It was my first time purchasing from 1stopcamera after friend told me good things about them. Wonderful people to deal with. Danny took my order and my Canon HF S100 & SD card was shipped the very same day, and I received the products in time for my special weekend. Danny & Larry did follow up with phone call making sure I am happy w/ my orders, this is excellent customer service in my opinion.  
Very pleasant and satisfactory. I will be ordering more camera gears from 1-stop camera soon.

I love my camera, but I was very upset that my package did not come with a lens adapter. I purchased the largest package for the G10 canon that cme with 2 extra lenses and filters but I can not use the lenses because I can not find an adapter that fits. i ordered one online and it wasnt compatible. For so much money the package should have noted that the adapter was not included or it should have just included the adapter.

I received my order as expected. Wonderful customer service. I was missing the free camera bag and called the company. The representative was very helpful and explained to me why it didn't come with it, and assured me that it will be sent right away. Thanks to Bobby...he walked me through getting an access to the website and gave me inststructions to track the item(s). I would highly recommend 1Stopcamera.com to all my friends!

I had the best experience with this company. I do not understand why anyone would not!!! I am from the NJ/NY area and am now in SC. I ordered from 1stop so i could have a little piece of being back home. My order arrived in a timely manner and even though I did not receive the extra promotional item with the TV, i was advised on the procedure of how to obtain it. I contacted the promotions department and was routed to William who was the best!!! He followed me through the entire process and advise me that I would receive the extra items ASAP. I will definitely be purchasing more products from their site. They have very great competitive prices and their customer service is top notch. I work in a position the uses tremendous customer service and I will say 1STOP is a cut above the rest.

What a great camera the Nikon Coolpix P90! OneStop sent it very quickly. Great service and response from Custom Service. I worked with Sheldon and he was very professional and polite and was eager to answer all of my questions.

I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3A Camara special package kit with and extra battery. I did receive all the items, except the Full size tripod, which they are going to send to me and the battery was the wrong model. Panasonic has switched to a proprietary battery and you can not use generic types which is new to this model. Everything that I do have works great and came on time. I will report again when I receive the remaining items.  
The personnel I talked with at the store were all very helpful and courteous.
