Excellent transaction experience and service, with very quick delivery. I found on their website small items for case modification and cooling that are difficult, if not impossible, to find anywhere else. Highly recommended for the case-modifying "geek" and the general user alike!
I wanted some simple case fan filters. I saw a company in South Africa made some nice simple ones that were washable and attached easily by magnetic attraction. I was not interested in dealing outside the USA for fear of rip off and also expensive shipping and long delivery times. I found the item at Frozen CPU for a reasonable price. I ordered and was very satisfied with the product. It is a good product. Also the shipping was very cheap and AMAZINGLY fast. Very Sartisfied will shop again.
All I can say is wow! These guys got their act together! I received my order in 3 days and it was packaged very well. I highly recommend shopping at FrozenCPU. Oh yea, they have a great selection of parts for one's computer needs.
I ordered all of my water cooling things from them and when i got them in 3 days which was incrediable shipping i found out that i had gotten the wrong compression fittings. well i emailed them about the situation and i was able to return my fittings that were sent to me and was able to get the correct fittings and just had to pay shipping. I love frozen cpu and will contine to shop there for the awesome customer service , wide rang of modding supplies, and fast shipping.
FrozenCPU either has it or they will make it for you. I've never found such a complete collection of cables, mods and extensions anywhere else - and they sleeve everything usually the very same day.
I've ordered frequently from FrozenCPU and have been 100% satisfied with every single order. I even had to call them to ask about a part that would need to be custom made. They said they could make it 'no problem' and showed me how to provide specifications on their web site as part of my order. 2 days later, the custom part arrived even better than I had asked for.
These folks are GREAT! I've never enjoyed working with such skilled, knowledgeble and flexible computer experts in my life!

Hands down the one of the best online shops I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Customer service is in the spades, turnaround in amazing, and their product selection is great. Shop here first for anything remotely related to their shop!
I ordered a second Lian Li laptop cooler for a 17" machine and just like the first order, there was a small glitch with shipping. It only delayed the delivery by a few days and other than that everything is great with this company. I will be needing a few desktop items to go with my gaming computer build and these guys will get some of that business.

I was told the part would fit my water cooling system and it didn't. I've emailed customer service, JEFFY, several times about the matter and have yet to receive a response. After 3 weeks I gave up and ordered the correct part from another company. FrozenCPU can kiss my ass.
Response to response: Now I got your attention!!! Thanks for finally responding. I even checked my spam mail to give you the benefit of the doubt; notta. The thing that really sucks is I paid 5 bucks plus S/H for the wrong adapter from FrozenCPU, then after being ignored when I wanted to return the item, bought the correct adapter from another company for 4 bucks plus another 7 to ship it. That really does suck.
Update: Mark from FrozenCPU contacted me to try and clear up the matter. I appreciate the concern so I changed the ratings.

I responded to his first email with the correct parts he would need to get his pump to work with his system.
Ordered a fan, a power extension cable, and some screws. FrozenCPU has a great selection of miscellaneous PC parts. They shipped the same day and the package arrived two days later by USPS (USPS priority mail is excellent now and they deliver on Saturdays). Everything arrived as advertised, in perfect condition. Have ordered from FrozenCPU before and every time the results were excellent. Highly recommend FrozenCPU.
FrozenCPU doesn't include an adapted fan tail with their PANAFLO fans. Also - this fan doesn't exceed 13oz in weight, but FrozenCPU packaged it so it would exceed that weight and void me the free shipping option.

The fan when packaged does exceed 13 ounces. There is no way to avoid that while safely packaging the fan. We do not offer any free shipping option on any First Class Mailings so we are quite puzzled by this feedback.
If anything, FrozenCPU is one of the few stores out there that offers a USPS First Class Shipping option for small items while other stores do not. Fans unfortunately cannot be mailed this way because they need to be protected by a box or they will crack the blades on the fan. We have been shipping fans and the like for 10 years so we have seen this happen. If we could simply send a panaflo fan in a paper envelope with a US Stamp on it we would.
On to the complaint on the fan tails not being included. We price the fan as bare lead only. Why do we do this? We do this for 2 reasons. First reason, the fan can be used with a detacheable 3 pin or 4 pin tail. We do not know which a customer prefers so we let the customer decide when on the configuration page. Secondly, some users seek these fans bare wire to use with bare terminals for use with fan controllers where a tail is not needed at the end of the wire.
Wow, the shipping totally rocks!! Ordered Thursday afternoon and received the item Saturday.
No drama, just performance. I'll buy from them again without reservation.
