I was scrambling to get the anniversary present that my husband had been talking about nonstop. I looked online to see if I get purchase it locally but no one had it in stock. I then called a few online stores to check their inventory and shipping. The first few places I called said it would be impossible to ship my item on the 10th to arrive the next day (our anniversary). When I called 1 Stop I found they had the item in stock and after checking I was also told it could be sent overnight and as promised my item arrived the next morning!
It was a happy ending that started with me being ill and not being able to buy a present to finding exactly what I wanted and the company that was willing to go the extra mile to help.
We weren't expecting delivery 2 days before expected and it was delivered undamaged by a very friendly driver. Friendly store personnel, Quality product at a price much lower than competitors.

Very easy to order from 1StopCamera. Bobby and Marcus were very helpful; they both called me to make sure order shipped to me on a very rushed schedule as I'm getting ready to leave for Europe and highly desired to take the Canon Lens that I just purchased. All the other internet stores that I frequent did not have this lens in inventory. I am extremely satisfied with my 1StopCamera experience. Great price too!
I bought a blu-ray player through buy.com with 1 stop camera as the vendor. Ordered product 8/18/09 and due to shipping issues with the vendor, I finally received the product on 9/3/09. During the first shipment, 1 stop camera had to intercept the product from UPS delivery due to product being damaged. 1 stop camera never communicated this to me until I inquired after a long period of time. At this time, I gave a bad feedback and review for 1 stop camera due to the lack of customer service and communication. A second product was shipped and I received it damaged on 9/3/09. The cause for the second damaged product was probably a combination of 1 stop camera packaging and UPS. 1 stop camera shipped the product POORLY boxed only in the original Sony box. This is probably the cause for the mutliple damaged during delivery. After reporting the damaged product to 1 stop camera, Bobby tried to resolve the damaged product issue by offering to expedite and ship a replacement to be received within a week. By the time I receive the product, it would have been almost a month! Bobby stated that in order for him to expedite the shipment of the replacement product, I would have to change my previous negative feedback to a positive. I refused to change my feedback as I would still not be totally satisfied. Considering the length of time already taken and both product being damaged at some point during shipping, I will never be 100% satisfied with my purchasing experience with 1 stop camera. Once I refused to change my feedback to totally satisfied, Bobby became another person – and not a very nice person. Bobby now states that the feedbacks are not a big deal and threatened that he will just delete any negative feedback. As for the damaged product received, since I did not do as he asked, a replacement will not be shipped out until they received the damaged product in their warehouse and inspected which can take weeks for him to arrange for UPS to pick up and ship. A replacement will also take weeks to ship and there is a good chance that a replacement might not even be available at which time a credit will be issued. Bobby is basically saying and threatening me that unless I go with what he says by changing my feedback from a negative to a positive totally satisfied customer, he has the power and will make my exchange of the damaged product a long drawn out process and at the end, I may end up with nothing. Go elsewhere with a more reputable vendor. Do not use 1 stop camera!

1StopCamera.com had to reroute back the package to our location due the fact that our company was advised by ups that the item has been damaged.
On the 08/26/09 1StopCamera.com sent you replacement shipment under UPS tracking number 1Z007FX10365988338.
On the 09-04-09 you have informed our company that the new shipment has been damaged. We have scheduled a damage inspection with UPS that very same day.
Please be advised that:
1.You have chose “ground delivery” which takes 14-21 business days from the day that the order has been placed and as you can see by tracking it the shipment did arrive in a timely manner.
2. a) According to our policy “In the event that the item is damaged we need to file a damage inspection with the shipping company”.
b) Upon a pickup on the damaged unit then a replacement can be shipped out.
However, the Customer Service Representative Bobby offered to make an exception and sent you a new replacement shipment on the 09-04-09 with free express shipping and you refused his offer.

Wow. What a user experience. Everything from shopping on-line to ordering to follow up to receiving my camera was top notch. I never had heard of 1stopcamera.com before my recent purchase, but now all my friends have. Adam in customer service was very professional and helped me easily make an upgrade to my order. I will definitly buy all of my camera stuff from 1stopcamera in the future. Oh, and by the way, I love my new Canon PowerShot SX10 IS. No buyer's remorse here. Great job!
I would recommend this business highly based on my experience. My lens was delivered in a timely fashion, and was as advertised. Their price was more than competitive. I would use them again. Further, the followed up with a phone call, and did not try to do any selling...just asked if everything was OK.

Mr. Bobby with 1 stop camera has provided me with a great customer service. My shipping address was missing the apartment number and there were issues with shipping due to no fault of the supplier. However, I was contacted by 1 stop camera folks and they were very helpful in resolving the matter with much patience. I am extremely happy with the service provided and definitely recommend them to anyone. Plus no one can match the pricing they provide! Great experience overall. Customer service was good with Bobby, however, your company should make sure that when selling big items like refridgerators that removale of old appliance is available, with another financial transaction in this case $100.00. Otherwise the service was good
