I spol with Lee for my second purchase from iBUYPOWER. Without doubt these systems are the most bang for your buck. Quiet, lighting fast, and airflow you can feel across the room! I purchased the weekly specials, lower end models and I am impressed.

Its about to be 3 months since I bought my computer at IBUYPOWER. So far I am extremely happy with my computer. The computer came intact and everything was working the way it should. The only cons is the shipping date, which if i remember correctly it wasn't the exact date that they tell you it would be delivered. Other than that the product is exactly what I ordered.
I also purchased an upgrade version of Window 7 at IBUYPOWER with my computer. I recently received a few days ago and the W7 upgrade from Microsoft send to me give me had a big issue where it failed to install and unable to rollback to vista. Then it entered an endless reboot loop which I was unable to do anything, even with the help of Microsoft technical support (If anyone reading this all you need to do is Google Window 7 Upgrade endless reboot or anything in those line and you will know what I am talking about). But after contacting IBUYPOWER support team through e-mail, I instantly received an e-mail back within about 20-30 mins? and basically gave me instruction on how to approach my problems. After few attempts I got my computer working with Window 7 upgrade, but instead of an upgrade version from Vista, I got it to work as a Full complete install of Window 7. So now I'm even happier. Just sad that Microsoft was unable to help me, but IBUYPOWER support team could and did, although it was Microsoft problem. great Service! I would highly recommend everyone to check out what IBUYPOWER have to offer.
Luc was great on diagnosing from the information given on what some possible problems could be. While doing his advice for troubleshooting, I got a microsoft error report that Luc diagnosed as a video card failure. I replaced the video card with an old one and the problem has not occurred in the past 48 hours. I am currently waiting for a RMA email to send the faulted video card back.
I ordered a custom I-Series system. Order process was fine, and reasonable prices. Their order status page was useful but not updated daily, but what can you expect? It got put together and shipped in about a week I think. Computer was boxed inside a box with a foam pad. I inspected the system and all the correct parts were in place. I was dissappointed that the case did not come with a side fan in the window. The CPU cooler (V8 coolermaster) is large and sits up to the glass and over the fan cut out. But that's easy enough to get around just by rotating the plastic window (which I did and bought my own fan). The system worked great for the first day (spent updating and drivers etc). Howver I started getting screen artifacts, display driver has stopped notices, and eventually blue screen of death. Called TS, I got some help, that seemed to fix it but next day same problems. Called again and go an RMA for my video card. Emailed them about the status of it and got a tracking number no problem. Got a new one pretty fast and I've been satisfied since. I've played a lot and used it and its been stable with no problems hence I's been 3 months before writing this. All in all I think ibuypower is a good company however prolly more interested in quantity over quality. I would suggest looking at LOCAL custom computer companies. There are many around. Work with them, support your local economy and save on shipping (both cost and the hazard of shipping a big computer).

My first order from Ibuypower would have thrilled %99 of the people in the world. The case I ordered would not work with the cooling system so they upgraded the case for free. Sent out the Cool master CM 690. One item was not in stock although they shipped it out the following week. Sadly for me the items were pre approved and the change made reimbursement hard as the items were not what was payed for. The late shipping also cost me a large bonus.
The second order was made a few days after with reassurance that everything would go better and that the company would take care of me. Things did go a lot better, and the company comped and discounted items. They bumped up the hard drive to a terabyte for no charge, gave a better mobo and ddr3 ram at no cost....this is good although in some ways really would have preferred all systems be the exact same. Makes trouble shooting easier.
All in all the company is good to work with, and one thing they truly have going for them is they communicate. I was never left wondering if some one would call me back, if some one would actually follow through. And even tho I called them alot to make sure things were progressing as they should the company never gave me the impression they were sick of hearing from me.
I would recommend them to any one thinking of purchasing a system. They do go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy, and their system seems to work great. Their custom packing is well worth the fee.
Jeff did a wonderful job dealing with me and the impossible situations that he got thrown into. We plan on making some other purchases in the next quarter. Give them a try, I doubt you will be sorry.

I am very impressed with this company. I had questions while I was building my computer, so I used the online chat option and talked to Danny about it. He looked over my build and recommended a few necessary changes and answered all of my other questions as well. And for those of you wondering, yes, there are live people on the "other end" and you can even request the person you were chatting to if you feel so inclined. I was kept updated on where my computer was at during the building of it via email. All in all, great experience from iBuyPower! Would indeed purchase from them again and recommend others to do so as well.
Ordered a system 08/15/09. i7 920, gtx 285, 12gb ram. This merchant had the best price at the time I ordered. I priced it out by components from NewEgg and it didn't make sense to build it myself. I called their customer service a couple times, once to change a component and a second time to follow up on the order. Their customer service was good.
System arrived with no problems, booted up and is running great. I will definitely order from this merchant again.
I had John on the phone he was very helpful & professional to guide me thru to fix my problem. I also asked him about downgrading OS, he also gave me a recommendation. I'm very satisfied w/ his assistance.

Overall my IBUYPOWER experience has been great. I was in the market for a new computer to replace an old computer that was beginning to show its age. I wasn’t in a rush so I kept checking weekly for deals from the various computer suppliers and IBUYPOWER was always at the top. I have to admit I was a little hesitant given some of the reseller reviews, but I had also noticed that IBUYPOWER’s ratings were steadily improving. When the old computer finally stopped working I called IBUYPOWER. I’m glad I did. The salesperson was very helpful, and advised me on how best to configure the system (even saving me a few dollars along the way). When I asked how long it would take, he said to plan on 2-3 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a week after the order. After unpacking the computer and going through the various parts, I had some questions so I called their Technical Support. The call was immediately answered, and my questions were thoroughly and professionally answered. Thanks IBUYPOWER.
