS even though I provided a shipping address where UPS delivered (which is what I paid for). Bait-and-switch / scam business, obviously.

By far, the worst eBay Store I ever encountered. This seller usually takes 3 days to reply to an email, and the replies are usually irrelevant form letters. I finally got fed up with this seller, so I explicitly asked for an RMA number per store policy. In response, bzboyz sent yet another irrelevant email about their general store policies. I emailed a second request, but bzboyz offered an RMA for $16.95 instead of $78.39, violating his own store policy. I called the owner, described my intention to notify law enforcement, and he suddenly became very cooperative. I eventually received the refund, then rated him negatively on eBay. He soon rated me negatively on eBay, the first time any seller did that. I checked into this, and discovered bzboyz always leaves negative feedback for every eBayer who rates him negatively. Thus, he never rates an ebayer until he first finds out whether they rate him positively or negatively. Perhaps he does not give feedback first so he can try strongarming the buyer into mutually withdrawing their negative feedback, a sleazy tactic to keep his eBay feedback score artificially high. I would never buy anything from bzboyz again.

I purchased two sticks of PC2700 DDR from this scam shop. They were supposedly Samsung brand but looked like some cheapo rip off stuff. The RAM was DOA and have been trying to RMA it now for over a week. They say I need to include an RMA form to send it back but they won't send me an RMA form. They also say the RMA number is only valid for 5 days and they must recieve the return within 15 days. This is impossible because they won't send the RMA form so I can return this. STAY AWAY!! I was ripped of for $78.00 Don't let his happen to you!

I am really, really, really annoyed.
The product they advertised when Samsung RAM, when I first got the product I noticed that it wasn't in retail packaging it was just in a plastic bag. Second, the warranty mentioned on the ram was like one of those tags on an item in a grocery store. It didn't look very legit. As I tried to get the product to work I discovered it was DOA. I'm really mad now because the return policy says I will get charged $35, if I am wrong that it was DOA. Or, that if I return the product I will have to pay 15% restocking fee, oh, but that's not it. They don't refund you 15% of what you paid, but rather 15% of the market value of the product which they make lower so that they can take more money from you. Because of my annoyance, I am doing the following things.
1) Going to their office.
2) Filing a claim with paypal.
3) Filing a claim with the BBB
4) Filing a claim with the city in which they are located in.
I'm really annoyed at myself for not checking reseller ratings beforehand, but nobody should be punished by companies that rip people off.

I purchased two 1GB PC3200 ram modules from them on ebay and they were dead on arrival. The ebay listing went on and on about how this company values customer service, and that they guaranteed that the ram would NOT be dead on arrival. I sent SEVEN emails to this company asking either for a refund or an RMA number so I could send the ram back. They ignored all of my requests. Currently, I am in the middle of a paypal claim against them. I also intend to file a complaint with the NY Attorney Generals office.
Save your money, buy somewhere else!

I ordered a hard to find video card because I wanted to go SLI on my rig, which requires an exact match on the GPU and RAM clock speeds. I ordered through BzBoyz.com via Shop.com and when BzBoyz.com shipped the product they called to confirm my office address. I confirmed with them the exact part number I ordered (because nVidia OEM's a lot) and they repeated the correct number. When I got my product 3 days later, the invoice was correct, but the video card in the box was the WRONG ONE!! It bore the same brand and model name, but the part number was one for a card with a slower clock speed and slower memory, and was NOT compatible. Not to mention the part they shipped cost $138 less than the part I ordered. When I called to return it, they wanted ME to pay the return shipping and charge me a 15% restocking fee, AND only refund the cost of the inferior card they DID end up sending. This is insane. If you don't have the part WHY TRY TO SNEAK IN AN INFERIOR PRODUCT AND NOT SAY ANYTHING?!? Totally underhanded business practice. Shop.com came through on their guarantee and has put in writing they will make BzBoyz.com give a full refund or cover it themselves, and they eMailed me a return eLabel. Shop.com rocks. BzBoyz.com sucks. STAY AWAY!
