I ordered a necklace from diamondshark on Tuesday and I was surprised to find that I received 2 emails within about 10 minutes. Now i make quite a few purchases online and it is usual to get the feedback that the company received your order and that it will be shipped soon. I received that in the first email but the second one was that the necklace was already shipped. I was so impressed at how fast diamondshark got the necklace out. I received my necklace on Thursday the 4th. I am very impressed with this company's service and would recommend everyone to check out this site. They won't be sorry!!! I even showed a bunch of people at work who were impressed about the prices and my story of their great customer service!!!

Chronoshark has the best customer service you could ever ask for. From the professionals that manage customer service like Cassandra to the owners they are all focused on providing the customer a superior experience.

I purchased the Invicta Pro Diver 8932 men's watch on 2/16/10. I enjoy Invicta watches and I have been looking for a reasonably priced, durable  
everyday diver as my knockaround/ beater watch. This is exactly what I wanted, great quality at an excellent price of $49.00 (MSRP is $195.00)

I have to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shark Stores..this is the third watch I have bought from them...This time I requested 2nd day air, and got it TODAY!! I have always had great service and awesome products from this company; I would recommend it to anyone!! They are a direct seller of Invictas, which gives the customer a 5 year warranty on Invicta products; the one I got was a RESERVE model, so I get that automatically. I cannot say enough good things about this company; great packaging, everything without a hitch.. I would highly recommend to anyone!!! And sign up for their emails, and you will find out the NEW hot deals at midnight your time every night!!!

I had issues contacting customer service, they generally don't answer email or return voice mails and getting them on the phone can be difficult. However, they did ultimately correct the issue that I had. They we're extremely apologetic and indicated that they spoke to Invicta and that the quality issues with the watch I ordered (Invicta 7173 Signature Prowler Collection) are a known defect. Overall I am satisfied with the resolution to my issue and would consider ordering from Shark again.

Ordered an item on Feb. 5th for my wife for Valentine's Day. More than enough time to get it here. They sent me an e-mail claiming that the item had shipped the same day, with a tracking number and everything. Several days later it still hasn't arrived, so I check the tracking number. The shipper never received the item to ship it. I e-mailed DiamondShark asking what was going on and they basically said "oops" and sent the item out 2-day shipping. The problem is, they didn't include enough postage, so it was held at my local post office until I could get down there to pay the extra postage! Of course by this time it is too late to give to my wife for Valentine's Day. I don't know what kind of outfit they think they are running, but their shipping procedures and customer service suck.

DiamondShark refunded my money for the purchase. Kudos to them for making it right. A lot of retailers these days won't even do that. Thanks for stepping up DiamondShark.

I've ordered from DiamondShark several times, always with good results---wicked-fast standard (free!) delivery, good quality products, particularly considering some of the awesome pricing.  
 
This order was for a necklace which would go with some earrings I'd bought from DiamondShark a few weeks back as a Valentine's Day gift---but, to pull that off on Feb 12th, I had to ship via next-day, Saturday delivery---which, predictably, wasn't cheap. For whatever reason, the shipment didn't arrive on the 13th. I shot an email to customer service yesterday, and got a reply this morning, cheerfully refunding my shipping.  
 
Couldn't ask for better service. These people rock!

I spoke with the company today and they are looking into the plating issue. They are also going to allow me to return the ring for a full refund. As I told the customer service rep this morning... "I have ordered before with plenty of success and will continue to purchase from them in the future."  
 
When I saw this ring I thought it was such a beautiful ring that I wanted to purchase it for myself. I know that it was sterling silver and that I could get it sized since they always ship in a size 7. I didn't think it would be a problem. However I have taken it to several jewelry stores, all of which has told me it would be impossible to get it sized without ruining the ring since it is Rhodium plated sterling silver. The heating process would ruin the finish and cause the ring to be destroyed. So I now have a pretty ring that has to sit in a box and do nothing since it won't fit on my hand and I am unable to get it sized properly. Beware of the sterling silver... yours might be plated to.

I ordered the Technomarine Jubilee watch from them and it was a beautiful watch but the bezle was impossible to turn. I returned the watch, they gave me a refund within a day of them getting the watch back. I would buy from them again.

They had read my previous review and had listened by letting me know that I would be refunded and that a new tungsten carbide bracelet will be sent to me. This sounds too good to be true, but if it happens, Sharkstores will get back on my good side and I will spread the good word about them. Until then, I'll wait and see what happens.

i ordered an invicta watch and it was in my hands in two days.unfortunatly it was defective so i returned it.two days after chronoshark received my return a replacement was in my hands.outstanding customer service and great deals.

The quality of the item was low and no response from the customer service after 3 e-mails. Very disappointed. Last purchase for me.

I am a men's watch addict. I have over 100, including 4 other Invictas. Watches are really the only universally accepted men's jewelry. My newest Invicta, with a suggested retail of $495 cost me $57 plus shipping. The watch is spectacular. Best of all my relationship with Invicta Shark was wonderful. I have a PO Box and UPS does not ship to them. After a couple of pleasant email exchanges with a real person, it was all straightened out, and the watch arrived right on time. I've also used Chrono Shark to purchase an auto winder for my Rolex Submariner (which isn't as striking as my new Invicta). The winder was delivered on time, also. With my addiction, I'm sure I'll be dealing with both of them many, many times. I couldn't be more pleased!
