Wow what can be said about a store that has been nothing short of perfection. This was my first item from diamond shark so I figured I was asking a lot for them to upgrade my shipping to 2 day since I needed the ring for a wedding on the 1st of August. In the email of offered to pay extra for the cost of the upgraded shipping. I had a return email within a couple hours that not stated they would be upgrading the shipping at no cost but they were also adding a special item for my future wife. The customer service you received from this store should be used as a standard for all customer service. I can not wait to be able to get many more items from this store as the ring was perfect and the rep sent a pair of earring that are just as perfect. I will be telling everyone I know about diamondshark.com and there perfect business design and quality of service. I have dealt with many, deal a day sites and this blows away every other one out there

What an amazing company, what an amazing service! I ordered my watch for a lot less than it costs out there (over $500 less), and received it one day earlier than expected! It came in a beautiful box with all the warranties and instructions...

I have made several purchases with The Diamond Shark & Chrono Shark... When I picked up a watch a few weeks ago, I got it the next day! All my deliveries are prompt, customer service is amazing and the product is OMG, WOW and LOVE IT! I love the watches they have! You guys are awesome.
The best online (and maybe brick & mortar) company with which this far too experienced buyer has dealt. Ordered Raymond Weil watches. Unfortunately, the first wasn't completely water resistant. Customer service was really "customer service", not an oxymoron! Return label was emailed, replacement watch was sent. This company performs exactly the way things are meant to perform -- it leaves the feeling that one's business is appreciated, and that its own (i.e., DiamondShark's) reputation is one of integrity. I ordered the deal of the day which was: "1.80 Carat Genuine Swiss Blue Topaz and White Topaz Milgrain Pendant Necklace in 925 Sterling Silver" for me and my gf's 4-month anniversary gift (7/18) at 1:35:02 AM on 7/16 and receive (free) shipping notice at 2:43 PM on 7/16 and got it in time for the anniversary...I could not believe it...it is currently 2:30some pm on 7/17 and it is gorgeous...my ol' december baby will flip

I have made nine purchases from DiamondShark to date and I have yet to be disappointed with a piece of jewelry that I have received. They are all well presented in lovely gift boxes. The shipping is prompt, and my favorite price: FREE! The jewelry is pretty and I have received many compliments. The majority of their pieces are set in Sterling Silver (.925) with an occasional piece set in gold. Descriptions are clear, concise and accurate.
Rings are all of one size (no choice) so be sure you look to see what size they are selling, although many pieces can be resized by a local jeweler. READ the description! Some of these pieces have HUGE stones. Be sure you know your carat and mm sizes so you know what you are going to receive. Many of the stones are lab created, which are quite lovely, but one should always know what they are getting. Often the accent stones are either white sapphires or white topaz, however when the accents are diamonds, I have NOT seen any of the grey, industrial grade diamonds that I have received from other websites. All in all, the quality is very good, the prices are excellent and this site is an excellent way to add to your jewelry repertoire.
I have been fortunate enough not to require their customer service, however reviewers on this site and others all rave about the high quality of their service, so I feel confident that should I need it, I will not be disappointed. Overall, DiamondShark is a pleasant site with which to do business.

Ordered a Casio G-Shock from Chronoshark. Price was excellent, delivery was fast (though it wasn't free, alas), product was what I'd ordered. No complaints.
Chronshark (Diamondshark) is without a doubt the best online store I have ever dealt with. I had to call to set up PayPal payment and they accomplished that quickly and easily. The agent said they will have PayPal added to their website shortly. I am military overseas and I received my watches within a week in Afghanistan! They even checked stock and let me order a watch I missed on the previous day. Absolutely the best online shopping experience period! They even beat a lot of brick and mortar stores in customer service.
I purchased the Stuhrling Original Aviator Calendar Pro from Chronoshark. It was a great deal on a great watch. Everything on Chronoshark was accurate about the watch, except for the MSRP. Chronoshark stated the list price for this watch is $785, but the price listed on Stuhrling's own website lists it at $640. At $89 from Chronoshark, it's still an awesome deal, but there's no need to exaggerate the MSRP.
I'm a picky customer, especially with jewelry, because I sold it for years! I have been very impressed with DiamondShark's prices but wondered about the quality. When I saw the black, men's Tungsten Carbide band, I thought it was stunning and ordered it. It arrived today and even my picky husband loved it! I will be buying from DS again!

I want to say Thank You, the Blue Sapphire & Diamond Journey Pendant Necklace was the perfect answer a problem that I had, when I bought in May. I need to find a perfect item to give my girlfriend when I proposed to her. She had told me when we started dating that she didn't like rings because she couldn't wear them at work and would loose them (she a surgical nurse). I saw the necklasce and deceided it was the perfect item that she could always have with her. She loves Sapphires and if I can't give a diamond for her hand, the diamonds in the pendant I hoped would be a beautiful substitute. Well we finally got to get away this weekend to a mountain resort. I had the necklace laying on her dinner napkin and when she saw it she fell in love with it and started crying. When I asked her to maary me, she said yes through all the tears. I just bought one of the pearl necklaces offered June 12th, I can't wait the see how they will look when my fiancée wears them on our wedding day.
