The original order was delayed acouple of days reportedly because the billing address was incorrect. However, the order did arrive the day after that error was corrected. Everything was fine except the tripod ordered(which was about 3 feet tall fully extended and it was damaged from previous usage. After explaining my problems to Ryan,the Quality Control Mngr, my problem was resolved. Ryan agreed to send a replacment tripod and eliminate the hassel of me having to send the other tripod back. I think I will be a happy shopper if this exchange goes well.
