I love tanzanite but it's usually so expensive! When I saw a beautiful tanzanite ring on DiamondShark for $33 I ordered one immediately. My order was placed Saturday, Feb. 21 and it arrived at my door Wednesday, Feb. 25. The ring is beautiful and larger than I expected! I am very happy with the speed of delivery and quality of the tanzanite.

This is my first purchase with DiamondShark and I am more than satisfied! The ring I ordered looked better in person than it did on the website and was very high quality. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and despite the "not responsible for incorrect sizing" clause, I contacted Ashley at customer service and she gave me some choices within an hour. The ring I had ordered was sold out, but she said that we could wait and see if someone returned my size, or she had another very similiar ring that she could send me or I could just send back the ring I ordered for a full refund. I chose to get the very similiar ring and all of my service was great! The product I purchased (tungsten carbide ring) was about 1/10th of the cost of local jewelry stores and looks and feels realy nice. This is the first time I ordered from DiamondShark. The first pair earrings I received had one loose back clutch. When I told Ashley at DiamondShark about this, she promptly replied with a return authorization label, which allowed me to exchange the earrings.  
 
When I later explained that the earrings were for my wife as an anniversary gift and wanted her to double check to make sure the replacement pair to be perfect, she sent us a real surprise - a necklace besides the earrings! My wife was so thrilled about the gift.

The item was exactly as described- which was beautiful. The ring feel like it is well made and fits comfortably. Shipping was super-fast, I received the item several days after ordering it, which is amazing for a site with free shipping. The gift box is nice, but unnecessary since I bought it for myself. :) Overall a very smooth and satisfactory transaction, and I am highly likely to purchase from this store again.

I received the item but the box wasn't sealed and someone in our wonderful Postal System decided to open the box and steal my item.
