Bought ear rings and the post was bent, I didn't want to straiten it in case it broke off. The matching ring had sharp edges and would snag clothing. I emailed twice and no answer. I've ordered a total of 8 times and this is my last.  
 
UPDATE:Called their number and returned jewelry. They refunded full purchased price.

I just received the black pearl necklace from them. Very disappointed. Cheaply packed, the necklace does not look pretty. Not presentable as a gift. I wish I can return it but just found out that all jewelry sales from them are final. I would have to think twice before I make any deal-per-day kind of purchase.

I received two watches from you. And I want to turn them back.  
 
 
 
My first one is Wittnauer 10B10 Krystal collection. On this watch there are two second hands. One is the main second hand, and the other is the one on chronogragh. Unfortunately, their functions are simply switched each other. That means the chronogragh second hand is always moving, while the main second only moves when the chronograph is triggered off. Moreover, this watch is deadly inaccurate. It shifts 5 seconds in a few hours.  
 
 
 
The other one is the Citizen Eco-Drive BL5180-57L Perpetual Calendar Collection Caliber E811 Chronograph 100M Mens Watch. Speaking of accuracy, this one is better. It shifts 2 seconds overnight, which means 2-3 minutes over a month. But still, this is not a normal CITIZEN should have. Another thing is that the function hand misaligns a little with its markers. By the way, it also has a scratch on the bracelet.  
 
 
 
I can hardly convince myself that they are normal brand-new watches as stated on your website.  
 
 
Yes their prices are unbeatable, so are the risks you are going to take. For these two purchases, I lost 17 dollars on shipping.

This is the first and last time I order anything from this company. I ordered a ring on 9/22, they charged my credit card and sent me a notice that it was shipped on 9/23. I sent an email to them concerning this order around Oct 2, and have yet to get a response. I called this morning once they actually opened (10:30-5:30, what kind of customer service hours are those?) and was told that the item wasn't actually shipped until 9/29, even though the website says 9/23. I was told that the mail did't come for pickup on the 23rd and came on the 29th. The USPS didn't make it by for almost a week? Don't BS me! All that was aneeded was a quick note to tell me that the shipment was delayed, but I received nothing, even when I contated them about it. This company will never see another dime of my money and I will be contacting the BBB Online.

Final UPDATE:  
Well, after 3 months of still not getting my replacement I emailed them again. The following day I received a phone call saying the person who was working on this dosent work at DiamondShark anymore. So nothing was going to be done or fixed had I not emailed again (for like the 30th time). They offered to send me the necklace of the day (which was similar) instead. I said yes---just to be done with this whole mess.  
 
 
Update:  
 
My husband just received a call direct from DiamondShark. They apologized for the mishap and appreciated our feedback.  
 
They offered to give us our refund while still sending us a replacement necklace. I give them major points for fixing the situation. It is nice to know that they read the feedback and want to improve every situation. Knowing that, I would continue to urge my husband to pick out presents for me, knowing this is a good company to order from.

My husband ordered me a necklace from DimaondShark. This was his second purchase from this site.  
 
The necklace arrived chipped and we immediately contacted the customer support. We were told we were responsible for shipping it back and then we would receive a replacement.  
 
After we mailed it back we emailed them several days later to find out when our replacement would be shipped. We then were told we would either get a refund or our replacement.  
 
We then waited another few days (the time they said it would take for us to receive our replacement) My husband then emailed AGAIN only to get a one line email saying they will refund us.

This was my first purchase from diamondshark. I am very satisfied with the created sapphire earrings that I received. The workmanship was great on the silver and the stone itself was a nice color. The only thing is that the backing of the earring can be bigger for ease of use but for this price I can't complain! Will definitely be scouting for my next diamondshark purchase!

I bought a simple ring with Diamond Shark. Nothing big, just a simple men's wedding band. Nothing big unless you are the groom strapt to it. I usually take off my ring before I shower or sleep. I guess when I did the other night, it must have got covered up with some other junk.  
 
Long story short... Bye, bye ring. I played it off as long as I could, but decided to try to contact Diamond Shark on the odd chance they might still have one.  
 
I sent an email, really not expecting any response for days, if even then. What I got was a phone call with in 10 minutes.  
 
READ THAT AGAIN  
 
I GOT A PHONE CALL.  
 
I got a call from Ashley and she did every thing she could to help me. I didn't know that level of customer service even existed any more. I was floored.  
 
