My experience with IBUY has been great. I can only note the only issue I had with my purchase was that my mouse did not work. Le, my Sales Rep, assured a replacement will be mailed out. I love the computer! There were no problems at all, and the shipping time was excellent. Everything in it was what I ordered. I wish that you could have the option to select your CPU fan and heatsink, and also to fill all the fan spots though. No problems other than that. Thanks again ibuypower!

Everything was great...I would have liked an email when the machine shipped with the FedEx tracking code. The only problem was that the hard disk cable came loose in shipping. Quickly fixed (the see-through case made the problem obvious).

iBUYPOWER is great! They delivered a superior product for hundreds less. The tech support is top notch too. I had a hardware problem that was quickly and easily fixed. I would recommend iBUYPOWER to everyone.

Everything arrived just as I ordered and on time. The prices are really good. There are hundreds of options that you can change. This is great cause I ordered my dream PC (I especially wanted to have the latest ASUS board with gigabit ethernet and an ATI Radeon PRO card)...  
 
I didnt have any problems with the computer. So I have no idea how the techical support is. But so far, sooooo good.

I am a avid PC user and gamer. After shopping other more well known PC merchants, some of which offer a discount through my employer, I decided to go with ibuypower.com because I was impressed with the name brand components offered at very good prices. The website was straight foward enough with no tricky conditional configurations, unlike some of the more well known PC manufacturers. The only area I found lacking was the absence of any order confirmation email from them providing shipping information such as tracking numbers. I had to call to get them but I must say the call was quick and the support person polite and efficient. I know where I will be shopping for any future systems and I am already informing my friends! My system arrived within a reasonable time and in perfect running condition. The performance is fantastic.

Shipping was very efficient. Even though it was the holiday season, I got my PC shipped right to my door on time. The packing material was simply flawless. My purchase was well-insulated from all the perils of shipping across the USA (California to East Coast).  
 
All the cables, CDs, and drivers you could ever wish for were included in the package. iBuyPower didnt leave anything out. What a wonderful display of professionalism. Well done iBuyPower! I will be back!

Don't buy their "Special" promotion systems.  
I made an order for a "special C" system, and next day I found out that I could get the exactly same system + larger hard drive + better mother board + even rush service (5 days) if I configure the system with Athlon XP system builder page.  
They canceled my order, but they tried to blind customers with a cheap gimmick.  
They might build a good system, but they don't run a good buisness..

Got the comp pretty fast, set it up. has a problem with one of the 2 fans.  
 
Calling the tech support is hard.  
 
Note: Would buy from this company if your comp savvy. if not, take your business elsewhere.

I just want to commend and thank Lee in your Customer Support group. Sorry, I didn't get his last name.  
 
I had ordered 3 PCs from you several weeks ago, within your "Guaranteed Delivery by Dec.24th" date. On December 23rd, I had only received 1 of the 3. I was very concerned since these were Santa gifts for my 3 sons.  
 
I had called on Tuesday the week before Christmas and spoke with someone who promised the 2 remaining machines would ship that day. Then I spoke with someone else on the 23rd that didn't seem to know what was going on and apparently didn't care to find out since he told me the second machine had shipped via UPS ground on the 22nd and he had no idea when the third would ship.  
 
I called back on the 23rd and spoke with Lee. He took the time to find out that the second machine was still in shipping and the only problem with the third was that you didn't have the right color case. He gave me the option to change the case color and guaranteed that the machine would be built immediately. He also guaranteed that your company would keep its promise to deliver by Dec.24th.  
 
I have to say that I didn't believe that he would get it done. In the afternoon I spoke with Lee again to check on the status of the machines. He recognized my voice and again promised that he would make sure the machines shipped "Next Day - FedEx". He told me that if he had to "box them and ship them himself" that he would get it done.  
 
He got the job done. By noon on Christmas Eve, the machines arrived at my house. I am impressed. I am impressed with Lee and your company's commitment to its promises.

Wow, this place is great! I order my computer on the 2nd and i recieve on 18th(19th actually, just i couldn't hear the doorbell because of my guitar). I hook up this beast and it just blows away my expectations. I've never seen a computer company this good. Great prices too! I ordered a Asus mobo, p4 3ghz, ge4ce FX 5600, audigy 80GB hard drive and more for only $1270~. I ordered an audigy, and they ended up giving me an audigy 2! Also, i got a red sound activated neon light, and when i recieved my computer, it wasnt sound activated. So i e~mailed them, and i recieved an e~mail within 2 days. They gave me directions on how to fix it. Anyone who has had any problems with ibuy, keep trying, they will come through. Great prices, fast shipping and great support. The computer was packaged snugly and it had not even the slightest of all scratches on the case or window. Thanks ibuypower for this beastly computer!!!

Totally dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs! I ordered a computer with RAID 1 configuration for data mirroring. The site said it was included, no charge. I received a phone call 1 week after the supposed build date stating I needed to purchase a RAID controller card for $100. I had placed an order for a $2000 computer and my receipt even stated that RAID mirroring was included for no charge. I would not recommend doing business with this company. I canceled my order. This was to be a family Christmas present, now I must go elsewhere.
