I found out about Voodoo through a system review in PC Gamer last summer. I visited Voodoo's web site, and even hung around their MUTTHAboard community forums. I placed my order for one of their EGAD systems about a month later.
Voodoo custom built my system, and tailored it to my specific needs. They made some excellent recommendations to my initial configuration, saving me almost a thousand dollars in the process. They delivered the system on time, in great shape and ready to rock right out of the box. My system includes a Ferrari red painted case and interior, with an Eye-of-the-Storm case window mod and interior Electric Veins lighting. Everyone who sees it has been, well, awestruck. And oh yeah, did I mention that MY SYSTEM SCREAMS!!!
Voodoo's tech support has been fantastic. They are a terrific resource for information on hardware setup and tweaks. They even helped with an upgrade to Windows XP. When I talk to these guys, I know them by name, and they know me. It is like talking to your friend. I'm not kidding. I really enjoy making a tech call to Voodoo.
Voodoo's customer service is top notch as well. I have had one warranty issue after a few months of using my system - a Plextor burner drive failed. Voodoo's warranty process was simple and quick. They had a replacement drive to me in less than a week. Their tech support even talked me through the installation over the phone. While I was on the phone with them, they remote-accessed my system just to make sure that everything had installed and configured correctly. That access was with my consent of course, but it was way cool to watch as they talked me through what they were checking. In the process, their tech even helped me optimize a couple of features in my Windows XP set-up. That is typical of Voodoo's attention to detail, and to their customers.
On top of all this, my system is completely covered for future upgrades, via Voodoo's LIFETIME Upgrade & Restoration Insurance. This capability is the best reason to purchase a Voodoo System over anything else. Look up the details at www.voodoopc.com and you will see what I mean.
To sum it all up...these guys are the goods.
