Dreadful experience with MobileBee and in the new year I am going to seek legal advice on this.

Early November, I ordered two Blueant bluetooth from them and they assured they were going to send me the items with the British plugs. I made sure they understood as otherwise I wasn't going to be able to use them in the UK. They gave me all the assurance.
I got the two bluetooth and, of course, they didn't come with the UK plugs, but US. I called them up and they said that they were sorry. First of all they offered me a voucher of 7 pounds for the problem. I refused as I wasn't able to use the two blueetooth anyway. What's the voucher for???? Anyway, they said that they were going to send me two chargers with the UK plugs. Fine.
I waited more than two weeks and then I called them up again. They said they were sorry, but they couldn't find the UK chargers!!! So I said I wanted to return the two items as we were not able to use them. They made so many problems about returning the items and having a refund. Eventually they accepted to have them sent back and to give me a refund. And they gave me a refund, but they kept 15 pounds for the postal expenses. I am so annoyed and I will do all I can to have this money back and to post my feedback everywhere I can, so people are aware in case they are thinking of buying anything from them.
It is THEIR fault if I had to send the products back!!! Not just because I changed my mind or something on this line... They said they were going to send me a product with the UK charger and the one they sent me did not have it. They had to pay for the postal expenses!
They offered me a 15 pounds voucher and I thought this was a joke!!! Would you buy anything else from these people? I still don't have the bluetooth I was wishing to have since beginning of November and I lost 15 pounds.
Thank you MobileBee!

Kind Regards,

I thank you so much for your help up until this point and I certainly will come back to you when I need a new phone, since the experience I had with you nothing but satisfaction! It's hard to find a good place and good people to do business with this day and, even though, this time it was not good on the phone technical side (the battery was not keeping charge well) which happens time to time but in human interaction, you had done a wonderful job! Because, I know that people this day are very much sensitive and quickly criticize and get rude when it comes to problems and dissatisfaction but not enough to give praise and complement to the people that served them! So thank you for everything and even if I could get the phone this day anywhere else, but just know that I only want to get it from you!

I heard a lot of Mobilebee - a lot of bad and good. But what I can tell you for sure is that they have good reps. I called them last week to ask for N95 with T-mobile family plan. I was offered $10.00 if I place the order over the phone. But item appeared to be out of stock. At least they were honest to me. I'm sure that others would say item is available and place the order with me. And I was really surprised when they called me back to tell that the item was in stock though I didn't ask. I placed the order and I'm completely satisfied with the phone I got

I have a great buying experience online. To my mind, the delays and
misunderstandings usually accompany any online business.
The Mobilebee is not an exception. Recently, I have made a couple of
orders though Mobilebee. With one of the
orders there was a slight hassle as I didn't get an adapter for the
charger and it took me 2 calls
and 4 additional days to get it sent to me. As for now I will keep doing
business with Mobilebee
as I like their prices and haven't encountered any serious blunders so
far.

I would say that their customer support service isn't so horrible as
they helped me a lot. I had ordered a Prada phone with T-Mobile
contact and received my order in 3 days although i was informed
that they need 7 days to process the order with activation. When i
received my order it appeared that the sim card was rejected. What? I
was
really upset as i had to pay my money for the T-Mobile service which i
could not use.
I contacted T-Mobile and they said that the phone was locked. I
thought i bought an unlocked phone? So, I contacted MobileBee to
find out what is going on.
I called their support and the girl who answered a call
was very nice and promised me to help. She was really confused as this
phone should be unlocked. So, she just advised to send the item back
for testing. I thought it would take me for ages to resolve this stuff
but actually she was really very helpful and it took 3 days to get
my phone back. It appeared that the phone was neither defective nor
locked and the problem was with the very sim card. It was a drawback
of T-Mobile. They gave me the faulty sim card. So, I just received a
new sim card.
I had a really great experience with MobileBee. Thanks alot!

I got fully satisfied with the service of the company contrarily to some other buyers. I got my phones within short period of time. When I contacted them directly to know my order status, after 2 days of order setting, items had been already shipped. I even didn't expect to receive so qualified customer support service. An operator gladly provided with all the information I needed.

This company sucks. I recommend everybody never ever purchase anything on their website. I ordered a cell phone more than 3 months ago, but it was out of stock. In their rules, they said that:
"1.1 Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your goods. " but they charged me when I didn't even see the cell phone.
"1.2 If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment. " now more than 3 months already and no refund at all.
I called them and sent them a lot but email. But the answer I get are "sorry I dont know" "please accept our apologies for the delay" "i will request our financial department"

So attention everybody, what I recommend is never use this site, also tell your friends so.

The customer service I experienced at that this website is horrible. The worst that I have ever seen. At first, things were going great, they carried a particular phone I was looking for (Nokia 6233) and was able to negoiate a lower price with the price match dept, which I thought was awesome. But here's the part where things start to go a little sour that lead me to cancel my order. After dealing with them through email, I was instructed to call them in order to get the newly matched price. Make the call and got in touch with customer care (pretty fast)...I explained the situation and he goes ahead and starts taking my information to make me an account, ok good or so I thought. Completes the order and starts to wrap things up without regard to confirming the final price with me since, and I should note, that throughout the phone convo he just wanted to take my order and get me off the phone with no care in the world that this isn't a normal transaction. So I had to stop this guy before he hangs up on me and ask him what the final price was...and behold here's comes the sour part...he never took hold of anything I said from the start of the convo and I didn't get price match. He goes on to explain to me that in order to get the price match, I would have to email "Customer Care" and get them to adjust the price for me. WHATTT!!!! So you're telling me that even though I emailed you to get a price match, then was told to call you to place the order, and now I have to email again to really get the price matched? How those this make any sense? "This is our policy, sir" explained customer care guy on the phone. I ask him if there's a way to do it right now over the phone...he goes customer care dept is gone for the day, mind you it was 4pm, they work from 9-3, don't worry sir, just email them and they'll take care of it, you will receive a confirmation email soon he explained, end call.

