Don't buy from these guys. I ordered 2 phones and after they accepted the order they jacked up the prices buy hundreds! I had to fight to cancel the order. They pressured me with hateful email to buy at the higher price! In the end, I lost money and they never shipped a phone.  
 
Update: This company read my review here and has threatened to make extra charges to my credit card to punish me!

I made a purchase on august 21 2008. I quickly received an email later that evening for the comfirmation of my order. However no tracking number was provided. Three days passed and still no tracking number provided. I emailed customer service and the following day received this email:  
Hello,  
We received your order.  
Your order is being processed. Order procession usually takes 2-4 business days plus  
the shipping time.  
Once it’s approved and shipped out, we will contact you with the tracking information.  
Thank You,

How ridiculous is that! They've already taken my money and four day later states that they have just received my order. What else is there to approve they've already taken my money and this order is just for a phone only without any contract or activation. In addition the phone is stated "IN STOCK." After cooling down, I decided to give them a couple more days. Two weeks went by. Still no phone or tracking number. I finally called customer service and got my ordered canceled.  
 
The call to despercia was short and simple. The rep I spoke to did not seem to care to loose my business. I quess they are so use to customers canceling their order.  
 
Luckily I used paypal for this traction and was issed my refund the next day.  
 
Questionable company...that I have to say about Despercia  
 
If it's too good to be true cancel it....

Bad Company. Do not use. As some people claim, I did not have any problem with ordering and receiving the item in short time. But problem comes if your phone has problem. After several months I got a SONG A168, it stopped working. Always shows "Emergency" and can not make or get calls. I contacted support and asked for exchange. It is rejected but they offered repair, since it is in warranty period. They say, I can send them back the phone and they will send it overseas for repair. They also mentioned it would take 3-4 months. I sent it back and finally after 6 months, received phone. BUT the phone is still not working. I don't see any sign of repair, looks like they just kept it for 6 month and sent it back to me.

WARNING!!! DO NOT SHOP WITH MOBILEBEE.COM THEY ARE QUICK WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING YOUR MONEY,BUT THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WHEN YOU ARE DUE A REFUND!!! Mobilebee.com is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The phone that I purchased on March 13th kept dying on me and I returned the item requesting a full refund. They received the phone April 8th and I still haven't received my refund! I waited until April 18th and did a follow-up via live Chat with a customer service supervisor and she said that my refund would be processed at the end of the week. Never happened. I followed up again on the 29th and did a live chat with a customer service agent. The lame excuse she gave me was that they changed their credit card processor and that they can only send me a refund check via the mail. Two weeks have past and I was tired of waiting. I went ahead and did another live chat with the same customer agent on May 13th because I received no word on whether or not my check was sent out. Excuse she gave this time was that check will be mailed out by the end of the week. I got an e-mail on May 16th saying that my refund check would be mailed out later that day. I continued to wait............no check arrived so I e-mailed them on June 2nd asking them to verify when check was sent out and what address was used. This time they said the check was mailed out on May 21st instead of May 16th as they previously stated. I am so fed up with this company! This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with a retail business. I e-mailed them back on June 4th stating that I will call and speak to an account manager if I don't get my refund check by the end of this week. I will request that another check be re-issued and this time they better have a tracking number. If this is not solved in a timely manner, I will just have to dispute the charge with my bank.  
6/6/08 - Update: I snapped! I just couldn't take the crap I get from Mobilebee. Account manager was unavailable, so I had to speak to a incompetent supervisor named OLGA (totally uncooperative and condescending). I said I was going to dispute charge and/or file a complaint with New York consumer protection. She said go ahead since they have the documents/receipts showing they mailed my refund. I never cashed a refund check because I still haven't received my check. The WORST company ever!  
6/21-08 Update: Mobilebee now know as DESPERCIA. Finally received check on 6/10 that was mailed out on 6/7 (not 5/21 as they have insisted). Deposited the check on 6/11 and then on 6/19 found out the check bounced on me. Called DESPERCIA on 6/20 and customer service agent can only say that she does not know why check bounced and I had to speak with account manager. I was informed that account manager had gone for the day (it was 2pm in the afternoon when I called!) Over two months since they received merchandise and I still don't have my refund back. Every time I call to speak to an account manager, she/he is always not available or she/he never picks up the phone when I call.

