I've ordered from them before, and I'm going to continue to order from them. They generally ship within a couple of days, normally I prefer same day or next day shipping but I'm in NYC so generally I get it within 1-2 days after shipping anyway. Their items are good, though even when you see it on the model, it tends to appear smaller and more fragile in real life. However, they are pretty, the diamonds are nice, sparkly, everything arrives safely, well packaged, and is good quality. They offer great deals and I am satisfied with their service.

Iam a first time buyer from INVICTA SHARK and I had some dougts but every thing was perfect the watch is beautiful and exactly what they said it was and the price was terrific and Iam looking every day for the next deal THINGS WENT PERFECT 2 DAY EXPRESS WAS 2 DAYS DILIVERED THANK U INVICTA SHARK LOOKING FORWARD TOWARDS MY NEXT DEEEEEAAAAALL JAKETHESNAKE ME.

Awesome customer service, beautiful pearl earrings and prompt delivery made it impossible for me to do anything but highly recommend this seller. I have purchased many items, sterling silver, 14k gold and watches...have never had any problems and the one issue I did have with a clasp breaking was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. Overall awesome business to work with on all fronts: shipping, product quality and customer service of the highest degree.

This was my first order from Chronoshark/Sharkstores. I ordered a Citizen Eco-drive watch. It was shipped within a day and I received it shortly after. Great shopping experience all around with Chronoshark and I will likely buy again.

Here is the part of my email to them.
Hi Shark,
I received two watches from you. And I want to turn them back.
My first one is Wittnauer 10B10 Krystal collection. On this watch there are two second hands. One is the main second hand, and the other is the one on chronogragh. Unfortunately, their functions are simply switched each other. That means the chronogragh second hand is always moving, while the main second only moves when the chronograph is triggered off. Moreover, this watch is deadly inaccurate. It shifts 5 seconds in a few hours.
The other one is the Citizen Eco-Drive BL5180-57L Perpetual Calendar Collection Caliber E811 Chronograph 100M Mens Watch. Speaking of accuracy, this one is better. It shifts 2 seconds overnight, which means 2-3 minutes over a month. But still, this is not a normal CITIZEN should have. Another thing is that the function hand misaligns a little with its markers. By the way, it also has a scratch on the bracelet.
I can hardly convince myself that they are normal brand-new watches as stated on your website.
Yes their prices are unbeatable, so are the risks you are going to take. For these two purchases, I lost 17 dollars on shipping.

I ordered an Invicta automatic from InvictaShark (a ChronoShark store) and received the watch in about a week. This was probably my 7th or 8th purchase from them.
The watch arrived as advertised and was exactly as expected...except for one thing...it ran fast, very fast, gaining about 6 seconds every minute.
I contacted ChronoShark's customer service via e-mail (send over the weekend) and received a response promptly Monday morning. I shortly thereafter received an e-mail with a link to print a return shipping label (no charge to me), and was told that a replacement watch is being sent to me.
While I certainly appreciate the cost and normal operations of this compamy, it's their reaction to a customer issue that stands out most in my mind. Their response is everything I could hope for, and in return they've gained a very loyal customer!

I ordered the Movado 0605063 Sapphire Collection Swiss Made, with retail price about $1,600; I took a high risk, but I convince myself after I've read all the reviews.
Here is my honest review:
1- About shipping; it's ok, not fast not slow, apart from when you order, as this will affect the shipping date, I received my order after 7 days from the order date. I would give it 4/5
2- Quality of the item; excellent quality, and legitimate item, I checked mine in an authorized service center and even they adjust the band for free. I would give it 5/5
3- Warranty, unfortunately, there is no warranty as Chronoshark.com is not authorized retailer, I would not give any rating for that.
4- Watch box, its poor quality, and not on the lever I was expecting for a very expensive watch like the one I ordered, that will ruin the present if you plan to buy it as a gift, I would give it 2/5
5- Price, it’s unbelievable, very low price for a legitimate item, I cannot figure out how they do that, I know the retailer are getting a very high margin, however, this is good for us as a consumers. I would give it 5/5.
6- Overall experience, very happy I did the order on that item, I would order again from them providing this is not a gift as I would not trust the watch box anymore; I would rate the overall experience as 4.5/5
That is an excellent online place to shop for expensing watches if you happen to find the watch you like in the daily deal and you don’t worry about the manufacture warranty too much.

Wonderful service! Got my order in 5 days using normal ground service, everything working perfectly, and at such a good deal that I was somewhat thinking "this is too good to be true!"
Well it was true!
I was looking for this watch at other sellers, and could only find this watch for as little as $450 at other places (it lists for $700). Chronoshark listed it for $250! Once ordered, it came in very little time, with all original packaging, documentation, and warranties (5 yr warranty). Can't ask for a better deal than that. I've bought a number of times from DiamondShark, ChronoShark, and InvictaShark.
As any other store, I've had a couple of times when mistakes have happened. I have been impressed with the quality of customer service they are willing to provide and the desire to have complete customer satisfaction.

This is the first and last time I order anything from this company. I ordered a ring on 9/22, they charged my credit card and sent me a notice that it was shipped on 9/23. I sent an email to them concerning this order around Oct 2, and have yet to get a response. I called this morning once they actually opened (10:30-5:30, what kind of customer service hours are those?) and was told that the item wasn't actually shipped until 9/29, even though the website says 9/23. I was told that the mail did't come for pickup on the 23rd and came on the 29th. The USPS didn't make it by for almost a week? Don't BS me! All that was aneeded was a quick note to tell me that the shipment was delayed, but I received nothing, even when I contated them about it. This company will never see another dime of my money and I will be contacting the BBB Online.

Final UPDATE:
Well, after 3 months of still not getting my replacement I emailed them again. The following day I received a phone call saying the person who was working on this dosent work at DiamondShark anymore. So nothing was going to be done or fixed had I not emailed again (for like the 30th time). They offered to send me the necklace of the day (which was similar) instead. I said yes---just to be done with this whole mess.
Update:
My husband just received a call direct from DiamondShark. They apologized for the mishap and appreciated our feedback.
They offered to give us our refund while still sending us a replacement necklace. I give them major points for fixing the situation. It is nice to know that they read the feedback and want to improve every situation. Knowing that, I would continue to urge my husband to pick out presents for me, knowing this is a good company to order from.

My husband ordered me a necklace from DimaondShark. This was his second purchase from this site.
The necklace arrived chipped and we immediately contacted the customer support. We were told we were responsible for shipping it back and then we would receive a replacement.
After we mailed it back we emailed them several days later to find out when our replacement would be shipped. We then were told we would either get a refund or our replacement.
