Bryan is the worse customer service person ever. I will write letter to BBB and to their CEO. I hope this guy get fire and go to hell.

My first order from Ibuypower would have thrilled %99 of the people in the world. The case I ordered would not work with the cooling system so they upgraded the case for free. Sent out the Cool master CM 690. One item was not in stock although they shipped it out the following week. Sadly for me the items were pre approved and the change made reimbursement hard as the items were not what was payed for. The late shipping also cost me a large bonus.  
 
The second order was made a few days after with reassurance that everything would go better and that the company would take care of me. Things did go a lot better, and the company comped and discounted items. They bumped up the hard drive to a terabyte for no charge, gave a better mobo and ddr3 ram at no cost....this is good although in some ways really would have preferred all systems be the exact same. Makes trouble shooting easier.  
 
All in all the company is good to work with, and one thing they truly have going for them is they communicate. I was never left wondering if some one would call me back, if some one would actually follow through. And even tho I called them alot to make sure things were progressing as they should the company never gave me the impression they were sick of hearing from me.  
 
I would recommend them to any one thinking of purchasing a system. They do go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy, and their system seems to work great. Their custom packing is well worth the fee.  
 
Jeff did a wonderful job dealing with me and the impossible situations that he got thrown into. We plan on making some other purchases in the next quarter. Give them a try, I doubt you will be sorry.

I am very impressed with this company. I had questions while I was building my computer, so I used the online chat option and talked to Danny about it. He looked over my build and recommended a few necessary changes and answered all of my other questions as well. And for those of you wondering, yes, there are live people on the "other end" and you can even request the person you were chatting to if you feel so inclined. I was kept updated on where my computer was at during the building of it via email. All in all, great experience from iBuyPower! Would indeed purchase from them again and recommend others to do so as well.

Ordered a system 08/15/09. i7 920, gtx 285, 12gb ram. This merchant had the best price at the time I ordered. I priced it out by components from NewEgg and it didn't make sense to build it myself. I called their customer service a couple times, once to change a component and a second time to follow up on the order. Their customer service was good.  
 
System arrived with no problems, booted up and is running great. I will definitely order from this merchant again.

I had John on the phone he was very helpful & professional to guide me thru to fix my problem. I also asked him about downgrading OS, he also gave me a recommendation. I'm very satisfied w/ his assistance.

This is the second time i've purchased from IBUYPOWER. I was very satisfied whith my last purhcase and Lee made my second one even easier. I recomend it to all my friends.

Overall my IBUYPOWER experience has been great. I was in the market for a new computer to replace an old computer that was beginning to show its age. I wasn’t in a rush so I kept checking weekly for deals from the various computer suppliers and IBUYPOWER was always at the top. I have to admit I was a little hesitant given some of the reseller reviews, but I had also noticed that IBUYPOWER’s ratings were steadily improving. When the old computer finally stopped working I called IBUYPOWER. I’m glad I did. The salesperson was very helpful, and advised me on how best to configure the system (even saving me a few dollars along the way). When I asked how long it would take, he said to plan on 2-3 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a week after the order. After unpacking the computer and going through the various parts, I had some questions so I called their Technical Support. The call was immediately answered, and my questions were thoroughly and professionally answered. Thanks IBUYPOWER.

John in technical was extremely nice and very helpful when i had questions. I would highly suggest buying from ibuypower

from the first time i called ibuypower i was talking to danny he was a great person and really nice and help me with everything i had to ask. he even helped me find a computer that fit my budget. than i called up and added somethings onto my order and he had no problem helping. and than when my order went on back order he gave me the next shippent up from my 5-10 day shipping to 2-3 days shipping. and than he tryed his best to get my order out as fast as he could. danny is the best person to talk to A+ p.s. thanks danny

I'm impressed with IBUYPOWER. I was reluctant at first because of some bad reviews, but IBP really came through for me. Shipping took TWO DAYS and it came from California all the way to Maryland, I did NOT pay for extra shipping. The price was great! Everything is as expected and I could not be happier. Both my mom and I will be purchasing PC's from IBP (I bought this one for my girlfriend, she LOVES it!)  
 
John from Customer Support was great! I got Lee on TWO occasions, and he really wasn't helpful. On one occasion, Lee entered the LIVECHAT, said hello then never responded again. John was great though! Helped me solve my video input problems in about 2 minutes and was very nice!

I wanted a PC for gaming, people have told me that building a PC myself would be cheaper, but I've never done it before so I decided to buy one instead.  
 
I looked around at many websites, and ibuypower is definitely one of the cheapest sites for gaming machines. I customized one and ended up around 2k. I placed my order on 8/8/09, it was assembled in 4 days, (I used no rush service) and I received it 5 days later after it was shipped out. This company is located in CA and I'm in MA. What was great was after you submit your order, an expert actually looks at your customization and offer you suggestions via email or phone. They recommended me to remove a meter that measures the temperature inside the case because the case already comes with one, they also told me to upgrade my power supply to make the computer more stable for extreme gaming.  
 
They also have a feature to let you track your order status, i.e. "assembly complete", "burn in complete", "Quality Test complete", ect. They shipped the computer with Fedex express (shipping was free), the packaging was nicely packaged. One flaw was that the order status page was not arranged by date.  
 
The accessories they offer are also very cheap, I got a keyboard and a mouse for under 20 bucks (logitech keyboard and ibuypower mouse), both are very nice. It also came with a 2.1 speaker for 8 bucks. If you are looking for high end accessories, you should buy them from another place for a cheaper price.  
 
During the shipping, the mouse and speakers broke because they were in a separate box. I called iBUYPOWER and told them the problem, they happily replaced both of them free of charge, I didn't even have to go through the hassle of sending the broken items back.  
 
It has been over a month since I got my computer, I am extremely happy with it, all my friends are amazed at my new rig.  
 
As for the price, I looked up all the parts that make up my PC tower and checked the price on newegg, when I added up the prices, it ended up to be really close to the price I paid to ibuypower, in some cases ibuypower is even cheaper. But if you want a monitor, I would recommend you get one from another website like newegg because they have a larger variety for you to choose from. I got a Samsung T240HD for $300 on newegg, also very nice.  
 
So in conclusion, if you are looking for a gaming PC and don't know how to build one, I would highly recommend this company, the price is good, and customer service is also outstanding.
