I am very satisfied!  
I ordered a Radeon 9700Pro All-In-Wonder, they had a low price and they also correctly and clearly showed what items they had in stock. Shipping was $5, exactly as stated.  
I ordered on Tuesday morning and received the package this afternoon (Thursday) so even though it was ground UPS it was extremely fast. The package was well sealed and the package ‘filler’ was made up of cool little air-bags, which I prefer that to Neweggs styrofoam pieces, it makes much less of a mess during unpacking.  
 
Anyway I am very pleased on how everything went, they shipped the same day I ordered, there where no ‘hidden’ charges, and the content package was factory sealed. (those where my biggest worries)  
 
So again, I am very pleasantly surprised by this company, and I will most likely buy a monitor from them in the near future.  
 
Update:  
I ordered a Philips 109B43 19in Monitor Tuesday June 10th (one week after my initial AIW 9700Pro purchase) . Again they shipped the same day and I received it two days later on Thursday (6/12/03). Once more I would like to say that I am extremely satisfied with MicroPro. The Box was retail but a little abused when it arrived, probably not MicroPro’s fault though. Shipping for this 45 pound monster was reasonable at $19.  
I did see it somewhere else for less but I am glad I still ordered from MicroPro since I at least knew what I would be getting.

I made an order for a PIONEER DVR-A05 DVD drive late on Friday May 23rd before memorial weekend. I figured that the order would be processed on Tuesday 27th and perhaps shipped same day. I recieved an email Tuesday 27th saying the shipping and billing addresses were different. I called the bank and added the shipping address. I called MicroPro to inform them and was told that the address would be verified and the order would ship either late the same day (Tue) or Wednesday morning. Now I checked their website for tracking information around 1:00pm Wednesday to find out that the nothing had been changed and the information still claimed the shipping address was not valid. I called MicroPro to find out what was going on and the rep. told me he didn't understand why the shipping address was still not verified. He told me that I would recieve an email in half hour with the order status. Well I waited around 5 hours before deciding to call them back. I spoke to a representative and explained what had happened and asked what was the status of the order, his reply was to tell me that there is still a problem with my shipping address and he has to check with the accounting dept. I asked him to cancel my order. What poor service! All this run-around just because I wanted was my order shipped to a different address. Be careful with these guys, their departments don't seem to communicate very well to solve small issues such as this one - the verdict? Waste of your time.

I have been ordering from MicroPro for years and have always had excellent service. Ordering online and finding items are a snap, also I can get adequate info on the items I order. My shipments are always prompt and on time.Customer service has always been very prompt to help my needs.I have been using computers since the Commodore 64 days and have used many vendors in the past, but Micropro has served me the best and the prices are always fair. Everything I have purchased was always in excellent condition and exactly what I specified ( i am picky about what goes in my computers). The easiest place I have ever purchased from in which I can put together EXACTLY what system I want and not some cheap parts other vendors package, then charge you full price. They E-mail me PROMPTLY in response to my orders and they are very easy to track each step of the way. I have dealt with vendors for years and believe you me Micropro will always be my choice. I reccomend Micropro to all my friends and after ordering they all thank me because they found a vendor they can trust and get good service. I normally don't do surveys but it is rare to find stable Honest companies, especially these days. Oh yes i almost forgot, No Spam mail after ordering, they keep my E-mail private.

WOW! I ordered my XFX Geforce4 TI 4200 128MB from them on May 15th. Specified 2 day, because I really wanted it up and running by the weekend, but didn't quite want to shell out the $30 for next day. Oh well, I'll install it on Saturday. Needless to say, it's Friday night, and it's here, installed, and running beautifully. These guys did everything they said they would do and more. I would've prefered a 4400 or 4600, but the price was just too good to pass up. I couldn't be happier!