DO NOT BUY FROM MOBILEBEE BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW !!!!.  
Have been buying from Mobilebee for a while now and almost every order I place has had a problem. Normally they advertise phones as being in stock when they clearly are not. I have even contacted them by live help and been told that a phone is " in stock " minutes before ordering . They will take your money and send you an email a week later to tell you that it is not available.  
My last two orders from them have been a nightmare.  
I ordered HTC X7501 as they advised it was in stock. They then told me that I would have to wait another week before they would send it because it was not in stock. So I waited two weeks to have it delivered and when I got it I found it was used ( not new as advertised ) it had photos of someones sofa stored on it and recorded noises. So I spent $70 of my money to return it and now the replacement has been lost by UPS ( not mobilbees fault but they should have sent a new not used PDA in the first place ).  
Whilst wating for the replacement I contacted mobilebee and asked if they could still supply the same PDA as I wanted to order another one to which they replied yes they were in stock and would be shipped within 48 hours ( Lies , Lies , Lies!!!!!! ). I waited almost another week and no tracking number so I asked what the status was. The reply I received to my request was quite amazing. Not only did they advise me that in fact the PDA was not in stock ( also no longer in production ) when they clearly advised me that it was in stock, but they asked me to purchase the HTC shift from them and pay their full price ( some $670 more than the HTC X7501 I originally ordered ). They didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience their lies had caused. What a joke..  
Needless to say I requested an immediate refund and was advised that a refund would be processed immediately. After 3 days I emailed them again as I hadn't received the refund and received a reply to say that a refund would be completed within 10 working days of my original request ( not immedaitely as I had been advised ).  
Well it has now been 10 working days, no refund no PDA's and almost Au $2100 out of pocket.  
Do not order from Mobilebee unless you want to waist alot of your time chasing orders or refunds and you want to throw your money away. They will lie on their web site ( don't believe that any items are in stock ), they will lie in emails and they will use stalling tactics to hold your money for as long as they can.  
Worst company I have ever brought from in over 6 years of buying on line.

Dreadful experience with MobileBee and in the new year I am going to seek legal advice on this.  
 
Early November, I ordered two Blueant bluetooth from them and they assured they were going to send me the items with the British plugs. I made sure they understood as otherwise I wasn't going to be able to use them in the UK. They gave me all the assurance.  
I got the two bluetooth and, of course, they didn't come with the UK plugs, but US. I called them up and they said that they were sorry. First of all they offered me a voucher of 7 pounds for the problem. I refused as I wasn't able to use the two blueetooth anyway. What's the voucher for???? Anyway,they said that they were going to send me two chargers with the UK plugs. Fine.  
I waited more than two weeks and then I called them up again. They said they were sorry, but they couldn't find the UK chargers!!! So I said I wanted to return the two items as we were not able to use them. They made so many problems about returning the items and having a refund. Eventually they accepted to have them sent back and to give me a refund. And they gave me a refund, but they kept 15 pounds for the postal expenses. I am so annoyed and I will do all I can to have this money back and to post my feedback everywhere I can, so people are aware in case they are thinking of buying anything from them.  
It is THEIR fault if I had to send the products back!!! Not just because I changed my mind or something on this line... They said they were going to send me a product with the UK charger and the one they sent me did not have it. They had to pay for the postal expenses!  
They offered me a 15 pounds voucher and I thought this was a joke!!! Would you buy anything else from these people? I still don't have the bluetooth I was wishing to have since beginning of November and I lost 15 pounds.

