I registered with resellerratings.com just to tell how satisfied I am.
I am a very frequent online buyer (over $50,000 spent annually), and this is the best online store I came across in the many years that I have shopped online. Diamondshark offers great service, great communication, quick shipping, great price, etc. Read on to see why this was the best experience I had at an online store.
I ordered some watches that were on sale from Diamondshark to resell. The order limit was 5, so I went ahead and ordered five watches. There was also a coupon code that could only be used on 1 of the watches, so I entered it in. After my order, I received a quick personal (un-automated) email thanking me for ordering with them, and asking if I would want to order any more. I wanted to get 15 in total to resell, and I asked DiamondShark customer service if I could use the coupon on all 15 watches (I was convinced they weren't going to allow me, but it doesn't hurt to ask). To my amazement, they allowed me to use the coupon code on all 15 watches!!! They also allowed me to buy 15 watches at the sale price! (As I am a reseller, most stores cancel my order as soon as my quantity is that high especially at sale prices). Just as I thought their service couldn't get any better…
I was up late at night on the weekend inquiring about my order. A couple minutes later, I get a response!! I have never seen a store with such good communication. I asked him what he was doing up so late, and his response was, "Weekend watches are our busiest sales periods... so we make sure to stay around very late to help anyone that may be having issues with their order." What dedication! Diamondshark customer service could easily answer emails in the morning, but to satisfy the buyer, they stay up at night. The story gets even better…
A Diamondshark customer service representative told me that the watches were at their warehouse, but the manuals for them weren't (the manuals were going to arrive the next day). So, instead of waiting one day to ship out the items in the same box, they shipped out the watches in one box, and the manuals in another box a day later. It would be a whole lot cheaper for them to send it in the same box, but they do whatever they can to satisfy the buyer (even at their own expense!). What's more… as I told them I was a reseller, they shipped me shipping materials to ship out the watches for FREE! They paid for the shipping supplies, and they paid to ship the shipping supplies to me. The shipping supplies didn't cost me a penny!
I received the packages very shortly after ordering, and yes with the shipping supplies (it seemed too good to be true). My emails were answered within a couple of hours. They satisfied me at their own expense. What could be better?
I now treat my own buyers with better service because I realized how important buyer satisfaction was. I check my emails constantly during the day. I give out my cell phone number so they can call me anytime. I almost always ship within one business day. The list goes on… This was all thanks to Diamondshark.
