I live in Canada and it is very hard to find stores that deal in such extreme products for computers as water cooling systems, so when i heard about Danger Den I was not sure what to expect especially since there was cross boarder shipping involved. Well let me say this, Three days later ( yes that was Three days, delivered to my door.)I am installing this incredible looking and finely machined watter block and my core temp in my Intel QX6850 has dropped to about 31deg at idle and about 47deg at full load, The crew at DD know what they are doing and I will buy from them again, Check these guys out Canada you wont find Quality like this at the local store.

Danger Den has demonstrated very fast processing time with both of my orders. There was one mistake made with my first order though; A black color radiator was shipped instead of a blue colored one. This mistake was immediately addressed by their staff. They shipped the correct part via Second Day Air, at no cost to myself, along with a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

Excellent service, and quick turn around. They even used saturday delivery. Would by from again and again.

I intended to buy 2 radiators and a single 240mm radiator, along with four evercool aluminum fans. However, due to an error on my part, I must have clicked the basket button twice on the 240mm. I have written Danger Den three emails over two days asking them to change this before the order ships, hoping to avoid having to not only ship the item back but pay possible restocking fees. I have tried calling them on the phone and was never connected to an operator. I have received no email regarding the order except for the one that came this afternoon confirming that my order is being shipped to me. This is extremely aggravating.

I have been ordering things from DangerDen for a good long while now, I finally had a problem, THAT is what tells the good companies, from the bad, Besides the Quality of the goods, Which, if made by DangerDen, the quality, is guaranteed. They make THE BEST. And, they make some item, that no one else has EVER even thought of, Like the filiport, and filiport Reservoir.  
I recieved a package, that was short a fitting, no big thing. But, I paid for it, so, I wrote an email, and told them what had happened. Then, for no particular reason, I followed it up with a phone call. A VERY nice lady answered the phone, and, I recieved TWO High flow fittings Via 2 day mail, in TWO days. THAT is the mark of a Company that cares about it's customers. Great products, and great customer service.

Danger Den makes the best damn Water Cooling products in the world. Bar NONE! The great thing is all of thier blocks are American made by them. US workers earning a US wage and producing top notch products. You can Feel good about giving your bucks to them and feel good knowing you will get the best products, support and customer satisfaction from them. They aim to please and never have let me down.

Awesome company to deal with, very polite, held my order because of tubing being out of stock, while I had contact with them I asked about a radiator change and they told me what I wanted to know, changed the radiator out for me, changed the tubing, and sent me a credit for the price difference of the radiator.

Great deal, very good security for international shiping... maybe to good...