This company sucks. I recommend everybody never ever purchase anything on their website. I ordered a cell phone more than 3 months ago, but it was out of stock. In their rules, they said that:  
"1.1 Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your goods. " but they charged me when I didn't even see the cell phone.  
"1.2 If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment. " now more than 3 months already and no refund at all.  
I called them and sent them a lot but email. But the answer I get are "sorry I dont know" "please accept our apologies for the delay" "i will request our financial department"  
 
So attention everybody, what I recommend is never use this site, also tell your friends so.

The customer service I experienced at that this website is horrible. The worst that I have ever seen. At first, things were going great, they carried a particular phone I was looking for (Nokia 6233) and was able to negoiate a lower price with the price match dept, which I thought was awesome. But here's the part where things start to go a little sour that lead me to cancel my order. After dealing with them through email, I was instructed to call them in order to get the newly matched price. Make the call and got in touch with customer care (pretty fast)...I explained the situation and he goes ahead and starts taking my information to make me an account, ok good or so I thought. Completes the order and starts to wrap things up without regard to confirming the final price with me since, and I should note, that throughout the phone convo he just wanted to take my order and get me off the phone with no care in the world that this isn't a normal transaction. So I had to stop this guy before he hangs up on me and ask him what the final price was...and behold here's comes the sour part...he never took hold of anything I said from the start of the convo and I didn't get price match. He goes on to explain to me that in order to get the price match, I would have to email "Customer Care" and get them to adjust the price for me. WHATTT!!!! So you're telling me that even though I emailed you to get a price match, then was told to call you to place the order, and now I have to email again to really get the price matched? How those this make any sense? "This is our policy, sir" explained customer care guy on the phone. I ask him if there's a way to do it right now over the phone...he goes customer care dept is gone for the day, mind you it was 4pm, they work from 9-3, don't worry sir, just email them and they'll take care of it, you will receive a confirmation email soon he explained, end call.  
 
Day 2, after emailing them, I get the adjustment, which is good, but I have yet to get my confirmation order, the account that was made for me does not work because I can't login online. I call again to see what's up and all i got from them was our server is down..please wait a few days. Till this day, it doesn't work. Besides the fact they never rectified this...I also inquired if it was possible to request a certain color. They tell me they do carry it but they do not guarantee the color when it ships. "Thats our policy, sir" How this makes any sense, I will never know.  
 
The funny thing about the customer service here is that there isn't one. They do nothing to help you after you make your order and they are also rude when you try to get help from them. When you find yourself knowing that the person you're talking to isn't going to help you at all, you move to find someone else i.e. a supervisor or manager. It was 2 in the afternoon and they tell me that none of those ppl are in the office, they're gone...just gone for the day...went home..blah blah...why?! because they work from 9-1...amazing!! Mobilebee supervisors/managers work 4 hr days!  
 
So in conclusion, bad customer service with the lack of fulfilling the needs of the customer and the lying, ridculous sales process and questionable store policies. I had no choice but to cancel my order because why would anyone want to buy from this company? The headache that a customer has to go through to save a buck is not worth it. DO NOT BUY FROM MOBILEBEE if you're looking for service.

I have the same complaints as many other reviewers here. I was told a phone was "in-stock" and placed an order. Its now almost a week later, and I am told the phone is out of stock and they don't know when it will be. In addition their customer service is terrible. I would NEVER! do business with this company again.

I purchased a Sony Ericsson W800i cell phone from this merchant. It arrived timely but was obviously a "grey" market phone which had been unlocked. A few weeks ago the phone began malfunctioning. I called Sony and they said they would fix it under warranty but would have to re-lock it. When I called Mobilebee about this, they said they could fix it but it would take "3 or 4 months"!!! The only thing they seemed concered about was that I not cancel my contract with TMobile (I suspect because that would affect the kickback TMobile gives them for signing up a new customer). These people obviously care nothing about their customers and are complete scammers. Please do not purchase anything from them.

