shipping arrived in time. During the buy it was showcased about a free camera bag, when someone goes ahead to buy a product of that value, I dont think he should come back to go through a whole process to get a back for it. If this service can be improved would lead to repeat business.

I had a good experience ordering from 1stopcamera.com. First, I received my camera in seven days. I then had some questions about the camera, so I dialed the number and was quickly put through to customer service. After discussing my issues, the customer service representative understood and explained everything to me very clearly. He also was so good to make me an additional offer, and it was so good, I couldn't refuse. In conclusion, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from 1stopcamera.com again. Neither should anyone else. The deals are great!

Ordered CANON SX200IS Gave credit card info for payment.They tried to sell me accessories that I did not want .Called 5 days later ,still not shipped. Now they wanted a fax with credit card info again. I dont have a fax machine. This and other Bull on the phone amounted to not selling for advertized price because I did not also order accessories.UPDATE I received a call from Calvin Bicttman from 1StopCamera. He explained the fraud problems they have been having and straightened out my order.I 'm supposed to receive the camera FedX .Will update review after receiving camera

After calling customer service at 1 Stop Camera and Electronics because the Tripod was missing in the box delivered, Mr. Wyne was able to resolve the problem quickly.

He promised to immediately to ship a Tripod.

I got a 52 Sharp TV and a protect plan for 3 years from CPS, and after a 1 month the TV got a problem, the Stop camera have done nothing.Now I have a broken Tv with me,and I have to pay to shiping the TV back to CPS to get my money back.
I will never buy anything more from Stop Camera

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I attempted to buy a camera from them. It was the lowest price by about $10 that I saw on the internet (should have been first clue). They called back and said that since I was sending overnight they needed some info. They claimed my apartment number was missing. Then they proceeded to try to sell me "faster" memory cards. I explained I had dropped the camera recently, had everything I needed, just wanted the camera. Seemed like everything went fine. The next day I got an e-mail saying there was a problem with my credit card and they couldn't ship it. It was a total bait and switch. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Customer Service was excellent. The camera arrived in great condition and works perfectly. No regrets dealing with 1StopCamera, I do highly recommend them. They have the best prices I was able to find and also the best service.

The original order was delayed acouple of days reportedly because the billing address was incorrect. However, the order did arrive the day after that error was corrected. Everything was fine except the tripod ordered(which was about 3 feet tall fully extended and it was damaged from previous usage. After explaining my problems to Ryan,the Quality Control Mngr, my problem was resolved. Ryan agreed to send a replacment tripod and eliminate the hassel of me having to send the other tripod back. I think I will be a happy shopper if this exchange goes well.

I love my camera, but I was very upset that my package did not come with a lens adapter. I purchased the largest package for the G10 canon that cme with 2 extra lenses and filters but I can not use the lenses because I can not find an adapter that fits. i ordered one online and it wasnt compatible. For so much money the package should have noted that the adapter was not included or it should have just included the adapter.
