I bought a custom watercooling kit. Got everything I ordered except I got the wrong hold down set for my GPU block. DD is taking care of the problem by sending me the correct hold down. Which is great I guess unless you happen to like using you computer. I got my order on 07/15 and contacted them on 07/16. New hold down should arrive on Friday. Basically my computer is down for a week until then. All the parts look like quality, I can only assume that they work as well as everyone says at this point. I miss my desktop computer. :(
Update: Got my hold down in and everything installed and working great. :D

Dangerden always impresses me with their very fast shipping. With a wide selection of products, you can build a WC system to your hearts content. The custumer service is responsive and polite. It is hard to discern any flaws as each time I make a purchase, their service is excellent, even after I've received my product. Don't hesitate to purchase from this store as your experience will just be as great as mine. Highly recommended!

Updated, 08/11/2006: My system is still running beautifully! I'm upgrading to Black Ice GT 240 radiator to make the cooling more efficient. Note: DD now offers a slimmer GPU water block for NVIDIA SLI rigs - the Koosah. I had to mod my blocks, so it's nice to see DD keeps refining their products: http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=231&cat=48&page=1
I did weeks of research, before jumping in with both feet on the water cooling band-wagon - a little OCD, perhaps? :-P I read tons of articles & reviews about every major water cooling maker, and their products. I weighed pump designs, tubing philosophy (1/2" vs 3/8" vs 1/4"), and product design and quality. Danger Den is right up there at the very top - beautifully designed & finished products that also happen to have top-notch performance! I think I'm going to have to put a window & some UV lighting into my P180 case! ;-)
In the end, I chose DD TDX CPU block (socket 939), and 2 NV-78's 'Prepped for SLI' - a design you can't get anywhere else but at DD. I need the ability to choose the configuration of my inlet/outlet ports on the GPU coolers, to match my case (Antec P180) & motherboard (ASUS A8N32-SLI) configuration - the bottom SLI slot will need to have both ports pointing up to avoid hose/barb running into the case wall.
I got my TDX CPU block, pump, Black Ice Extreme radiators, reservoir & Clearflex (Tygon at a fraction of the cost) tubing at voyeurmods.com, before I realized I could have gotten everything I wanted right from Danger Den. Both sites have good web page design & ordering interfaces. In the future, all of my DD products & accessories will be ordered straight from Danger Den! I see a pair of Maze4 motherboard chipset coolers (i.e. northbridge/southbridge) in my future...now if there was only a solution for water cooling the 8-phase power circuitry around the CPU!

Great products and service. First time ordering and it went well. Shipping was good. Prices are great and the performance of their products can't be touched. I picked up a BIPII and it's great. Thanx DD.

Ordered on Tuesday, arrived Thursday. I've ordered from various sites quite a few times and I can definantely say that this was 100% the BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Flawless site, no confusion, excellent comunication, cheap prices and amazing delivery time.
I think I can safely say that Dangerden > Newegg!!
DangerDen rocks! Their stuff may not be the cheapest stuff around, but you can't beat their quality or their service. I have been using them for years now and everytime I deal with them it is a great experience.

I bought Maze3+Radeon 9700 GPU Block 2 years ago from Danger Den. The Maze3 is fine and fit well with my XP1800 CPU however, GPU Block had a problem as it did not fit (touch the silicon surface of GPU) because the GPU has a square metal rim around the silicon. I notify the guy in Dangerden and send some photos immediately. The good guy in Danger Den responsed very quickly and modify all GPU Block for Radeon to have the base raised up in order to fit well with GPU. Things take time abit may be because of distance as I am in Thailand. They send me one free of charge. I impress with the staff there and Danger Den is alway my favourit site since Water cooling was started from DIY to commercial. Danger Den is one of the them and well maintain development. You can see the the logo of this sitting bear which I alway remember many many years ago of its original websit.
Now I have 2 new machines, one for myself and one for my wife of course the old one goes to my daugther (6 years old), with AMD64 3500 and ASUS A8N Deluxe mainboar. I choose A8N because of the Nforce chip is well placed and had possibility to cool by water as it has no obstrucle but very tight space. Other Mainboard all block by VGA card when all are in position.
As if DengerDen knows that some one is looking for this Chipset cooling block and make them for us.
Keep going lovely sitting bear.

Wow! Danger Den not only makes some of the most hardcore watercooling products, but they back it up with a very slick eStore and absolutelyy stellar customer service.
After discussing what I wanted to do with my system and the limited space I have in my case, Dano at Danger Den helped me with a killer layout and setup. He was extremely patient and always answered my many questions with clear detail. Very professional and helpful!
I ordered a complete A64 1/2" ID watercooling kit with the following: TDX, Maze 4 (6800) D4 pump, heatercore, tubing, fillport and a T fitting. When the order came there was a small issue with the T fitting. After a quick email to Danger Den a new fitting was in the mail that day, free of charge. It was on my doorstep the next afternoon!
The performance of this system is second to none. I have worked with some other water setups and nothing to date can touch the build quality and performance of the Danger Den blocks and other hardware. My "lowly" C0 stepping revision A64 3400+ Clawhammer core is now running 2.61ghz, over DDR500 all with real low and stable temps. My 6800GT is running well over Ultra speeds as well. My benchmarks are through the roof and gaming is just plain buttah!!
This company takes pride in its work, builds very high performance parts and has some of the friendliest and helpful customer service I've ever come across.
I have been ordering from these guys for the past 2 years. I made about 6 differant orders in all. My orders were either send out the same day or the next day. They ship VERY fast.
Their customer service is amazing. I called them up because the aluminum on the Maze4 GPU was corroding (probably my fault), they quickly sent me out a replacement for free. They make sure you get what you want and as soon as possible.
The quality of the waterblocks are second to none. They are beautifully made and perform exceptionally well.
Great service and everything was packaged well. I have placed many orders and they all have been top notch. Thank you Danger Den for making a great product backed by great service and support. Looking ofrward to many more orders.
EDIT:
Thanks Debbi for the help!

Order was not shipped out until 3 days later. Now the order via fedex that I paid $9 for won't be here until the 14th. We all know $9 will at least get you 2 day if not overnight for some items. That's over a week and half until it will be delivered which is holding me up tremendously! I order items from 7 different places the same day. All arrived here except danger den.
I'm a little pissed at the way they handled this and could have shipped the stuff 2 day at least for the lack of communication on their site. I won't be ordering anything from these guys ever again.

XPerties called before ordering and was informed that the reservoirs were on backorder. They were expected in on Friday May 7th. XPerties decided to placed an order on the 4th. The order did ship ground as ordered on the 7th, shipping from Oregon to New Jersey.
Danger Den strives to ship all orders before the 3-5 day time period as specified on the Danger Den site. Most do ship in the 24-48 hour range and we will continue to improve on that.
