Item was out of stock when I went looking for it, no worry though: email notification of stock the same day! Confirmation of order immediately, package out the door an to FedEx within 12 hours (overnight) and second day delivery!  
Extra points for double boxing, although my item wasn't particularly fragile, the retail box was in a larger (by about 2 inches in all dimensions) box and packed neatly in packing paper with the invoice right on top!

Huge selection of water cooling and air cooling products with great prices. They shipped my order very quickly with the choice of FedEX or USPS. The box was shipped FedEX ground and arrived on time in pristine condition. It was stuffed with plenty of packing material and sealed multiple times with very tough tape.

Hard to find a decent etailer that sells many watercooling products within Canada, so I tried FrozenCPU. Selection and inventory is great. Shipping options to Canada are pretty good, and my order shipped quickly as well. Recommended as an option for any Canadians in the same spot.

Decided to pre-order a waterblock and it shipped a couple of days earlier than the estimated shipping date.  
 
Packaging was also superb. Box was carefully packaged so that my item wasn't shifting about during shipment. I liked that they offered Fed Ex Home Delivery as one of their options since I was able to get it delivered on a Saturday instead of having to wait until the following Monday.  
 
The only con I can think of is that some of their prices are higher than other stores (Sidewinder Computers, PetrasTechShop, Jab-Tech). Luckily the part I was ordering was the cheapest that I could find and the shipping wasn't all that expensive either.  
 
Definitely recommend and will be ordering from them in the future.

Website index was good, took a little time but found everything. The product I ordered came damage, but that wasn't a problem, upon contact they quickly understood my situation and a reasonable agreement was made. With reliable customer support and service the people from this website really are something. They even call me to my phone to see if I was please with the service. They covered all of the expenses of the replacement, and it shipped the same day. Overall the service was delightful. Products arriving damaged can happen to anyone, but handling the situation as good as these people did, priceless.

Recently, I had a problem with an order from FrozenCPU. The short story is that the part (a waterblock kit) shipped from the manufacturer without a critical part. I discovered the problem immediately after delivery, and called FrozenCPU, they took down the notes, and took control of the problem. After a week, I had not recieved info, and so I emailed them for a follow up. In both cases, the response was immediate and they took necessary steps to correct the problem.  
 
Customer service is an important aspect of many businesses, and quality customer service needs to be rewarded with words of praise. No one is perfect, but the quality of a retailer is gauged by their dedication to solving the imperfections. FrozenCPU excelled in this category, and doing business with them carries that much more assuredness that, ultimately, I will be pleased with my purchase... hats off to the highest level of customer satisfaction from FrozenCPU.
