I have placed three orders with FrozenCPU and am very satisfied with their customer service. The first two orders were processed without incident, on the third I ran into a stocking problem. The order was cancelled and the refund processed in a timely fashion.

i think FrozenCPU has offered me great service! fast shipping, although its expensive but ehh...whattya gonna do? ha. i havent had to deal with their over the phone customer support but from the negative reviews ive read on here, it sounds like it sucks. but, being a customer service representative at bestbuy i know there are a TON of really stupid people out there that demand RETARDED things like a free replacement part and free shipping after a customer broke the bracket himself. ok smart @$$ lets think for a second, if you were the owner of FozenCPU and a bunch of people came back with, say, a $100 product that THEY OPENLY ADMITTED TO BREAKING and they demanded a free replacement and free shipping. would you bow to their every command? to those that answered NO, congradulations! to those who answered YES...please, PLEASE just die cause the world is better off without idiots like you.  
 
as i know very much about the revenue that our Bestbuy store makes, if we "penny out" (reduce cost to $0.01) we loose a crap ton of money that is needed to pay for the stores utilities and our workers. i cant even imagine what giving free stuff away from a smaller online store does to their business. i completely agree with everything FrozenCPU counter argued with some of there customers.  
 
the one thing i thought was really dumb on FrozenCPU's part was when they said "We cant win them all" to a customer who they shipped a product late to. that makes FrozenCPU look really really lazy, and blatently shows that they don't really give a damn about some of their customers.  
 
other than that, i LOVE FrozenCPU! i think their positives override their negatives. if i were some of the customers that gave bad reviews, i suggest doing some thourough research on a product before they buy and DONT PLAY STUPID when you want to argue a stores return policy.

They have articles to help you pick core components if you're a noob  
or have been out of the game for a while. They do a great job of  
getting the latest and greatest stuff in.

Ordered fastener package. Shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Product generally seems okay -- made in China-- but screw heads are a off a littleand do not mate well with philips driver, a problem for power equipment.

I was very pleased with fast shipping and careful sturdy packing. I especially liked the price of Logisys cold cathodes. Will order from FrozenCPU soon again.

I placed by first purchase with FrozenCPU on October 23, 2009. My first experience was outstanding!  
 
I placed my order 90 minutes before their shipping deadline. I was informed they would have the sleeving finished and the case shipped out before the end of the day... and I said, "that would be amazing!" About 95 minutes later, I had a shipping confirmation that my case was already on the way! Now that is customer service and keeping your word! A+++++  
 
I bought a Lian Li A70B case and opted for the custom wire sleeves. Upon arrival, I inspected the sleeving and everything looks spectacular! A+ sleeving work! In fact, the sleeving quality looks like it was performed by Lian Li.  
 
After finishing my custom build, I noticed I was missing a thumbscrew. I contacted FrozenCPU the next day, and within 45 minutes of my phone call, I received an email shipping confirmation for my FREE replacement thumbscrew!  
 
I have since placed two more orders, and I will continue turning to FrozenCPU for all computer parts, especially for fans (solely because of their custom sleeving option and work quality). Sorry Newegg, but FrozenCPU now is my #1 choice.

This is a great company. I ordered a HSF and they shipped it same day without having to pay extra for a rush order or anything. Shipping was great price and they padded it very well. I look forward to ordering from them again.

I had ordered a system sleeve kit UV blue. It's a great product to make the PSU cables look cool and clean. On the downside if you don't really know what your doing I wouldn't suggest getting this. The ATX pin tool is very weak and bends or breaks easily. I would suggest buying a more solid tool. The Molex tool is great though, pins come out nice and easy. If you have a heat gun set it on low the heat shrink works fast and has a nice clean look. I am not to sure I would want to try and do the 24 pin though one misplaced wire and you can fry your system. Overall I give this product a thumbs up.

Very good experience. Took a month for the parts to get back in stock before I ordered, but once they had the stock there were plenty to go around. Fast shipping and excellent prices.

This is the about the fourth purchase I have made from FCPU. Everything about this company is A+ class and service. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Now when I need anything computer related I go to their website (awesome and easy to navigate) first. A new and loyal customer. When I received this order one item was missing. I emailed them (on a Sunday) and received a reply that very same day; quite impressive, considering the missing item was only ten dollars. Yet it was treated as though it was a big dollar item. The missing item was shipped out the next day. Outstanding! I've since placed more orders with Frozen CPU and will continue to do so. As I am building my first PC I have done many online transactions with many different vendors as I go through the "learning process." Without a doubt these guys and gals are heads and shoulders above all their competition. This is where I look first and buy first.

Frozen CPU is a great place for the PC junkie. They have everything you could want for any PC mod or build. I love this store!!!

Ordered a Thermalright LGA1366 Bolt-Thru Mounting Kit and a Yate Lonn 120mm fan. THe order arrived that week and was well packaged. The price and shipping terms were also fair. Will do business with them again. They also have a great website.

When I turned to international websites (as I live in Australia and the websites there no longer stocked the products I need)I was pleasantly surprised.Your service and extremely prompt processing and shipping of my order came as a shock, as I am used to having to put up with PC case gear's crap like running out of stock, taking 2 and a half weeks to process and ship my order, stuffing up my credit card statement, ect.  
 
I just want to thank you for you exceptional service. What I like about the status emails that you sent me is that they actually describe what is happening with my order, rather than "your order has been processed".  
 
I am so pleased, in fact, that I will continue to use your website and ditch PC case gear, as for the quality of service, good prices and extremely quick processing, its worth the extra $55 for the shipping.
