I only had good results with my first purchase from IBUYPOWER. It all started with a sales rep name Bryan, who was very helpful in reviewing my order and suggesting upgrades to my choices. I was told I would recieve my Gamer Paladin F890 in five days, and I received my pc in four days. I am so delighted with my purchase, because I spend hours on hours on this monster of a pc. I would rate this company and Bryan a nine and one half on a scale of ten. I really mean it , because of their attention to details. I get a lot of comments from people about my pc. Overall Rating/Experience: Excellent
I ordered a PC from IBUYPOWER.com and was unable to get my exact order. A extremely professional customer care specialist, named Bryan, contacted me directly to inform me of this. IBUYPOWER.com was at fault and took responsibility. In so, I was able to get an even better PC for the same price as my last order. Its wasnt just because I received a better PC at lower prices but because my Customer Care Specialist, Bryan, did not try to deflect, place blame elsewhere, or disregard my input and just say Sorry. Even so, IBUYPOWER.com is a the only place I have ever bought PCs from even before I had a run in with any support personnel because of their great deals and ability to completely customize my PC.

I would like to give thanks to Bryan who was very good at taking care of my order and making sure that I got it in a timely manner, in which i did. Upon receiving my computer i was amazed at the quality IPB has provided. I am very happy with my system that I have purchased. Thanks again IPB.

I purchased a new computer from iBUYPOWER 6 years ago and have been very happy. The only problem I had was a bad memory module that was immediately diagnosed and replaced. I am now purchasing a new computer from iBUYPOWER. GREAT COMPANY

My original order was damaged by FEDEX, even though iBP packaging was excellent. An RMA was immediately issued, another order placed, and my new computer received in just more than a week. Only good words for Bryan and the entire crew at iBP as they have provided better than excellent service for an excellent product. One additional note - the ASETEK LIQUID COOLING is performing beyond expectations. With "mild" overclocking (3.3GHz), the idle temp is ~27C and only ~35-40C under load. The GAMER PALADIN 820 - Core i7-860 - 8GB CORSAIR DHX DOMINATOR - AND THE ATI RAEDON 5850 is a combination that is hard to beat. Thanks again iBP for all around excellence.... I'd most definitely recommend IBUYPOWER over any other places to buy a machine online. This is my second time ordering from them, the first machine I purchased three years ago still works and is in great condition. Little to no problems with the shipping, and a customer service team that is more than willing to help you out. (Thanks Lee!) Prices are awesome too, I told my friends about the new setup I ordered and the first question I got was "For that much?" The specials they offer are comparable and more often than not a better value than if you bought all the components and put it together yourself. Nothing but great experiences with this company for me, and I will continue to buy from them.

Amazing! I really can't stress how great iBuyPower is at some things. They excel at giving you tons of options at incredible prices! And letting you adjust your order when new and better hardware come out. I placed my order and then realized the Radeon 5850 series of cards came out. I sent an e-mail indicating I wanted that order canceled so I could make a new order with the new equipment. It was all done very quickly over e-mail, I didn't even have to call in! My computer arrived over a week ago and I can say without a doubt it's the best build I've ever had. The shipping was done with care. The parts are exactly what I ordered and all top notch. All the swag (free games, Ruby action figure) came too, nothing was missing! Thank you very much iBuyPower!

Its about to be 3 months since I bought my computer at IBUYPOWER. So far I am extremely happy with my computer. The computer came intact and everything was working the way it should. The only cons is the shipping date, which if i remember correctly it wasn't the exact date that they tell you it would be delivered. Other than that the product is exactly what I ordered.
I also purchased an upgrade version of Window 7 at IBUYPOWER with my computer. I recently received a few days ago and the W7 upgrade from Microsoft send to me give me had a big issue where it failed to install and unable to rollback to vista. Then it entered an endless reboot loop which I was unable to do anything, even with the help of Microsoft technical support (If anyone reading this all you need to do is Google Window 7 Upgrade endless reboot or anything in those line and you will know what I am talking about). But after contacting IBUYPOWER support team through e-mail, I instantly received an e-mail back within about 20-30 mins? and basically gave me instruction on how to approach my problems. After few attempts I got my computer working with Window 7 upgrade, but instead of an upgrade version from Vista, I got it to work as a Full complete install of Window 7. So now I'm even happier. Just sad that Microsoft was unable to help me, but IBUYPOWER support team could and did, although it was Microsoft problem. great Service! I would highly recommend everyone to check out what IBUYPOWER have to offer.

Luc was great on diagnosing from the information given on what some possible problems could be. While doing his advice for troubleshooting, I got a microsoft error report that Luc diagnosed as a video card failure. I replaced the video card with an old one and the problem has not occurred in the past 48 hours. I am currently waiting for a RMA email to send the faulted video card back.
