This was our first order with the Lens Depot, and it certainly won't be our last! Oscar and Magda have high quality equipment with very professional and honest business practices. On this order, we arranged for a local pick-up, because we were working local to them. The prices are more than fair - clear and quick communication are the standard. As another reviewer noted, we also forgot a tripod mount on a lens, and it is being shipped back to us. You know, it is only a $10.00 accessory and easily replaced, but Magda and Oscar obviously take an interest in their clients and providing superior service. dealing with the lens depot was as easy as it could have been. there were extremely helpful and quickly answered any questions i had. i was having someone else pick up the lens instead of me and they were able to accomodate my situation. i would definitely do business with the lens depot again for all of my lens rentals.

I have had the pleasure of renting lenses from the Lens Depot on a few occasions now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. They are always prompt to respond to my requests, helpful when I have a question about a lens or which one to use, professional to work with and the equipment is always in tip top shape.  
 
I am local so I am able to pick up the rentals directly and I have always found them to be accomodating to my needs for pickup times (within reason of course).  
 
I highly recommend this company for all of your camera lens rental needs!!  
 

Top-notch online rental company with a bonus of local pickup for those nearby. Very pleasant to do business with both via e-mail and in person. I will happily rent from them again! I would love to rent 200mm f2, 500mm f4 as they grow their inventory to include the longer telephotos.

Rented some quality glass from TheLensDepot.com and this guys are excellent. I have to say that this has been the best lens rental experience I have had in many years. I reserved the lens I wanted several months before my planned date and when I contacted them again they had all my info on what I wanted. Their prices are unbeatable, and the Costumer Service they provide is Off-the-Charts. The equipment they rent is well maintained and looks and operates like new. Highly recommended. With today's economy it is wonderful to have a company like The LensDepot.com. They are within 1 hour drive of me which even makes it a little better. They have met me each and everytime with the lens or flash I have needed. Never bit of trouble and they go out of their way to get it to you. I have rented from other companies in the past 30 years of my photographic career. I have never met a more customer service based and oriented rental service. Yet, they are small and take care of the photographer first. Give them a shot!
