I went with Mobilebee because they had the best price for a specific phone I was looking to get when signing up for a new Tmobile contract. I placed my original order on a Tuesday morning w/ 2nd day shipping. The item was listed as being in stock with the number of units available.
The problems start:
Their order system's clock was 8 hours fast and reported the order placed in the evening so they didn't act on it the same day. I called to find out status. No one seems to answer the phone or responds to voice mail there. I email and get response that order is being processed and should go out next day. Day goes by with no confirmation. Email again for status and get back reply that they're out of stock and they wouldn't get any more in for 2 weeks. I email their complaints addr and get a quick reply saying sales was wrong, they do have item in stock and it will go out ASAP. So all in all, my first 2nd day shipping order takes 7 days to arrive. However....
The phone I received was defective and keeps rebooting randomly. I arrange an RMA and send the unit back, but it takes 2 weeks to get a replacement unit, and the replacement ends up being the wrong unit. I try contacting Mobilebee regarding this, and no one is responsive. I call, email, contact complaints again, and nothing. It takes 2 weeks to get a reply from someone and finally get a RMA to return the second phone, at my own cost when it's normally theirs. Another week goes by and they're out of stock of the phone. The rep I've been in contact with starts getting rude with me, even though the entire debacle has been one of their making. Accuses me of going thru 4 different phones, which was not the case, and just starts acting like a general ass.
I settled on a lower end phone with a lower price. The new invoice shows a full price right now, but I was told it would be at the contract sign up rate. Mobile never made good on crediting me the correct difference between the new phone I ordered from them and the return I made. I have disputed the difference with my bank and I will have no further contact with them. I cannot recommend Mobilebee to anyone.
