I had a great experience renting from The Lens Depot. It was a very easy process and everything was handled professionally. A+ customer service. I will be renting from them again.

For the second time this year I have been very pleased with the service provided by Lens Depot.  
 
Magda and Oscar are customer service oriented with attention to detail and will not hesitate on hiring their services in the future.  
 
The products offered are very well taken care of. Considering that lenses are rather delicate is amazing to see what they offer to you: pristine lenses, perfect mechanics and electronics. You will never be able to tell is a rental.  
 
It has been a pleasure to do business with them.

the Lensdepot was very helpful in answering my questions about items in stock, shipping options and terms of the rental of the lens. the lens arrived as quoted. They also were very helpful and responsive via email on some questions i had about the lens. I am very satisfied and will rent from them again

I was in a real jam when my friend dropped my Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 IS USM lens and kinked the inside barrel. I was going on a trip to Denver and I needed the lens quick. I found my lens at the Lens Depot which was one of the only 100-400mm lenses available for a 3 week rental, plus they were the most inexpensive.  
 
In my order I indicated I wanted just the 400mm lens, not the zoom. Magda called to get a copy of my driver’s license and we discovered the error in my order. Even though my order was past their shipping time, she helped me change everything and held up the order so I could get my overnight for sure the next day. I thought this was really customer service and it was like dealing with someone you know. I was real impressed with my rental.  
I would recommend them to anyone, and would certainly use them again.

What a great rental experience! Oscar and Magda are absolutly wonderful and true professionals. Without all the details of my first rental there was a small issue that Oscar resolved without hesitation or question. His actions allowed me to keep my schedule of shooting a golf tournament.  
 
Prompt, reliable and quality equipment. I'm certain that this will not be the only time I'll utilize their service. And they will receive the best advertising money can buy from me.....I'm telling my fellow professional photographers about Lens Depot!

Great experience. I needed a back-up camera for my first wedding shoot. I only needed it for one day and Lens Depot only offers weekly rentals, but that's understandable. I saved money on shipping by picking up and dropping off locally. The Lens Depot representative was super sweet; more like meeting an old friend instead of a business transaction. It was easy and hassle free.  
I was a little worried at first because they required a copy of my drivers license and they already had my credit card number. But I was assured by fellow photographers that the business owneres were legit and great to work with. No problems to report. I will definately use them again to rent lenses.
