I just placed an order with DangerDen today, and it reminded me I needed to leave a review here. I've been a DangerDen customer for years. My first order with them was in July, 2005, and I've ordered many times since then. They've been nothing but absolutely great, their customer service is top notch, and you can always call with questions. I've always received very fast shipping, as I only live 1 state away, but they have shipped all my orders within 1 business day. They made one minor mistake on an order once (sent an incorrect size fitting), but they shipped a replacement THAT DAY, and didn't even ask for the incorrect part back, so it saved on shipping for me. Great place to buy from, and the DangerDen name is a leader in PC water cooling.

Danger Den has the best customer service I have ever encountered from an internet based company. I have dealt with several PC related companies online, and most do ok until it comes to RMA. Most companies these days make it seem as though returning or exchanging an item is the biggest chore. They also often assume a defective item is actually broken by the purchaser. These assumptions, and bad attitudes toward returns have turned me away from many companies. I recently purchased a Waterbox Plus case from Danger Den, and although it clearly stated up to 10 business days for delivery, it took only two. I received the case to find out that one of the holes in the acrylic had a crack branching from it. I contacted Danger Den by phone and talked to Debbie. She was the most polite person I have ever dealt with over the phone. With no questions asked she cut out a replacement piece, and had it shipped to me the same day. A+++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED OVER OTHERS!

Ever since my order with DD, I've been hooked. Companies with a personal touch, feel and communication are extremely rare these days. DD always keeps their customers fully informed of future products, and adapt quickly to create water cooling products to meet quick production timelines. My latest purchase is the HD 4870 X2 waterblock, and I have been using a DD 7950 GX2 block for over two years now. Shipping and packaging has always been top notch. Customer for life!

I got just what I ordered, paid a great price and I received it in record time, normally that would be enough to put them right up there at the top of my list, but the great service did not stop there! I deal with a lot of online suppliers but because of one helpful and dedicated employee Danger Den has eclipsed them all! Long story short, I had one simple question (not even related to my order)that I included with my first buy and I was expecting the usual computer generated FAQ list to be sent back if anything at all. Much to my surprise the person handling my order went way above and beyond giving me a complete and accurate response with a wonderful personal touch! With service like that I don't care how much the product costs! In the future if Danger Den has what I am looking for than they will always have my business! Over the last 12 months I have placed 4 or more orders. All have been the highest quality products, great packaging, fast delivery, and fast response when I sent an email question.

I was very surprised and impressed with the quality and craftmanship of their products. The online photos do no justice. I orded a complete kit with cpu and video (9800GX2) water blocks, coolent, Tygon tubing, resevoir, all very high quality. I had some questions about the setup and parts and submited email through their website which many companies take forever to get a response, but I received a very nice personal response the next day! Order was filled and shipped right away. Very pleased and satisfied!

I've always envied people who have had watercooling systems, and to be honest I've really never had the time to read up on everything that I needed, heat output of devices, etc. I called up Danger Den wanting to get some advice, after reading up some on xtremesystems, and extremeoverclocking and also Danger Den's own forums I was ready to take the dive. I spoke with Jeremy and he told me what I needed, and gave some much needed advice/guidance or confirmation of what I had thought I needed.  
I wouldn't go with another vendor for water cooling supplies ever, they have sold me!

Made another purchase today because of the great customer service I have recieved from these folks. With this purchase I was able to use my "Danger Den Reward Points", which are credits that you earn when you shop at this seller. This seller has quality products and a great customer support system. If you are interested in water cooling your PC; Danger Den is the place to shop and buy.  
There was a shipping error with my order. These things can happen. The reason I am writing about it is because the folks at Danger Den took fast action to correct the error. I think that is important to know because customer service is a concern for anyone shopping on-line. Mistakes can happen, and the folks at Danger Den are really great at setting things right if a mistake does happen. Two Thumbs Up for Danger Den.

I ordered a radiator on Wednesday night. Paid almost $20 for Fedex two day so I could at the least get it by Saturday. Danger Den did not say that I was not getting Saturday delivery so now I will be receiving the package on Monday 5 days after I ordered it. I want Danger Den to put some shipping information on there web page and not allude to the fact that you will get two day shipping when they arent even paying for Saturday service and charging you as if they are. All I can say is Im pissed and this shit needs to be fixed.

I just got my second order from Danger Den in the last two months, and I can't say enough good things about them. I know part of the reason I recieve orders so quixkly is the fact that I am only less than a day away, but the speed at which they fill the orders is astounding. The parts are top notch, and the customer service is excellent. When I realized I made a mistake on my last order, I contacted them through their website and they contacted me the next morning with a suggestion to correct my order. I could not be happier.

Quick and accurate order processing. Disappointed with FedEx though.
