Found out about Danger Den a few years back when I summoned the courage to build my first water cooled computer. Great product lineup, excellent communication, and fast shipping have made me a completely satisfied customer.  
 

For water cooling parts and components I cannot recommend Danger Den highly enough.  
 
1. I called and they spent some significant time helping me determine which components would make a solid w/c machine  
 
2. Their shipping and order correction (when I switched colors on them at the last minute) where top knotch  
 
3. They have great knowledge base and video support for installation and configuration of the products they sell you  
 
4. A return was accepted without hassle, penalty, or anything other than shipping and an RMA request.

These guys and gals are top shelf..They are there to help, advise, and guide you all the way if you need the help..The products are the best avaible , IMO.  
 
I did recieve a radiator that was bent, but that was from shipping..Their RMA process is a tad difficult, as the item needed picked up by FedEx for the claim I had to file..But hey...Its just a thing.I reordered the radiator and will RMA the bad one later.

Fantastic Products. This is my second GPU cooling block, I upgraded my card. The block was easy to install and fit great, very good instructions. I always go to Danger Den when I need cooling supplies. \m/

Good merchant, Would recommend to anyone whose looking for water gear. Prices are very good too :D. Order went very smoothy and customer service was very prompt.

Exceptional service. I placed an order then remembered that I needed to order another very small, insignificant part. I called Danger Den and talked to a very courteous woman who agreed to add the item to the order, rather than hitting me with the shipping charges for another 5 dollar part. Not only did they go above and beyond in the service department, but also in shipping! I ordered on the 21st. Fedex delivered on the 23rd, with the standard snail rate! Granted, I'm on the same coast as Danger Den, but still; they ship as quickly as they possibly can. Beyond that, the product is peerless. There is no good reason to go anywhere else. You might find some magic product that sneaks a half degree celsius off your cpu... but would you rather drive a 12 second Porsche or an 11.75 second Honda? (If you said Honda... go get a leaky waterblock. You deserve it ;-)) Suffice it to say, for myself, I will not purchase water cooling product other than Danger Den if I can ever possibly help it. You should not either.

All I have to say is WOW. What an awesome product. Danger Den did everything that I asked and went above my expectations for the case that I ordered (Water Box Plus). The case quality is A+, Customizing A+, the service A+ and the speed of delivery A+. I could not ask for anything better. You have me as a returning customer! You rock Danger Den!

Great company. They package well and everything is delivered as promised. Once I ordered two separate times in a matter of hours and was bummed because I would have to pay separate shipping charges, but I got an email from them saying they would combine the orders and they credited me back the shipping charge for the other order.  
 
That, of course, brings me to the fact that I wish I was able to edit the order I had just placed so as to avoid the whole situation.  
 
I also wish they gave the option of using UPS and not just Fedex. I never have had a problem with either company...until Fedex delivered my package (from Dangerden) to the wrong address (that being said, the did get my package to me a few days later).  
 
But this is a great company that seems to have a great degree of integrity.

I can honestly recommend Danger Den , they have top shelf case's and water block's

Fast response on Email and real response from a person who actually will ask you questions about your order to make sure they do everything they can to satisfy you. They are without a doubt the very best in water cooling products on the market. They seem to ship the very same day you order. Very fast delivery!

First of all this was my third order from Danger Den and my previous two orders were perfect! Although I do a majority of my computer hardware shopping at another online retailer (for regular computer components like processors and motherboards) I shop at Danger Den when I want/need specialized watercooling products.  
 
I have been watercooling computer hardware for many years now and I've come to find that Danger Den consistently makes the highest quality waterblocks available! Not only do they use the highest quality materials but they also do some of the best machining I've ever seen on a waterblock (I'm a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering and I've got considerable experience in machining processes). I also want to add that Danger Den is almost always the first to release waterblocks for new products. Most importantly (especially in today's economy) Danger Dens pricing is almost always lower than the other online retailers who sell similar products.  
 
In regards to their customer service, I've never had any problems with any of the orders I've placed. The correct items were always delivered and they were always delivered on time and packaged safely. I have called Danger Den before to confirm product availability and to ask questions about certain products, well to my surprise I've always been able to speak with a human being which was a nice change from what I'm used to when calling any companies customer service. All of these things together make for a great shopping experience and will keep me coming back for many years to come. Thanks Danger Den and please keep up the great work and innovation!

Received order very fast! Paid via giftcard and visa, had no problems with checkout. Every fitting was the correct size, and my order of 6 feet of tubing was actually 6ft 3 inches! Guess I got a little bonus =).  
 
DD emailed order and shipping confirmations very fast as well.

I just placed an order with DangerDen today, and it reminded me I needed to leave a review here. I've been a DangerDen customer for years. My first order with them was in July, 2005, and I've ordered many times since then. They've been nothing but absolutely great, their customer service is top notch, and you can always call with questions. I've always received very fast shipping, as I only live 1 state away, but they have shipped all my orders within 1 business day. They made one minor mistake on an order once (sent an incorrect size fitting), but they shipped a replacement THAT DAY, and didn't even ask for the incorrect part back, so it saved on shipping for me. Great place to buy from, and the DangerDen name is a leader in PC water cooling.
