I read many mixed reviews about this company and was quite anxious about ordering from them, but I like to give everyone a chance. So I placed my order, the next day Pauline calls to let me know of some backorders and a incompatibility. We resolved these issues and my order was on it way. Very happy. I called Pauline back the next couple days checking on my order and she was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to, very friendly and helpful. My order was built in the time discussed. (5 day rush, shipped out on the 4th day actually.) My PC arrived, and I open it up, follow all the instructions, and check the components. My CPU cooler was a little loose,(most likely from shipping) so I went and got a screwdriver, tightened it, good as new. Everything works wonderfully. I will most likely purchase my next PC from IBP. Thank you very much IBP! and special thanks to Pauline for taking such good care of me and my order! Thanks!

I've been pleasantly surprised with ibuypower. The ordering process was easy and flexible, the status updates kept me in the loop with how complete my system was and when it would arrive..and then, when it did arrive, even though it had a RAM issue my experience with customer service was spot on.
The customer service representative I talked to (Luc D.) was knowledgeable, easy to understand, and answered any questions I had. I went from being bummed out about bad RAM ( sometimes bad RAM happens, no way around that) to being pleasantly surprised with how easy ibuyower made it to fix the issue. This is how a computer-building company should be run. Thanks guys!

I bought an iBUYPOWER pc on july 13th, 2009. Let's just say that i am extremely satisfied. Order transaction, customer service (specifically Pauline) were top notch..it's service that you'd expect servants to give to their princes. It's quite magnificent. Forgot DELL and HP and all those money grubber horrible price to performance ratio..if you want to play games in rich detail, without breaking the bank, do iBUYPOWER. Granted, they may have problems sometimes, but even dell or HP have them. Not to mention, you get 3 year parts and labor..its awesome. The PC that i have from iBUYPOWER was built nice. The wiring was excellent even though i did not order professional wiring. And i got foam packaging even though i did not order advanced packaging..lol. Customer service, build quality, component quality..everything is top notch. If you ever need assistance with IBP, contacting <<Pauline>> at IBP customer service is the way to go.

Firstly, I'd like to thank Bryan for the help he gave me.
Secondly, I'm quite satisfied with my system. IBP offered me quite a selection to choose from in terms of the components of my system. Ordering was quick and easy.
However, the only thing that needs improvement is the ship-by time. While stating that my system will be shipped in 5~10 working days, it actually took two weeks! Needless to say I wasn't impressed as I had other arrangements that depended on an on-time delivery.
However, the system I ordered has been serving me quite well and I'm quite happy with it. I'd say I would order again in the future.

I have had nothing but a good experience with my computer from iBUYPOWER! I had 2 small issiues after getting the machine, but after calling tech support they solved it ASAP.
The machine is top notch,and is $2000 to $3000 less then one from Dell or Gateway.
Special shout out to Lee as well.

Barely over two years ago I took a chance on Ibuypower and had them build my first gaming pc for me. I wasnt sure if they would deliver but they did. that computer has been and still is amazing and I would'nt take anything for it, but I decided it was time to put Ibuypower to the test once more. This time I chose mostly the best of the best parts wise for my new machine. I used the rush order option so they had an amazing Customer Service Representative (Pauline) call me the following day and we changed a few parts due to configuration and stock issues. about 3 days later I recieved an E-mail implying that my order had shipped. After the weekend was over everything arrived promptly... I was impressed once again. I put it all together and fired it up amd installed Crysis and Age of Conan. I can now play both of those on Max settings and maintain amazing frames per second. I am very pleased and have to say that as long as Ibuypower is in business they will always have my business. This company did a great job advising me regarding motherboard compatibility, checking over the order, building the computer, and getting it to me quickly. They've also provided EXCELLENT customer service on two occasions, including mailing me a replacement for a lost recovery/OEM Windows CD.
I don't recommend the custom cable routing or 'round IDE cable' upgrades... there doesn't seem to be any real value there.
Otherwise, iBuyPower gets a stellar five star rating for both value and customer service.

I was not sure what to expect initially, but I'm very glad I bought from iBUYPOWER. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but Danny offered some great suggestions and made the purchase all the better. When my computer arrived it looked even better than the pics. It has been about 7 months and I have had zero problems with this computer. Without hesitation I would recommend your products to anyone. The price, performance, and reliability are tough to beat.

A good experience with all of your staff, from Bryan(sales) to all of the folks in customer service. Received my PC with no problems and everything so far has worked great. Keep up the good work. Recently bought a new computer from IBP, and I thought I would rate them.
Customer service:
In this area, IBP can use some improvement. I had called five or six times while I was waiting on my computer to be delivered, and the first time I called, the man (didn't get his name) told me that my order was somewhat different from what I remembered (I was on vacation and out of town, so I couldn't look at my hard copy). He said I had only one video card on order, instead of two was the main thing, and I was seriously tempted to cancel my order then and there. I chose not too, and decided to call the next day to try and resolve this serious issue. This time I talked to Pauline. Very professional and helpful. She's the one that saved IBP from losing a sale. The other times I called all met expectations.
Packaging:
Was impressed with the packaging. They utilized foam to surround the inner box, and more foam inside the computer itself. Nothing damaged en-route and nothing was dislodged. Exceeded expectations (kudos to Fedex too, for making a redelivery on the same day to me without me asking).
Product:
I'll start off by saying this: WOW.
This is a monster of a computer I have. I am very impressed with it, and it is working flawlessly so far (well, except a minor issue I had with Windows Updates... just a suggestion IBP, but you may want to consider doing that, installing all the updates to further exceed expectations). Of course, I've only had it for a couple of days, but I am very impressed with it so far.
Over all, I highly recommend IBP if you are in the market for a new computer.

This is a great computer. Ordered it on July 5th, credit card was approved on the 7th, and my order was shipped on the 15th. The only problem with the whole experience was a rush shipping issue. I ordered 3 day rush shipping, and it was supposed to ship out two days earlier than it did. This wasn't a huge problem, and when I called, Pauline immediately gave me a refund for the rush service (I didn't even ask, wow). Overall, their customer service is very good. Every time I called (save for the first time, first business day after 4th of July weekend and the line was busy) I was connected to somebody who answered my questions quickly. The only problem with customer service was a lack of communication. My system didn't meet the rush shipping date due to a "glitch" that they found during testing. I don't know what this glitch was, but I feel that if I hadn't called them to check up on it, it probably wouldn't have shipped out as quickly as it did. There were no emails informing me of this glitch or anything but it all worked out in the end. This computer is beautiful. It was a pain in the ass building my first computer and it was much nicer sitting on my ass while iBuyPower built this one for me. They are a great company and I advise anybody looking for great prices and great computers to order from iBuyPower.
For those who bitch about the customer service, you have to remember that this is a very popular business that has to fulfill many orders. Be patient and keep a cool head, everything will work out nicely if you don't react badly.
