I ordered a ring in February. I gave it as a gift in March and after my little sister wore it for one day, a stone came out of the ring. I contacted DiamondShark, and they immediately responded with a UPS label so I could return the ring for repair. The repaired ring was returned to me within a week. I am delighted with the customer service!

These guys are truly amazing and provides best service. I purchased a watch from them last Christmas. After few months of wearing the watch, I noticed a crack on the surface. Emailed them the problem and they sent me a replacement right away. The email response time was quick and provided replacement without further questions. And I got the watch even before the tracking email was received in my inbox. All vendors should have customer service like these guys!

DiamondShark has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I sent an email questioning if they were going to have a previous item for sale again, not only did I get a response extremely quickly, but because they weren't going to have the item again, they even sent me the link to another store that had the item I was questioning about. Instead, we decided to go ahead and get the item DiamondShark was offering even though it was a little different than what we were looking for. I again emailed questioning about a coupon code and if it would be possible to get blue boxes instead of black (the items for for the girls standing up in our wedding and the blue is one of our wedding colors), I received a response within minutes, answering my coupon code question and assuring me that they would be happy to put the necklaces in blue boxes instead of the black. You couldn't ask to deal with nicer people that are willing to do whatever they can to make your experience dealing with them better! I will continue to watch for deals on DiamondShark and would give them my business over another retailer anyday!

My boyfriend ordered a blue sapphire necklace from Diamondshark and had it sent to me for Valentine's Day. I loved the beauty and quality of it, and wore it every day. Unfortunately, it fell off one day and I lost it. When I contacted the company, they were incredibly helpful in searching for a new one. They were unable to find another necklace for me, but I really appreciated their effort, and I would highly recommend ordering from Diamondshark because of the quality of their merchandise and their great customer service.

This is my 2nd purchase with DiamondShark. I ordered a Bulova at rock bottom price (at least 200 USD less than anywhere else), and was very happy with the fast shipping.  
The watch stopped working after 1 week. Got in touch with their Customer Service, and Ashley was quick in her reply. She advised me to go an try to change the battery first. I did and it worked. Ashley immediately credited the amount I spent for Battery replacement in my CC.

Amazing value from this vendor. The necklace I ordered for my wife arrived with the chain tangled beyond recovery. I emailed DiamondShark, and they shipped a replacement chain out that day for free.