Day 2, after emailing them, I get the adjustment, which is good, but I have yet to get my confirmation order, the account that was made for me does not work because I can't login online. I call again to see what's up and all i got from them was our server is down..please wait a few days. Till this day, it doesn't work. Besides the fact they never rectified this...I also inquired if it was possible to request a certain color. They tell me they do carry it but they do not guarantee the color when it ships. "Thats our policy, sir" How this makes any sense, I will never know.

The funny thing about the customer service here is that there isn't one. They do nothing to help you after you make your order and they are also rude when you try to get help from them. When you find yourself knowing that the person you're talking to isn't going to help you at all, you move to find someone else i.e. a supervisor or manager. It was 2 in the afternoon and they tell me that none of those ppl are in the office, they're gone...just gone for the day...went home..blah blah...why?! because they work from 9-1...amazing!! Mobilebee supervisors/managers work 4 hr days!

So in conclusion, bad customer service with the lack of fulfilling the needs of the customer and the lying, ridculous sales process and questionable store policies. I had no choice but to cancel my order because why would anyone want to buy from this company? The headache that a customer has to go through to save a buck is not worth it. DO NOT BUY FROM MOBILEBEE if you're looking for service.

I have the same complaints as many other reviewers here. I was told a phone was "in-stock" and placed an order. Its now almost a week later, and I am told the phone is out of stock and they don't know when it will be. In addition their customer service is terrible. I would NEVER! do business with this company again.

My phone arrived in two days. They ported my phone number to a GSM carrier, so the phone worked as soon as I installed the SIM card. Very few people in the US have this great phone, and no one else here but MobileBee sells it with a contract discount -- at least no one I could find. I saved hundreds of dollars. I can't comment on their customer service, because I never had to contact them. Perfect transaction.

When I checked the reviews for MobileBee.com, I was kind of skeptical, but my friend bought a Sony Ericsson W800 from them so I thought I'd give them a shot.

When I ordered my Nokia N80, MobileBee showed that it was "in stock." After I placed my order, I immediately received an email with my receipt, but the tracking number was missing. I emailed MobileBee and they said it would take 1-3 business days to process my order and once it was done processing, they would email me the tracking number. 3 days passed and no tracking number. I emailed them again and they replied saying that sometimes it takes 5 business days to process orders. Since the billing address and shipping address were different [I was using my uncle's credit card], I thought they might've needed more time to double check things so I waited. When I still didn't receive my tracking number on the 5th day, I used their "live help" service to ask them what this was all about. It turns out that they were out of the phone, even though it still says it's in stock, and they told me I would have to wait until the next shipment. The guy named "Bob" told me they normally get new shipments in the beginning of the week on Mondays and Wednesdays so I decided to check back on Wednesday [Today]. When I checked back today, they were still out of stock on the phone, and they asked me to check back again next week. I thought it was ridiculous that I'm asked to wait this long since I should have received the phone by now, so I cancelled my order.

I guess their customer service was good in the sense that they’re easy to contact, but their business practice is sub-par. Selling a phone that’s out of stock and asking their customers to wait is not the right way to do business.

Warning!

Well... I am taking some of my nice words back from the previous post.

Be careful when you odred accessories! They don't take them back. So, if you orded an expensive bluetooth or else and something happend and you have to return it - you CAN'T! I think that sucks and ain't right. One of the most inportant part of the company reputation is how handles its returns.

I’m generally pleased with the service I received from Mobilebee.com.

The bad:
- it took a full 10 days to ship out my “in stock” phone.
- I had to essentially re-start and complete the number porting and phone activation process with T-mobile after I received the phone.
- The SIM card they provided could not be activated by T-mobile (fortunately, T-mobile swapped it out, no charge)

The good:
- the phone arrived in good condition with all of the accessories included
- it was shipped overnight via UPS
- the price was right, and I received a substantial activation discount by agreeing to a 2 year T-mobile contract.

So why order through Mobilebee, when I could have just walked into my local T-mobile store and walked out with a phone and a service contract in 15 minues?

The answer is simply that Mobilebee seems to be one of the few (if not the only) retailers that is offering a selection of high end phones normally available only in Europe and Asia, combined with service activation discounts through several (mostly GSM) U.S. mobile companies.

Their customer service is certainly not on a par with an Amazon.com for example, but at the end of the day (well, the end of day 12) I am the only kid on the block with Samsung’s flagship phone for Fall 2006: the SGH-D900. And I got it for an affordable price. Thanks Mobilebee.

I purchased a Sony Ericsson W800i cell phone from this merchant. It arrived timely but was obviously a "grey" market phone which had been unlocked. A few weeks ago the phone began malfunctioning. I called Sony and they said they would fix it under warranty but would have to re-lock it. When I called Mobilebee about this, they said they could fix it but it would take "3 or 4 months"!!! The only thing they seemed concered about was that I not cancel my contract with TMobile (I suspect because that would affect the kickback TMobile gives them for signing up a new customer). These people obviously care nothing about their customers and are complete scammers. Please do not purchase anything from them.
