I love the products, but the shipping and tracking is how shold i say, not up to standards. I suggest redoing your website and getting better shopping cart and tracker.

Excellent quality waterblocks. Parts were shipped on time and with minimum hassle. Email questions are answered in less than a day.

Good products... Very Slow Shipping. Their Maze3 is a very good AMD block, and the lucite top is better then people give them credit for.

Danger Den definitely has a top notch block. I bought a Maze 3 waterblock from them and it's keeping my overclock cpu cool. Their customer service is great. They answered my emails fairly quickly. The only complaint I have with them is their shipping time and order tracking. It took them almost two weeks to send my order. I sent them an email and they apologized for the delay. They even shipped the order 2nd day air and their expense. They also need a better way to track orders. Sometimes my order tracking number would work and sometimes it wouldn't.

Orderd from sweden, the're great... alltho this time they were slow in responding to my email resulting in my order being shipped before I got a chance to remove a object from my order :/ wich caused me some problems...

Excellent Service. Dan and the Gang have always been quick to respond to email, and know everything there is to know about their products. They are very helpful, and always have insight into what might be wrong with a setup, or whatever... and they are very open to outside ideas.

This company is great. I have ordered from them serveral times over the years and they have always delivered a quality product. They have good communication and package things very well. I will continue buying from them as long as they continue to be the best.

i forgot to order 2 things, so i emailed them and they added the items to my order, shipping them WITH the first package to save on shipping  
they also custom fit chrome fittings into my reservoir, a slightly risky operation that they offered to do for free when i asked  
excellent products as well!

Have already ordered the entire package from them (radiator, tubing, clamps, pump, relay, chemicals, etc) and all are working great. I am glad my first experience with water-cooling has been a pleasant one!  
 
I ordered some more smaller products from them and had a problem with the shipping not going out in time. Asked (and paid for) 2nd day air shipping on a Tuesday order so as to receive the items before the weekend; however, they didn't ship the items until Thursday...and wouldn't do anything to resolve THEIR error. Unsatisfactory!  
 
Lesson: Call and make sure they are processing their orders in a timely fashion, you may not get it when you think you should.

The best water cooling solution on the market in my opinion. When the Jerkov's at Swiftech wouldn't return my calls, I got on the hotline to Danger Den, and they hooked me up with the goods and told me what was what. Excelent products all around, And great tech support.

Ordered from them once before, item shipped Same day, ordered again couple days ago, took 2 days for items to ship. got tracking immediatly 3 days later the package was Still in Portland at the Fedex Office, called fedex to find out what was wrong said something was wrong with shipping label / address and they had sent it back to dangerden, so i called Danger den and Talked to Teri and told her what fedex had told me, told her i needed it by friday, so she said she would ship it out tomorrow Via Fedex overnight Free of charge on upgrade shipping. got an email from her saying Fedex wont ship overnight to me but she went out of her way and went to Post office and shipped it there so it would be here by Saturday, Talk about service... Will defenitly shop here again!

I have bought stuff from DangerDung, as we comically refer to them, for several years now, and their service has always been slow, but steady. Their product is the best out there tho, and frankly, I wouldn't buy anything else for a water cooling application. Their blocks are simply of the highest quality I've ever seen, and fortunately, they also sell tubing, etc. that both matches and accelerates their blocks. For Water Cooling, don't look anywhere else but here...

I purcahsed a good share of the parts I needed for my new water cooling setup from Danger Den. Their prices seemed fair and so did shipping.  
 
I got an email a day or two later with my tracking number and the items arrived on time and well packaged. Will do business with again.

great shopping cart, very easy to use and accept paypal payment! The order was shipped the next day.

Ordered a maze 3, heater core, and tygon tubing. Excellent service and great products. Decent turnaround - items arrived in a week.