Hands down, these are just great people to deal with. You can not go wrong with them.  
 
Let's put it this way... If I was running a business, this is the way I would want it run. And I would be proud to put my name on it.

WOW, again awesome customer service! Ordered the Invicta 5367 watch on Dec 1st and received it on Dec 3rd. My husband collects watches and was very pleased with this one. Nobody could touch the price I got it for either. I just can't wait till ChronoShark goes live. My husband buys me roses every Friday along with a little surprise. Diamond Shark has made is possible for me to buy him nice watches at prices unheard of. So now I can make his week like he does mine with the roses. Thanks again Diamond Shark, I love your site and all my friends say the same.  
 
P.S. Maybe not every week, but at these prices, I can do it every month!

On October 1, I ordered a Jacques LeMans Formula One Men's Swiss Quartz World Time Stainless Steel Black Dial Watch from DiamondShark.com. The watch was their special of the day. I had read about this deal on the dealnews.com website. I ordered the watch and received it within a week via UPS. Initially I was very pleased with the watch and was looking forward to wearing it. After a few hours of wearing I noticed that the watch was not keeping the correct time. I then noticed that after every 30 seconds or so, the second hand would stop and then proceed to jump around. I contaced DiamondShark via email the next day and received an immediate response to my problem from Daniel in the DiamondShark customer service dept. He informed me that I could send the watch back for a replacement and immediately emailed a UPS label to me to use in returning the watch. I sent the watch back in and within a week I had a brand new replacement watch that works just fine. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the watch. I wish all customer service experiences could be this pain free. A lot of companies could learn a lot from DiamondShark when it comes to resolving an issue regarding their respective merchandise. Based on this experience I look forward to being a repeat shopper on Diamond Shark.com.

I registered with resellerratings.com just to tell how satisfied I am.  
 
I am a very frequent online buyer (over $50,000 spent annually), and this is the best online store I came across in the many years that I have shopped online. Diamondshark offers great service, great communication, quick shipping, great price, etc. Read on to see why this was the best experience I had at an online store.  
 
 
 
I ordered some watches that were on sale from Diamondshark to resell. The order limit was 5, so I went ahead and ordered five watches. There was also a coupon code that could only be used on 1 of the watches, so I entered it in. After my order, I received a quick personal (un-automated) email thanking me for ordering with them, and asking if I would want to order any more. I wanted to get 15 in total to resell, and I asked DiamondShark customer service if I could use the coupon on all 15 watches (I was convinced they weren't going to allow me, but it doesn't hurt to ask). To my amazement, they allowed me to use the coupon code on all 15 watches!!! They also allowed me to buy 15 watches at the sale price! (As I am a reseller, most stores cancel my order as soon as my quantity is that high especially at sale prices). Just as I thought their service couldn't get any better…  
 
 
 
I was up late at night on the weekend inquiring about my order. A couple minutes later, I get a response!! I have never seen a store with such good communication. I asked him what he was doing up so late, and his response was, "Weekend watches are our busiest sales periods... so we make sure to stay around very late to help anyone that may be having issues with their order." What dedication! Diamondshark customer service could easily answer emails in the morning, but to satisfy the buyer, they stay up at night. The story gets even better…  
 
 
 
A Diamondshark customer service representative told me that the watches were at their warehouse, but the manuals for them weren't (the manuals were going to arrive the next day). So, instead of waiting one day to ship out the items in the same box, they shipped out the watches in one box, and the manuals in another box a day later. It would be a whole lot cheaper for them to send it in the same box, but they do whatever they can to satisfy the buyer (even at their own expense!). What's more… as I told them I was a reseller, they shipped me shipping materials to ship out the watches for FREE! They paid for the shipping supplies, and they paid to ship the shipping supplies to me. The shipping supplies didn't cost me a penny!  
 
 
 
I received the packages very shortly after ordering, and yes with the shipping supplies (it seemed too good to be true). My emails were answered within a couple of hours. They satisfied me at their own expense. What could be better?  
 
 
 
I now treat my own buyers with better service because I realized how important buyer satisfaction was. I check my emails constantly during the day. I give out my cell phone number so they can call me anytime. I almost always ship within one business day. The list goes on… This was all thanks to Diamondshark.  
 
 
 
By the way, I am not affiliated with the store, I'm just a satisfied buyer.
