I bought my pc a month and 2 weeks from now and everything works great at first i was also worried about the review people are giving but when i got my rig. everything change i will recommend IBP to everybody. the only downside is it took them for 4 weeks to be done on my rig. but it was worth the wait. i am happy on my order thanks IBP!!

I purchased from Ibuypower earlier this year. I found the process to be a bit slow, receiving the computer about a month later.
Aside from this, I found IBP to have the absolute lowest price for my order. I was amazed that I couldn't even purchase the parts online for a home build for this price.
The computer works well and I received parts that were better than my order (standard "brand name" GTX 285 video card ended up being the higher grade EVGA card, the i7 920 CPU was bumped up to the absolute newest D0 stepping version, the DDR3 was 13333 rather than 10333 rated as advertised).
Overall I cannot complain about the experience. Waiting a bit longer than expected was a bit taxing on my patience, but the purchase was well worth the wait.
Everyone ask for danny!! He answered all my questions thoroughly without any hesitations. I'm a first time buyer and he helped me from beginning through end with my purchase! Thanks ibuypower for your great customer service and products
This is a great experiences buying a great computer for Ibuypower. The customer service is excellent. The coolmaster Haf 932 case is very quiet and very cool. The intel core I7 920 and EVGA GTX 260 is very fast and graphics is very detailed. Thank You Steve for the recommedations.
My computer arrived today :-) and I am finally a happy guy. Pauline was a great help and very patient with me which was greatly appreciated. "You are a sweet kid Pauline... I liked your personality." She is a gem, guys. Hold on to that one.

My son bought 3 ibuypower computers, an I always bought from the "other" companies, but he has had good experiences with your company. I configured a computer and called Lee at your company. The order process was good. I encountered some issues with my order about some parts not fitting in the case but Jeff was very helpful and the issues were taken care of.
I have dealt with IBuyPower several times over the last 2 years. The first time, I ordered a computer for myself. That order was placed online, and in two weeks, I had my first quad-core. The computer came packaged with everything including manuals of the motherboard. That computer is still functioning perfectly.
Since that time, I've placed 4 other orders with IBuy in behalf of my employer, a public school system. In each of these cases, we've worked with a representative of IBuy, Pauline. This lady has gone out of her way to insure our purchase orders are handled quickly and correctly. Pauline is always cheerful and upbeat. And, she answers my questions very quickly, usually within an hour. I work with a lot of vendors, and Pauline is one of my favorites. In fact, she is one of the major reasons I order from IBuyPower.
I recommend this company without reservation. Depending on your computer configuration, you can purchase a computer through IBuy outfitted with quality components instead of components that tend to be "over the counter."

Ordered a very high end and very specific build, received without any delay or problems in the case. It felt like it may have taken a while to arrive, though I think it was just the unfortunately timing of the initial order on my part. Looking back, the entire process was well within the iBUYPOWER time frame, and the 2 day shipping was just that. (I'll never figure out how though)
One thing I'd like to note, is that there were issues initially with my order, regarding shipping addresses and parts. Both times I called, I never was put on hold and spoke directly with a person, who knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it.
I've never experienced customer service like that of iBUYPOWER's

Pauline was very helpful. I ordered a custom built system with rush build. Just had some minor kinks with my credit card, but not their fault. I would highly recommend IBP to any of my friends.
Very satisfied with iBuypower, second time purchasing from them, will probably continue in the future. Good interaction with associates/reps over the phone (LEE).
