I think this is a good company their products are first class answered emails promptly items are as advertised prompt shipping and everything was well packed would do buisness with again.

Danger Den has a great store with everything i needed in stock, high quality parts, and good shipping options. the prices are generally below market and still provide a great forum and support

They get it right everytime, living in Hawaii, That's important.

great store Danger Den , excellent products, and great customer support, they quickly replied to my emails to answer my questions. Obviously customer satisfaction is one of their goals. Easy transactions and easy to cancel orders and get refunded. it was the first time buying from them and probably not the last time.

I only had one problem because I was not a PayPal verified user, so I had to fill a form and that delayed the shipment one week.  
 
When they shipped, it only took 3 days (including the weekend) to reach Spain (almost the other side of the world)  
 
The packet was perfectly pecked, so there were no risk of anything to get broken.  
 
The client support is good.  
They answer all my emails the next day or even the same day y mail them.  
 
For last I want to say that the AM2 TDX Block and the Stheal 360 radiator works really really fine and they look very cool in my PC.  
 
I'll purchase again from Danger Den the next time i need watercooling components.

Great place to deal with, always has a good stock of items in. Had concerns about shipping via Fedex (never at home to pickup) or UPS (terrible handling fees) for international shipping, so I contacted their sales, and they helped easily work out a USPS shipping plan. Great people to deal with, would not hesitate to order from them again.

The order was made quickly, I received the item within a fair amount of time. The quality of the products are incredible and showed pleasantly shocking temperature drops. When I manage to gather enough spending money again, Danger Den products will be high up on the to buy list.

Danger Den has always been a joy to work with. They are located in the same state as I am (Oregon). I have owned various watercooling components which have all been bought from them over the last 5 years. I can even recall a time when an employee hand delivered something to my door since he was visiting his family in my town. Do not hesitate to order from them. only drawbacks were there was a little bit of metal inside the radiator i could hear it ting before i added water to it so i took it out and flushed it and presure tested it and all was good.

A+++++ Service. I can't even begin to say how great Danger Den is. They helped me choose the system that I need, and filled the order extremely promptly and it arrived in full and everything looks amazing. I can't wait for this weekend when I put it together and get it up and running.

This was my first purchase for Danger Den. Came here because of MaxPC article and other online reviews. The site was clear, simple to use and appears to be a great resource for first time water coolers like me. They Processed and shipped my order next business day even with a last minute change on the order with great ease. The product arrived today and looks very nice and has everything I need to get started. Looking forward to setup and future upgrades, to include video cooling.  
July 31, 2006 Have now installed the CPU cooling following the online video [witch doesn’t seem to work with Firefox, had to use IE:( ]. The videos were very helpful. The set up was strait forward. System looks and works beautifully, running Intel 641 to 3.81 @ 37c under load 27c @ idle. The only change I would make is to order the plastic retention clamps, the ones I got from local hardware store take away from the nice look of the components. I recommend and will continue to purchase future watercooling components from them in the future.  
PS The forums on their website are a great resource of info also.
