Very, very impressed. IBP gave great feedback along the way, their forum is great for asking questions prior or post order, and I actually got my computer on the date it was to be shipped, so well ahead of time. Everything works great, and I am very satisfied with the product. Have no problems so far, and tech support, while a little while on hold, is quick to resolve issues. Thanks all, especially John, who responded to calls and emails regarding my order.

I've had my new computer for a few days now and I have to say that my son was right, I absolutely love it. Besides the stylish look, it's way... above the quality that I've had with my Dell, and I've owned nothing but Dell for the past 10 years+. I am very satisfied with the ibuypower team, like Pauline and Bryan, and their quick responses to all the questions that I had for them. Anyone looking to purchase a new computer, will not be disappointed with your products. This household now owns 2 laptops and 2 desktops and everyone is happy with the choices they made. Lee from IBuyPower sales helped me with this purchase. Excellent customer service and excellent product. Laptop came exactly as I had ordered and almost a year later is still running beautifully with zero problems.

Was very satisfied with the ability to highly customize system. Order arrived on time despite shipping delay. Order had heat sink floppying around. With the aid of tech support, was able to fix heat sink and wiring.  
 
Installed software without incident. Recommend iBuyPower use bubble wrap inside case to insure heat sink doesn't get loose and damage other components. Just roll-up two small rolls of bubble wrap and place them on both sides of the heat sink. That should do the trick.

This was my first purchase from IBUYPOWER. I have researched several of the online companies, read reviews on them and contacted most of them before buying. I decided to go with IBP because first their reviews from customers were fairly good. I also had contacted them before purchasing for help and received quick and good help from their staff. I ordered an updated 780sc model. While waiting for it to be delivered I sent in questions regardling items I wanted to change etc. I got prompt replies and full answers from Steve. I had several follow up questions and after receiving the unit and wrote a couple of more questions with each one answered quickly. Then to my surprise I got a phone call from Steve asking if he could be of more help. We had covered most all my needs in e-mails but I did have a few more questions and he answered them fully and to my satisfaction. This was a pleasant surprise to have tech support call me before I called them. Good service.  
 
The unit arrived and I checked it out. I have built many units before so I knew what I was looking for. It was nicely packaged up on the wiring, all items as expected and installed. I fired it up and all worked well. I am very pleased with the product and service from IBP and Steve and their staff. While I know NO company hits it right every time or that all things go right. But my experience was good and I would recommend them and will buy from them again. I am an Electrical Engineer and understand the nature of these products and for me this was a very good purchase. Thanks to IBP and to Steve.

This is my 2nd computer I have ordered from Ibuypower in 4 years. My first computer ran good though it did overheat a bit even with the extra fan I bought but I learned to take the case cover off and it worked fine from there. I also bought a case light and it went out in the first week, but didn't feel it was a big thing so didn't call about it. After doing some research I decided to buy from them again. Lee was very helpful and was able to give me the answers I needed. As of right now I am still happy with Ibuypower and recommend it to anyone if you don't have the time, or know how to build your own computer.

Great company that offers good computers for good prices. I’ll start by saying that I just ordered my third computer from these guys and am looking forward to it immensely. I am unfortunately one of those people that will find any excuse to upgrade so these three computers have been bought in a short time frame over the past few years. I got pointed to Ibuypower from a friend of mine and my initial reaction was that I wouldn’t ever bother with a prebuilt computer because I have the knowhow to build these machines by myself. I have done this successfully for the past 10 year but I did a price comparison between ordering the parts from newegg and ordering the computer from here, it turned out to be not that much more expensive so I figured why not. I will start by telling you that you might want to take any review of mine with a grain of salt because I have a very strong knowledge of computers so a lot of the little problems and issues that a normal user would complain about in a review and state that they spent such and such time with customer service and what not you will not hear from me because I am able to fix most BSOD issues on my own. With that being said I think Ibuypower is a great company for users who have an above average knowledge of the workings of computers. If you are the type who knows how to turn the thing on, turn the thing off, and call the neighbor’s kid when it is “acting funny” I would stick with the big names like Dell or Toshiba, Ibuypower in my opinion would be a little overwhelming to you with all the options. However like I said if you understand what the difference is between the components of the computers Ibuypower is without equal when it comes to designing the computer that you want specifically. When it comes to durability of the machine I would rate them as good, like I said I’m not one to call customer service and I keep my machines in good working condition on my own. I will say the first machine I got from them was a simple desktop that ran very smoothly for me for about a year and a half and still is running smoothly but belongs to my brother now. I upgraded to a more powerful machine and this one admittedly had a few problems but I attribute that to my decision to have Vista installed on this machine as soon as it launched (price to pay for early adoption). I was somewhat expecting this though and bought Vista so I could learn how to manage it, now that SP1 has been released plus countless driver updates the machine is running much smoother. My third machine was ordered two days ago and I am now patiently (ok, not so patiently, I’ve checked the order status about three times today) waiting for it. Admittedly unless you choose to pay extra for a rush processing it will take a little bit longer to have you machine get to you but I think that the extra time spent waiting for the machine you truly want is worth it. Anyways long story short, I think Ibuypower is a great company and I will continue to do business with them without hesitation. However, like I said, if your knowledge of computers is limited you might be better of heading to one of the bigger names that offers 24 hour tech support.

Since I posted my initial message, Lee at iBuyPower has called (he saw this posting).  
He suggested I try calling again, I got through immediately and I have been connected with Luke who has been very helpful.  
Lee thought that my email address somehow got tied up in a spam filter. Lee also explained that shortly after I bought the machine they moved facilities and phone systems, which is the reason that I couldn't contact them via phone.  
Hopefully everything goes well.

My machine has given me nothing but headaches.  
Once my 30 day return period expired, tech support quit talking to me. I got the machine up and running by reading various forums. Now, 8 months later, my machine quit working again. I will never buy a machine from iBuyPower again.

Order placed on Aug 3rd. Did not arrive until Aug 19th. Minor problems with credit card due to home address and shipping address issues, but thanks to Pauline Khuu in Customer Service for making the process as painless as possible. It eventually took two weeks to complete assembly and testing. All the while, Pauline was gracious to keep up to date with me. Furthermore, upon examination of the assembly they upgraded my PSU due to insufficient power for a discount. Pauline also noticed that I lived in California, and that my shipping option was reduced to just ground shipping to save money. Upon Arrival: Rig setup perfectly, except front case fan was loose. Easy fix, and computer runs perfectly. Also i found that they upgraded my RAM to TWO sticks of 2gb ram, instead of 4 sticks of 1gb ram. That is a significant upgrade. Service great, shipping a little slow but understandable, and one loose component in case after shipping. 4/5 rating

Their service is slipping over 45 minutes waiting for someone to respond regarding missing items in order...left email on their website with no response... ordered from them 5 years ago and their service and prices then where superlative... priced the same items at NEWEGG same price so no advantage in ordering here

My son purchased notebook from ibuypower to take with him to Iraq. He's a big time gamer and is very pleased with the purchase. I sent him the link to your web page and he decided to purchase from ibuypower because he had more options to customize his purchase and the price was right. He needed something portable and powerful enough to play games and to communicate with family at home. He has had no issues with it at all. Great buy at a great price.
