Pauline was very helpful and I am very satisfied with the assistance she provided in getting my order built and shipped. The order took a long time however to be shipped and I was not informed why until I called and had Pauling look into it...I called once before but the man (I did not get a name) said everything was fine and was very quick to end our call...hopefully the pc will be great

Ibuypower lived up to their name - They built and shipped quickly and provided excellent customer support when needed. I would recommend to anyone. I spoke to Lee, he was of great help.

DO NOT BUY FROM IBUYPOWER!!!! Customer service is non-existent. They will ship you $1800 computers that don't work out of box. I spent over 10 hours of my own time working with their tech support only to find a faulty video card, they shipped me a new card, which worked, I reinstalled windows and all apps, returned their faulty video card to them for $50, only to find out that it's "MY" fault for not calling them for a return lable, so, I eat the $50!! "Sorry, it's our policy and your problem" After 45 minutes of arguing the guy wants me to shut up for $10. Sorry ibuypower, it's not the money, it's the point. Computer still will not recognize disk drive; I'm sure I could fix it myself working again with their tech support, but after dealing with ibuypower's "customer service", I will have them eat the cost of shipping it cross country. They will not be in business much longer, so, I would not recommend any warranty beyond a year, they will not be there to fix it...Reply to reply- I have a dragon AMD system so you did not upgrade me to a NVIDIA card, get your facts straight. Also, I don't claim to spend $53, I have a receipt which I offered to fax you. I insured it, which I'm glad I did because knowing you guys, you would have claimed to never receive it and then you would have invoiced me $425 for it. You guys are arrogant, and just plain uncouth, which is what drove me to eventually give up on a 45 minute yelling match. So adios M.F. I will never do business with you again. Thank you for taking the time to post this review as you so kindly told our reps you would unless we gave you monetary compensation. While there was a problem with the video card when you received the system, we kindly gave you a free upgrade to the best Nvidia GTX 295 card for your inconvenience. Instead of calling us and requesting a return label, which we would have gladly sent you, you took it upon yourself to send it back by yourself and demand that we reimburse you. Common sense would have been to request a return label from the company, not send a video card, which is less than 1 lb, back to the company and use profanity to demand over $50 that you claim you spent to return it. Also from our recordings none of the remarks that you put in quotes were spoken by any of our reps. We did get plenty of "f..u" from you and "adios mother f-er" which we did not feel was called for. We are very sorry things did not work.

First, I want to thank Dan in sales. He was patient and very helpful as I changed my order several times (thanks to the technicians who put up with all my questions as I amended my order). Techs recommended I do 1 GeForce GTX 295 and 1 GeForce 9800 GT since I wanted one monitor for heavy gaming and 2 other display outputs for internet/email. They made this recommendation to me vs 3 GTX 250's in 3-way SLI. Was a brilliant call and I'm delighted with the end product. Now I have 3 monitor outputs, and still have multi-GPU video processing for my gaming screen - Better performance for less money than I originally planned to spend. Thanks for the advice!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with iBuyPower. This is the second computer I have purchased from you guys and I must say, I've never worked with such a computer company before.
Your website is straight forward, the prices fair, and your customer service I give 5 stars. I heard about you via word of mouth from a friend who talked about the quality of customer service and the reliability of the hardware you sell.
I salute you for your excellent support (technicians giving me advice when I asked for it, sending me extra parts free of charge when I felt the order wasn't quite right, etc...).
I salute you for not outsourcing all your tech support or charging for this service. I felt I was talking to professionals who had a wealth of knowledge and cared about my interests rather than just my wallet.
As a result, I won't be buying a computer from any other company for a long time. Keep up the great work, I look forward to my next purchase.

I want to thank Steve at I Buy Power. When I ordered my computer Steve called and said that the Nividia GeForce GTX 295 wouldn't fit in the tower I wanted. He sugested the Coolmaster 932 HAF case. I have done my research of what I wanted and needed in my PC. I Buy Power came thru with a great product built with the expert builders. I would also note that I had a problem with the TV tuner I ordered (the imput was wrong hook up), and the battery back up was to small for the 850 watts to handle. I called Steve and a call tag was issued and my return of these products with no hassles! Great Job Guys. I will tell everyone about I Buy Power! Thanks Jim

brian, the computer is very nice, brian was very helpfull and has done a wonderfull job with helping me. the only issue i have had is the video card not always working with certain games (dawn of war 2) but other then that the computer has worked great.

I use it for everyday purposes such as word processing, internet usage, and playing video games. I decided to purchase another computer from IBUYPOWER because they are reliable and powerful.

I am an engineer that plays with HD video in my spare time, and needed a high power yet affordable machine, and found iBUYPOWER in my web search. I was very pleased with the service I recieved from iBUYPOWER during the purchase of my computer. I purchased before Christmas for a present, and even though very backed up with orders, iBUYPOWER did everything they could do have the machine to me by Christmas, including overnight shipment with delivery on Christmas eve at their cost. It is refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind their word, and delivers. I recived this request from a very nice gentleman by the name of Lee.

I bought the Battalion D901c Notebook, works great and was more than i expected from Ibuypower, this is my second computer that i have bought from them and they are great, i would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for the best price and quality. Zack

i am very happy with the PC i got from ibuypower. my I.T. friend was a little jealous when i showed him my PC and the specs on it. i paid for 5-10 day shipping, i got my computer in 2. i would and will recommend this site to my friends.
however, i have two complaints.
1: maybe it's the part of the country i'm from, but when i send an e-mail, i expect a reply saying, if nothing else, that the message was recieved. i am a networking student and i know how often information can get lost from point 'A' to point 'B'. when i called their customer support number, i had to wait about 5 minutes on someone, but when they started talking with me, i got the feeling that he knew that i was human instead of a mindless zombie like others i've talked to from various other companies. i am impressed with their customer service call center. this was a redeeming factor for the company.
2: my PC came with a bad NIC card. this isn't too much of a problem for me because where i work, we have several hundred NIC cards from older PC's. i just went and took one that came off of a computer built in 2000. worked just as good as the one that came with my PC had it not been bad. so, this was a minor problem to me, something i'm willing to overlook this time.

I accidentally broke my front side headphone jack. I called IBUYPOWER and spoke with Bryan about the part and where I could order a new. To my surprise, he sent me a new w/o any problems. All I can say is Amazing. They have one of the best customer service centers I've every dealt with and I use to work for Circuit City's Customer Service. In addition to the excellent customer service, my desktop is awesome, this being my second (first was a comp-crap!)lightening fast, room to grow, and every professionally installed. I had a Network Engineer check out the wiring and components, software too, and he was impressed and is looking to buy from IBUYPOWER. I'm a customer for life. I'll be buying my laptop from them in the near future. Thanx again IBUYPOWER.
