I ordered a radiator on Wednesday night. Paid almost $20 for Fedex two day so I could at the least get it by Saturday. Danger Den did not say that I was not getting Saturday delivery so now I will be receiving the package on Monday 5 days after I ordered it. I want Danger Den to put some shipping information on there web page and not allude to the fact that you will get two day shipping when they arent even paying for Saturday service and charging you as if they are. All I can say is Im pissed and this shit needs to be fixed.

I do believe this review is a bit harsh on our company. Shipping services are specified on checkout. We do not have the option for Saturday shipment which is an additional charge for a customer with FedEx and UPS. This was ordered on Wednesday night meaning it will ship on Thursday with two day delivery for Monday delivery. It also spells out in our terms that it could take up to 3 business days to ship. This was shipped on the first business day.
Terms and conditions are listed on the site and a check box on checkout with a link also.

DangerDen did not ship everything they should have. They did not ship an install kit for maze4gpu. Tried to contact and they do not anser the phone or reply to emails. Cant install without it. I will never buy from them or buy their products again. I am a Computer Repair and Sales store owner and lost a huge sale over this company

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. We always deal with customer issues and ship any missing items promptly. I do not know why you haven't recieved a reply or been able to get through on the phone. Ordered two items from danger den. A black ice extreme III radiator and a 5 1/4 bay reservior. Placed my order and then noticed that they were offering a free bottle of mct-5 or mct40 with a $100 purchase. I tried emailing and calling them about this before my order shipped. Either they dont have enough sales people or no one answers the phone. Because all i got was their answering machine. Eventually i did get an email from them saying the order shipped with no response on the free mct. So I replied to their email and asked if i was still going to receive it? I havent heard nothing since. Plus im not going to pay a long distance call, If im just going to talk to a machine.
I guess you could say i feel like i was a customer that was ignored and pushed to the side. I wont do business with them ever again. Their products are nice but their customer service is much to be desired. This review was modified by its author, rockinmale, on

Great products, poor customer service. I have ordered two water cooling kits from them. The last one about a year and a half ago. The first order came with an incomplete mounting kit. After calling them, they shipped me a new mounting kit. I had a questions regarding how much I was charged for a particular product in my most recent invoice, and I have yet to hear back from them a week after first contacting them.

I was never contacted when i sent in an e-mail to change an item i ordered i was just shipped the item . i was not contacted after the order was placed about my e-mail what so ever, 0 customer support. its over one week and i have had no word as to the e-mail i sent in, they ship fast but hope to god you do not need support This review was modified by its author, eumskickin, on

No previos exp.I bought this order and it went extremly well.The problem came is when I was missing a foot of tubing, which I should have got.Another issue is that nothing came with instructions, So I had to bother some other DD product owners on how to install
At the end I had to outsource my extra tubing, Which after taxes and shipping cost me $14 for A $1 item!
I would say if everything worked out it would have been a good experience.I needed that last foot.
A sidenote I was planning to return this because of the lousy customer service I got (no reponse).Like a scam, They allow no returns on anything watercooling related...This is a water cooling store so what they are saying is nothing is returnable!
These guys are only good for There water blocks,Which for the price and performance are known to be the best around

It pains me to say that this is horrible sellings. I ordered this product on May 1st, and it didn't even get shipped until 10 days later. My e-mail said it'd be shipped in 3-5 business days, which means it should've been shipped last Friday (the 7th). I doubt i'll buy from again.

Order was not shipped out until 3 days later. Now the order via fedex that I paid $9 for won't be here until the 14th. We all know $9 will at least get you 2 day if not overnight for some items. That's over a week and half until it will be delivered which is holding me up tremendously! I order items from 7 different places the same day. All arrived here except danger den.
I'm a little pissed at the way they handled this and could have shipped the stuff 2 day at least for the lack of communication on their site. I won't be ordering anything from these guys ever again.

XPerties called before ordering and was informed that the reservoirs were on backorder. They were expected in on Friday May 7th. XPerties decided to placed an order on the 4th. The order did ship ground as ordered on the 7th, shipping from Oregon to New Jersey.
Danger Den strives to ship all orders before the 3-5 day time period as specified on the Danger Den site. Most do ship in the 24-48 hour range and we will continue to improve on that.

ordered a complete cooling kit on march 28th. the whole kit arrived on april 7th. its missing the resevoir called customer support,they said it gets shipped seperatly.they cant find the tracking # for it. sent them an email - no reply.
so now i have a 350 dollor system that i cant use till the resevour shows up,which no one can locate yet i got charged for. (this is my second post date says april 2nd it is april 9th
(UPDATE APRIL 13TH)
finally got a response to the emails and phone calls on the resivior i ordered on march 28th.
after asking them to remove it from my credit card so i could order it from frozencpu.com,they email me saying its bein shipped overnight. thats does me no good now that i have one here that showed up in 2 days from the other company This review was modified by its author, AlKoholic, on

Today (almost two years after my last order) I received spam on an email address that I have only used in communication with DangerDen.
To sell (or give) their customer's email addresses to spammers isn't what I would call caring for your customer.

Danger Den never has and never will sell or distribute any customer information. We deal with hundreds of spam messages a day and would never pass that on to customers. We are investigating this claim to see how this could occur. |

Order was placed on Aug 25 (monday), for second day air. I was wishing for my package to ship asap, and had mailed them for information on my shipping. It turns out that they say "seems like its going out wednesday (sept 28th)." I was in joy! but, i still dont see any tracking or shipping information after that email. Till today Sept 4th. Then orders@dangerden.com reply back with a UPS tracking #. WOW? I checked back with ups.com, suprisingly its not in their database? MY ITEMS ARN'T SHIPPED YET! =( I would say for my first experience with dangerden.com. Been very bad, Lack of communication and Slow on Service.
Was fast for them to reply before i had paid, but when i've paid for my Maze3-1 etc. They lost contact with me for awhile and still not shipped?. All I WANT IS MY ITEM for WHAT I hAVE PAID FOR!

- Quality of products = excellent
- Quality of service = poor
- I ordered from Danger Den and was planning to install this into a new case I purchased about two weeks later from Danger Den, which had issues of its own. I was quite annoyed to find that the pump was defective. I contacted Danger Den therefore, and I still have been waiting for the pump replacement for nearly two weeks now. Even though it is now in stock again, I have had no communication from the company that has confirmed that it has sent me the defective product.
- I can forgive Danger Den for one screw up, but it has messed up my orders at least twice and has taken a ridiculous amount of time to rectify its mistakes. For instance, the DD-26 case that I had ordered came with a motherboard panel that lacked drilled holes, so that I was not able to mount it to the rest of the case. Furthermore, I had opted for the 2 5.25" Bay and expected to receive eight screws to mount my DVD Drives. I instead received four screws and had to ask Danger Den to send the screws, so that my order could be complete.
- I wish Danger Den would understand that it is a business and as such should professionally handle all orders and ensure that everything is in working order before it leaves the warehouse. Although DD Parts are pure quality, DD's service is quite flawed.

shipped everything very quickly and love the Water Cooling parts i bought couldn't be more satisfied
only drawbacks were there was a little bit of metal inside the radiator i could hear it ting before i added water to it so i took it out and flushed it and presure tested it and all was good.

High quality products, same price as most stores that sell their products. Some weird errors occured during the ordering process but besides that order was very easy. I got a conformation the order was processed very shortly afterward.
