I bought a custom watercooling kit. Got everything I ordered except I got the wrong hold down set for my GPU block. DD is taking care of the problem by sending me the correct hold down. Which is great I guess unless you happen to like using you computer. I got my order on 07/15 and contacted them on 07/16. New hold down should arrive on Friday. Basically my computer is down for a week until then. All the parts look like quality, I can only assume that they work as well as everyone says at this point. I miss my desktop computer. :(

Danger Den is one of the best online stores for purchases. There site is very easy to use and their shopping cart is very straightforward. I simply can't say enough good about DangerDen. including this purchase, I've bought from them many times. They sell reputable product at a reasonable price, they ship right away, and if there is a problem, they fix it immediately with a friendly word and a smile.

Customer service is non existant, I ordered some stuff and decided I need to cancel the order because of personal reasons, I e-mail them literally minutes after I placed the order to cancel my account, a day goes by no response from them and my order is shipped.. It's been several days since I ordered and still no response from them.
In reponse to DangerDen:
You have not made contact with me by email or by phone AT ALL. I have received ZERO emails and ZERO phone calls from DangerDen.

The order was cancelled immediately...but unfortunately the shipping office didn't know. So the package did ship. We tried numorous times to contact co78 by email and phone. We haven't received a reponse and co78 did accept shipment.
Update 2:
co78 has been credited. There was an unfortunate order mixup with another customer who needed a refund also. Danger Den can always be easily contacted by using the "contact us" link on the left side of every page, our forums, and by phone. |

I am a newbie to water-cooling and chose Danger Den for my blocks (and the follow up after I screwed up). Their site is easy to use and has lots of information. The videos are extremely helpful. I bought all of the things I needed for my first water cooling project from Danger Den, and the experience has been great. Danger Den's instructions, especially the videos, were a great help. I searched a lot of places, and compared a lot of different brands of water blocks, pumps, radiators, etc. before deciding on Danger Den. The project went very well, no leaks, and my CPU temperature has dropped from 55C to 31C, and my GPU dropped from 67C to 31C, plus my computer is much quieter. I'm looking forward to my next project using Danger Den parts.