Been led around too much on this matter. Ordered phone with next day air. Told it takes 1-2 days to process. Fine. Three days later given tracking number. Never moves, always says "Billing Info Received". Finally given a story that "the phone was being tested before being shipped out. We always test phones. Phone was defective, no more in stock. Waiting on supplier. You will recive refund by end of day."  
 
No refund 2 days later. I will cancel this order and make sure to buy from a reputable company next time. Under normal circumstances I'd give them the benefit of doubt, but not after reading up on them around the internet. Seems common practice for this company. Do not be seduced by their low prices, you end up paying for it in the end.

VERY DISSATISFIED - NEVER AGAIN.  
 
AVOID MOBILEBEE at all costs! I ordered a Panasonic VS6, and it was not delivered (see footnote). I have been trying to get a refund for more than 4 weeks. Goods ordered 24 May. Undelivered. After several email, finally on June 22 2006, I received the following message:  
 
Your Customer Care Case # is 10831.  
 
Dear xxx,  
 
We\'ve received a check from UPS. Your credit card will be refunded in 2-3 business days.  
 
Best Regards,  
Mobilebee.com  
 
Nothing was paid. After writing a strongly-worded email, I received another response shown below, on July 6 2006:  
Thank you for contacting Mobilebee.com Customer Support  
 
Your Customer Care Case # is 10831.

We received a check from UPS. Procession of refund of your credit card has been started today. It may take 3-4 business days.

Ordered Nokia N80 at about 4PM EDT, which website reported "Availability: Available". Expected it to ship on Wednesday, 6/14. The total cost was reserved on my credit card on 6/14. No shipment notification or other communicae was made by them to me. Late Monday night, I sent them an e-mail asking for its status. At 2PM on Tuesday, 6/20, I used a live chat customer service feature to speak with a representative after no reply to my email. The rep. informed me simply that the phone was out of stock, and was expected in stock on June 22 or 23. Immediately thereafter a reply to my email was recieved. It specified that there were verification problems in my payment information (Billing and shipping matched, and it's the only address on my credit card), and asked for my creditors phone number to verify further details. Immediately replied, of course, without mentioning the first person saying it was out of stock. At 10PM that night, I once again used the online customer service chat to find out which story was true. Both were, this rep claimed. So I waited to Friday, June 24th at 4:30PM. No new info recieved. As such, I once again used the chat and was told they expected the phone in on June 26 or 27 now. I cancelled the order and went with a competitor of theirs. Saved $15, and ordered at 4:45pm .. it was in the mail that day. Mobilebee's website never reported availability problems with the phone on their website. Horrible service, contradicting information, and 10 days wasted.

BUYER BEWARE!!! We ordered a phone through Mobilebee.com. They did not ship the product as described. Ours came with a Spanish keyboard and manual - which is useless to an english-speaking Canadian. Their policy is that they can't guarantee an English phone will arrive, and they won't reimburse you the s/h or duty, nor pay for the return freight, even though the fault was their own. We are out almost $200 even though we returned the phone. Buy your phone somewhere else.

Before I start my review - on this site and the mobilebee forums, mobileblah.com, it seems that all (well, most) positive comments use the same broken english! Here, two reviews from different people use identical sentences! what are the chances...  
Unacceptably poor customer service.  
Product was listed as available, was not in stock.  
Mobilebee made no effort to inform me of this.  
Charged card, including charge for fast shipping, without telling me it would be at least 10 days before shipment.  
Mobilebee made no attempt to get me my product as promised.  
Previous purchases have been problematic, but not this bad.  
I can offer the perspective of time, here, in that my first purchase was mad more than 2 years ago. It was tough to communicate then, but my phone was great and as described. Next order, last year was great, and as described, but the shipping process was horrible and they charged me twice - I had to have my bank kill the second because they denied doing it. This last time was just that - my last.
