Their prices are great! I've ordered two phones from them and I'm fully satisfied! I've told about Despercia my friends and they'll order from this site too. I think the next time I'll order something new from them. I hope they will get me new iphone. Cheers.

Heard about this company from my good friend, and i wasn't disappointed. My order was shipped to me three days after i placed it. AMAZING! it's nice to know that there are still companies you can trust. One of them is this- believe me! I will be doing business with them, that's for sure.

Recently, I had deal with mobilebee.com, what can I say, I’m very satisfied of their service. My mobile phone broke, and I needed cell phone in short times. So, I decided to order phone from them, even that I heard a lot bad feed back of their company. However, i called them and placed order over the phone, first thing that I noticed, that young girl with pretty nice voice answered me. So, I had sweet conversation with her?, and she helped me with placing order. It took only 7 min. Besides, she offered me 15$ off!!2 days later same girl called me and said that the order is already on the way to my address, she provided me with the tracking number. Fantastic service! Fast, and prompt!! They even didn’t charge me for the shipping!! Otherwords, it’s always good to have deal with nice company.

Hi recently I made order at mobilebee ordered HTC/Qtek TyTN II. When I ordered it, it was in stock on website. 3 days later they called me and let me know that it’s not available, I was very disappointed.. however, they offered me another much expensive phone for the price of TyTN 2. I was very surprised, and they send it to me the same day by 2nd day air for free!! Well, that was cool. Anyway, they understood their mistake and corrected it. By the way phone is great.

I have placed the order on Mobilebee web site for HTC touch phone. I got the phone very next day and was surprised with such a nice service. I have placed the order over the phone and I was completely satisfied with provided service. I had some questions about the item i was going to place the order for and the customer support representative answered all my questions in a details.
Well, there was a problem, I received the package and the manual was in Spanish language. I called them back and in five minutes I got English manual on my e-mail address. So I am very delighted and find it easy to do business with Mobilebee.com.

First of all, I want to mention that I am repeat customer. I love the products you provide at very fair prices. More importantly, Mobilebee has always offered wonderful customer service to me over the phone and through e-mail as well. I am reasonable man, and I believe that Mobilebee is a reasonable company. This is why I like to business with your company.

I thank you so much for your help up until this point and I certainly will come back to you when I need a new phone, since the experience I had with you nothing but satisfaction! It's hard to find a good place and good people to do business with this day and, even though, this time it was not good on the phone technical side (the battery was not keeping charge well) which happens time to time but in human interaction, you had done a wonderful job! Because, I know that people this day are very much sensitive and quickly criticize and get rude when it comes to problems and dissatisfaction but not enough to give praise and complement to the people that served them! So thank you for everything and even if I could get the phone this day anywhere else, but just know that I only want to get it from you!

I have a great buying experience online. To my mind, the delays and
misunderstandings usually accompany any online business.
The Mobilebee is not an exception. Recently, I have made a couple of
orders though Mobilebee. With one of the
orders there was a slight hassle as I didn't get an adapter for the
charger and it took me 2 calls
and 4 additional days to get it sent to me. As for now I will keep doing
business with Mobilebee
as I like their prices and haven't encountered any serious blunders so
far.

I would say that their customer support service isn't so horrible as
they helped me a lot. I had ordered a Prada phone with T-Mobile
contact and received my order in 3 days although i was informed
that they need 7 days to process the order with activation. When i
received my order it appeared that the sim card was rejected. What? I
was
really upset as i had to pay my money for the T-Mobile service which i
could not use.
I contacted T-Mobile and they said that the phone was locked. I
thought i bought an unlocked phone? So, I contacted MobileBee to
find out what is going on.
I called their support and the girl who answered a call
was very nice and promised me to help. She was really confused as this
phone should be unlocked. So, she just advised to send the item back
for testing. I thought it would take me for ages to resolve this stuff
but actually she was really very helpful and it took 3 days to get
my phone back. It appeared that the phone was neither defective nor
locked and the problem was with the very sim card. It was a drawback
of T-Mobile. They gave me the faulty sim card. So, I just received a
new sim card.
I had a really great experience with MobileBee. Thanks alot!

I got fully satisfied with the service of the company contrarily to some other buyers. I got my phones within short period of time. When I contacted them directly to know my order status, after 2 days of order setting, items had been already shipped. I even didn't expect to receive so qualified customer support service. An operator gladly provided with all the information I needed.

My phone arrived in two days. They ported my phone number to a GSM carrier, so the phone worked as soon as I installed the SIM card. Very few people in the US have this great phone, and no one else here but MobileBee sells it with a contract discount -- at least no one I could find. I saved hundreds of dollars. I can't comment on their customer service, because I never had to contact them. Perfect transaction.

They are generally good. First time I got shipping upgrade for slight delay
of the order, second time they offered me excelent exchange phone and I got
a little discount. They made every effort to make me happy ;))) Really
Caring Customer care..."

Buyer Beware! Terrible merchant! Don't be fooled by their low prices!
I purchased a phone from MobileBee.com, but when I called their customer service I found out that the phone is out of stock. (Their "In Stock" indicator was at maximum at the date of purchase). Then I was told that the phone is in back order, and it will be shipped next week. Next week comes along, and I called again. I was informed that my phone was shipped, got a tracking number, but all that was in the package was a plug converter and NO Phone! Now they're in the process to call UPS (not sure what would be the reason) and was told that I will be refunded the money. We'll have to wait and see.
