I've been ordering modding supplies from FrozenCPU.com for over a year now. They're service is quick, excellent, and friendly. I try to order everything I can from this company since I know they will ship all my purchases on time and help me if I have a problem.
I purchased some 80mm anodized fan filters and some fan screws from them on 7/30. I checked the status of the order on 8/2 and it still had not shipped, but my credit card had already been charged. I sent them an email asking why the order had not yet gone out and they replied 12 hours later that they did not know why but they would get the order out that day and would upgrade my shipping from UPS ground to UPS 2-day. I finally get the package today (8/7) and see that it was shipped ground. I open the box and only find the screws. I look at the invoice and see that someone had scratched off the fan filters from the invoice. I called them to find out why I was charged $40 for 12 fan screws and their response was: "I don't know what happened, but we will get those out right away."
I have never had such a terrible experience with an online retailer and I can't really see how they could have such a high rating here. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order and can only hope that I will get it tomorrow as I was promised, but I doubt that will happen.
I have shopped here several times and always greatly taken care of. This time I went looking for a case to fit under my wife's desk. They found a case that fit perfect. I purchased a Lian-Li PC-61, akasa Paxmate, round cables and a book on overclocking. As always they were very helpful. I would recomend this place to anyone.

I contacted them about their availability of their custom 7v/12v 6 port baybus, and received a prompt e-mail. Not only that, but I had an e-mail conversation with the owner or employee, "Mark." Where he answered all my questions, and wrote in reply to all my questions within the same day.
Now I have that product pre-ordered and its pending!

On the website I found hard to find specialty items for lian li computer cases. I found their site easy to use. After i ordered I was kept up to date on my order status by email. Order processed and shipped quickly. Great store.
I ordered a 80mm fan, an Alpha Heatsink, and some thermal compound. Everything shipped and got here very fast with excellent customer updates (even included tracking number). I'm also glad to buy from a company located not too far from home and school.
I just purchased a Lian Li PC-61, premodded with a blowhole, window, and baybus pre-installed. The window was installed so well that there was no room for a locking strip and the blowhole was very professionally done. The only problem I had was with the baybus work. When drilling the holes, the worker scratched up the front of the black faceplate. I immediately emailed the company and had a new faceplate (undamaged this time) within a few days. Great work; killer customer service.
There not mutch to say when its perfect. There is everything i ever looked for all in 1. I bought a IDE rounded cable 36" and a Spiderman Grill Fan 120mm.
All from the save store and it was easy. Everything u ever wanted for your PC ?? THEY HAVE IT :)
Ordering was a very smooth process. Shipping was faster than expected, especially for a computer case! My case had a very MINOR defect on the side panel. They were VERY helpful in the replacement of this part. Would buy from again!
FrozenCPU has jumped to the top of my list for purchasing computer parts. The selection is fantastic, the web site is easy to navigate, and the customer service is excellent. There was an error with the mod I requested - this was my first order with them; I thought it would be a hassle for the problem to be fixed (RMA, shipping, putting another order on the cc'd, etc.). I was totally mistaken - shortly after notifying Mark, he replied by acknowledging the error and vowed to correct it and ship the new part out at no cost to me (and I didn't have to send the original part back!). The part arrived today, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Other companies could definitely learn how customer service should be by studying Mark & his crew. In the future, FrozenCPU will be the first place I check for any of my modding/computer needs.
I purchased an alluminum Chenming 601 case and window kit which arrived promptly and in good shape.I was under the immpression that their cases all came with a frozencpu case badge but didn't receive one. I e-mailed Stan,who handles purchases and he replied right away that he would send one right out to me. Good prices too!
Would definitely shop there again.
