The team that runs the lens depot are amazing! They always supply excellent equipment and are extremely accommodating with dates needed for pickup and drop off. They have some of the best prices I've seen for camera supplies. The best part is being able to pickup the equipment yourself and not pay shipping or worry about if it'll arrive on time and in working order. Plus if your a local who gets the pleasure of meeting Oscar and his wife... they'll put a smile on your face for sure :) Wonderful company.

I have used The Lens Depot several times now whenever I have an important event that I'm shooting, particularly when I need to use top of the line lenses. The prices are excellent. In fact, there is a local shop that rents and their prices are much higher. The local shop doesn't offer the variety or the service. I don't think anything can be more convenient, always arrive on time (usually early-no extra fee), easy to return, and Oscar provides email notices of shipment, arrival, and return reminders. He's quick to respond to questions (even late at night). His service allows me the opportunity to use great equipment that I can't afford to buy yet as well as getting to try many different options. I hope he's always there for me when i need some piece of equipment, which is growing all the time.

I heard about the Lens Depot From a podcast and was interested in how someone would go about renting a lens. Since they were located in Central Florida, I decided to drive and pick up my lens in person, I am glad that this service was available because it would save on shipping. The Staff was friendly, and helpful, the lens worked great, and the pictures of the wedding turned out really well. I recommend this service to anyone interested in photography who want's to try out different cameras and lenses without having the hefty price tag of a purchase.

The LensDepot.com is an amazing company. Their communication is top notch. You call their company, you get a real person with real customer service (something that lacks in most companies today).

I would like to take a moment and wrtie these coupleof words regarding my experience with the Lens Depot. We are more than glad that we found such a great rental company like you guys. Also, we were more than happy with the following:  
- customer Service over the phone.  
- customer cosaultation over the phone.  
- The response time.  
- the orders handeling from A-Z.  
- the shipping, delivery, and return logistics.  
- Being informative.  
- the rental products (clean, looks brand new)  
- the follow up.  
- The ease of processes and the rental process.  
All these things went just perfect and I would recommend The Lens Depot for anybody especially if you are concerned about the price! (they're pretty reasonable).  
 
The only thing I would mention is that they have a lot of orders going on..so you need to reserve your itme as soon as you're thinking to rent..or The Lens Depot needs to provide more products...lol :)  
 
They are also good at handling payments issues. I had a problem with a third party agent, and they resolved the issue and made them release the funds in my account.

What an excellent service! The Lens Depot allows us locals to pick up and avoid shipping charges. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. This is the best solution if you are shopping for a specific lens but want to try before you buy. I will definitely come back!
