After some fumbling on the web site due to technical errors, they got my order right and shipped out the lens. Great product, rented a lens for a week for what my local shop charges for one day! Will definitely use again.

I will be renting lenses from Oscar and Magda in the future for my Nikon. Very easy. I did an in-person pick-up and shipped it back. The lens did it's job wonderfully. I rented a 24-70 f2.8. The colors I got from this lens were so rich and wonderful. Nice to have the option to try an expensive piece of pro glass before you buy it. Be sure to shoot a piece of white paper with a small aperature as soon as you get it to be sure everything is on the up and up.

My first experience with the LensDepot.com was fantastic. I did a lot of research and found them to have extremely competitive rental rates. With respect to customer service, Oscar was outstanding. Communication was excellent; I received the correct equiment when promised. I accidentally returned my 1.4x teleconverter with their lens. Oscar promptly FedExed it back to me. The people at the LensDepot.com are first-rate. If you're in the market to rent Canon or Nikon gear, look no further than the LensDepot.com.

I rented a Nikon wide angle 14-24mm f/2.8 for a job. The lens was in great condition and available at an affordable price. In addition, The Lens Depot provided great customer service. I plan to rent again in the future.

My highest recommendation for TheLensDepot.com. I never take the time to do reviews, but actually asked for the opportunity here. I recently rented a Canon 24-70mm 2.8L lens for a trip to Italy from TheLensDepot.com and was shocked at how easy and inexpensive it was. I had expected a huge chunk of my credit card to be on hold while we were in Europe. It was not. I expected a lens that showed considerable wear. It did not; in fact it was a gorgeous copy. I expected it to be unreasonably expensive. It was not. I expected a mandatory very expensive insurance policy. They did offer insurance and I took it but it was not expensive at all. I worried that the lens might not get to me before the trip. It arrived exactly on time. Rest assured that the next time I need to rent a lens it will be from them. The cost was low, the communication was great, and the equipment was pristine. I have decided to buy a copy of the lens I rented, but think I will be using them soon for a ring flash. It is nice to be able to rent and try it out before shelling out the high dollar to buy. I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and his staff. If they dealt with all of my worries as easily as they did, the average customer should have an even better experience- if that is possible!

If your looking to try new gear before investing, or trying to do a project but cant afford a lens, I will always use them in the future.. Rented a 1.4 50mm & 10-22mm 3.5-4.5, lucky close enough for local pickup, and gear was like new. Good people and they care about their business, and I really appreciate their service.. I value good service and highly recommend..

After reviewing the previous 20 or so comments written, I've come to the conclusion that there is really nothing else that I could possibly say that hasn't already been said. The Lens Depot will be the first company that I will contact when I need something in a flash. Very professional and bent over backwards to provide me with the equipment that I needed, when I needed it, and in like new condition when received. The communication/customer service that Oscar provided was excellent and the lens we rented was in excellent condition and actually appeared to be brand new and included the UV filter. Their prices were also the best based on our research for the lens we were renting.