Ordering from Micro Pro was easy. I pointed, clicked and paid all in just a few simple steps. The next day, I receive an email explaining that my bank account didn't have my current address as a shipping address. No problem, and very nice of them to check. I called my bank and added my new address to my account. Emailed micro pro and let them know. They reprocessed the order and everything was fine. Several days went by and every time I checked the status of my order their site said, In our warehouse being processed for shipping. Finally after a week I called micro pro and asked them what was going on. Now the 9700 pro was on back order and I would have to wait for their shipment to arrive. Which would be just a few days. Another week goes by and finally my order status updates. Being shipped, FedEx will have it to my house the next day.  
The next day I check the FedEx site. Now my shipment has been canceled by micro pro and is being taken back to the company (it wasn't as easy as that, it involved several phone calls to find out that micro pro had recalled the item). I call micro pro again. They had shipped me the wrong item but they have the Ati Radon 9700 pro in stock now. I ask if they've shipped the right item now that they've recalled the wrong one that they shipped. The answer would take me another day to receive. No, we haven't shipped your item and they are once again on back order. I canceled my order and requested a refund. That was on 4/10/03. Its now 5/8/03 and I've yet to see my refund. I wrote an email to the customer service department at micro pro today and will call them tomorrow. I'll update this review when I have more information.  
 
Update 5/9/03 I called micro pro today and was assured that I would receive my refund. The delay was due to the fact that they were waiting for their product to return from their shipping company. The product that they mistakenly sent me and recalled. The service rep that I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Wish I would have got his name, he's the best thing micro pro has going for them.  
 
 
Update 5/15/03 Today I received my refund from micro pro which brings my business with them to an end.

These guy's are great my order was ontime, the price was competitive. Ordering online was a breeze with their system configurator. Their shipping dept. does a GREAT JOB!  
 
One item in the order was the wrong part, I emailed them about it and they fixed the problem right away. I would reecommend these guy's to anyone.

I've been dealing with this company since 1995 to the tune of over $75,000 worth of gear. My satisfaction level: 99%. Anybody that deals with a company this long has encountered a few glitches, but they have been few and far between. Kudos to Tony Ioffe, salesperson par excellence. Prices not always the lowest, but trust and reliability are more important to me than a couple of dollars. My only real complaint is I would like to see a greater selection of components so I could make MicroPro my one-stop store. They've been around a long time. That doesn't happen without a happy customer base.

these guys are, to put it in two words......just excellent........i have never run across a company, large or small, that was more accessible than these guys and that is the truth or god strike me dead.....i called them 4 times in one day and was connected immediately with whoever i needed every time........very good pricing, emails and tracking right on time, information and help that is right on the money........i even changed my order twice in one day and brow beat (joke) them into special ordering a Toshiba 5400rpm drive (very inexpensive upgrade charge) for a great laptop (520 pro) i ordered.......they were never once rude or annoyed by my calls and were just all around great to deal with......it was like calling a good friend who you know is going to help you- very personable...................if you are looking for great prices on the best hardware (Tyan,asus, Abit, Enermax, Liteon, ECS, etc) and service and warranty are important to you.....look no further.........these are the guys...........all in all, a very positive shopping experience and i will definitely due business with them again soon............any negative reviews posted here must be either a mistake, from a competitor that slipped under resellers radar, or from some poor soul who cannot be satified under any circumstances and we all know people like that............my best advice is try these guys out.............thank you Micro Pro for a truly satisfying purchase.

I live in the Cleveland area and heard about this place from a friend. I go there and it is unlike any other store I have been in concerning computers. They have no stock around for "eye candy". I am window shopper of sorts. No biggie.  
At the time I went here I was having several problem with a system I recently built. The "sales rep" I spoke with was real cocky . I asked him what the problem with the computer could be and he says "I dont know, I dont care not our product". I work in sales and know a little about selling. So when he says this I think "Hummm having problem with other brands here I will recommend this item". But he recommends NOTHING. Knowing a little about what I needed I bought a Asus A7N8X and a 40 gig WD hd. Put the items in and VIOLA, worked. The problem with the other system is yet to be solved. Working on RMA with Knoledgemicro on that. Dont get me wrong this place has a FANTASTIC array of products with some of the lowest prices. I will go back but I will be getting another sales rep to assist me.
