I ordered a Megahalems CPU cooler and a pair of fans from FrozenCPU, and while there were a few places out there with *marginally* better prices, nobody else has come close to the quality of service that they provide.
FrozenCPU staff was very helpful to identify the part I required when I called. Website is customer friendly designed and product was delivered via UPS efficiently.
I've been building pc's since 1986. I've done things with pc hardware that couldn't be done and made it work well.
I mainly went to FrozenCPU for IC Diamond thermal paste. I like the selection of items the store has.
While there I grabbed a couple of fan filters, a slot protector kit, some rubber fan screws and hit the clearance for a 92mm fan and a power supply connector kit ... mainly for the tool. When they say "clearance" they really mean to get it out of there. It can't be beat.
The "FrozenCPU.com Advanced Slot Protector Kit" is intended for DDR2 and not DDR3, but a tiny mod with a knife and it fits DDR3 like a glove.
The site is really great to navigate and get out. I really like the products. Shipping was fast and with sufficient packing.
The order totaled $65.29 with shipping and included two 99 cent clearance items, hardly the purchase of the day, but when I had a picky complaint Mr Friga (President & CEO)emailed me offering to make it right. He did so with speed and amazing smoothness.
All in all I'd say this experience set a new standard for my online purchases.

We really dont know what to say about this customer. He bought some clearance items for 99 cents and was not satisfied with the quality of the items. We offered a refund but the customer did not seem too interested in us working with him to resolve the issue. Will work with the customer should he contact us again to satisfy him however we just dont what we can do to satisfy him.
Great assortment of items available at competitive prices. Fast processing and shipping. All items were shipped and packed well.
I highly recommend FrozenCPU.
While I have reason to avoid NY vendors because of the tax issue, I just placed my second order w/ FrozenCPU.com last night and have found them a pleasure to deal with. Each order was preceded by an e-mail inquiries which were promptly answered by the company president. The second e-mail directed me to call one of the staffers which specializes in the area I was inquiring about and when I did, said individual provided valuable selection advice.
Orders are processed promptly even on weekends, and packages arrive quickly. Orders by quantity (such as feet of sleeving or number of doodads err a bit on the + side ... IOW, got slightly more than ordered.
Mostly, what I like about the store is the breadth of products that are available, many of which I have been unable to find anywhere else. Prices aren't the lowest I have seen but the adage "ya get what ya pay for" applies.
Another thing that is very important to me is the choice of shippers. I don't do business with vendors who limit me to FedEx as it seems every time FedEx delivers something I have a problem. Thank You UPS and FrozenCPU !

I'll keep it short and sweet. I ordered; it processed and shipped the same day. I can't ask for any more than that. That's the kind of service that keeps my business.
I initially placed an order for case fans and then realized I'd made a mistake. The Company was extremely fast to respond, made sure I got credit back for my order, and I was able to re-order quickly. My shipment got here fast, the items were exactly as advertised and I couldn't be happier with the customer service from FrozenCPU.

Great prices and fast shipping. FrozenCPU has the best selection of water cooling parts, and the shipping costs are much lower than most other stores. I definitely recommend FrozenCPU and will purchanse again in the future.
Placed my order on Friday afternoon and had by Monday afternoon. Through an error in checking clearance on my part, I called to ask for a RMA number, and was told that all that was needed is a copy of the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return. Of course one is given the option of a store credit, or a refund back to the card, minus the restocking fee. Not a bad option, as I believe I'll be ordering more from them.
I find restocking fees a general profit maker and don't agree with them, but so many others have their bogus fees, as well, so what the hey...
Generally satisfied with products and service. But they have not yet credited me for shipping (I picked up the order in person), even though they told me it was already taken care of when I was there picking up my items.
On a recent order with FrozenCPU, the manufacturer provided a subpar product. Upon contacting FrozenCPU about the issue, I found that they immediately went the extra mile to make sure I was happy, even though the problem had nothing to do with them. The level of service they provided was UNMATCHED and I was very happy that I did business with Frozen. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
