Excellent selection, Checkout process etc seemed to jump around a bit, but overall quite easy to do. often times the options available for the cases were confusing. you carry the standards case with factory side panel then have the option for the window, but there is an entirely separate SKU dedicated to only the one with the modded side panel. it would be better to just ahve on with each of the options because i was confused as to exactly what it shipped with, both side panels? only one? that is the only thing i would change. if that is confusing and you want some clarification feel free to email me shaun@gaircitytech.com
I ordered an socket 940 heatsink, 38mm screws and an 80mm fan grill. I have received two e-mails with current information regarding this order. The selection and service at frozencpu.com is outstanding.I ordered the fan for this heatsink and from a different vendor and now I wish that I had ordered from frozencpu.com and paid slightly more. The service alone is worth paying a little more for much greater satisfaction.
Great selection and web site is easy to navigate. Order was processed and shipped quickly and I was kept informed of the status of the order as it progressed. I will definately shop at FrozenCPU in the future and I recommend that you give them a try!

I had to exchange an item for my build, and frozen cpu's help was excellent; returning the product was easy and painless. Again when I ordered the replacement product, shipping was lighting quick and the service was excellent. Overall a great store with great service.

First time ordering from Fronzencpu.com and it was a great experience from beginning to end. I was always kept informed of my order's progress with short emails and my purchase got to me very quickly. My item was of great quality, as advertised so I was very happy with everything. I have placed three orders with FrozenCPU and am very satisfied with their customer service. The first two orders were processed without incident, on the third I ran into a stocking problem. The order was cancelled and the refund processed in a timely fashion.
i think FrozenCPU has offered me great service! fast shipping, although its expensive but ehh...whattya gonna do? ha. i havent had to deal with their over the phone customer support but from the negative reviews ive read on here, it sounds like it sucks. but, being a customer service representative at bestbuy i know there are a TON of really stupid people out there that demand RETARDED things like a free replacement part and free shipping after a customer broke the bracket himself. ok smart @$$ lets think for a second, if you were the owner of FozenCPU and a bunch of people came back with, say, a $100 product that THEY OPENLY ADMITTED TO BREAKING and they demanded a free replacement and free shipping. would you bow to their every command? to those that answered NO, congradulations! to those who answered YES...please, PLEASE just die cause the world is better off without idiots like you.
as i know very much about the revenue that our Bestbuy store makes, if we "penny out" (reduce cost to $0.01) we loose a crap ton of money that is needed to pay for the stores utilities and our workers. i cant even imagine what giving free stuff away from a smaller online store does to their business. i completely agree with everything FrozenCPU counter argued with some of there customers.
the one thing i thought was really dumb on FrozenCPU's part was when they said "We cant win them all" to a customer who they shipped a product late to. that makes FrozenCPU look really really lazy, and blatently shows that they don't really give a damn about some of their customers.
other than that, i LOVE FrozenCPU! i think their positives override their negatives. if i were some of the customers that gave bad reviews, i suggest doing some thourough research on a product before they buy and DONT PLAY STUPID when you want to argue a stores return policy.
