This is not the first time I buy from Broadway and each time I got a positive experience, especially this time: I got an international trip on this Satrrday, but noticed last Friday that my camara was broken. Then I rushed in and found a good one (Panasonic ZS3) from Broadway with a good price. I was worried that I won't be able to receive it before I leave. I made a order (with three day delivery) and called Broadway on Monday, talked about my concern. They shipped my order on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. This is really amazing and I am very happy about it. Really a marvelous service!
By the way, Broadway usually offers a good price and I always go to their site to compare before buying.
I just wanted it to be noted that I spent time this morning on the phone with Ronald confirming and in the end modifying a camera order and he was AMAZING!!! In today’s world where customer service is usually a joke he was a wonderful breath of fresh air. So extremely nice and helpful! Ultimately because of his attitude and helpfulness I spent an additional $500 with your company. I have always been a Broadway Photo fan, ever since I bought the original Canon Rebel ages ago. And this experience just reaffirms why you guys are the only way to go! Thank you so much for daring to stand out and be different in a world that has quit investing in excellent service.
I ordered an Olympus E-620 2 lens kit from Broadway Photo. The pricing was the best that I could find anywhere. The customer service more than satisfactory and their shipping was extremely fast. I ordered my camera on a Thursday and it was shipped the next day. The package contained everything I was supposed to receive and in excellent condition. My experience with this purchase was great and I would recommend this company for online purchases.
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Broadway Photo. I ordered a DMC-Z3 Panasonic Camera on Tuesday evening the 13th of Oct. I called the next day to confirm the order and was treated courteously. I was told that the order would be processed and shipped that day or the next. The following day I got an email with a tracking number. I tracked the package and it had already arrived in my general area. Unfortunately it was Friday and I had to wait until Monday. It came in 6 days after purchase. Free Shipping worked out great. The product is exactly what I ordered and I am very pleased. I have purchased several camera's from Broadway Photo over several years and have been pleased with all of them and the prices. I would check reviews on the camera's that I thought I wanted to get and then would look for the lowest priced places and I always came back to Broadway Photo. I have recommend Broadway Photo to others that are looking to buy cameras as well due to the pricing satisfaction that I like. I could not of purchased some of the digital cameras that I got from Broadway Photo, if I had got them someplace else.

This is my fourth time purchasing a digital SLR camera in the last 8 years from this company. I called and spoke with Eric to place my order and he was efficient, professional, and informative without being pushy. He patiently explained all of my options and came up with the right camera outfit for me. My order went smoothly and my camera arrived the next day (today)...two days before promised. Every sale experience that I have done with Broadway Photo has been top notch. I highly recommend their store...and Eric.
I orderd a nikon d90 kit from broadway photo and the product was dead on arrival. I figured this would happen from reading all the bad reviews online. I saw on their website that they were under new management so i called right away. I spoke to customer service and they set up the exchange for me with out any problems. I sent the camera back they even refunded me for my return shipping as well. My new camera just arrived and its perfect its a full usa model. I was hesitant to purchase from Broadway because of the reviews I read online. But shopping with American Express, I feel that I am protected in the event of any fraudulent activities. Well I called and spoke to the sales rep and he confirmed that my Camera was a US Model, Brand New, Not refurb, has OEM lens and is covered under US warranty. I decided to shop around and could not find a lower price for a US model. I called around 6pm on Wednesday evening to place my order. I used 3 AMEX gift cards and my own AMEX card. I was asked once if I would like "any memory cards or batteries"; and I said no. I inquired about shipping, because I would have liked it before the weekend, however I didn't want to pay for overnight. To my surprise the camera was delivered on Friday at 9:30am with the free Ground shipping. 39 hours later. Awesome. I called Canon and verified that the unit is in fact a US Model and brand new not refurb and they confirmed. I checked my credit card and the correct amount is pending; not posted yet. I had probably the most pleasant and easiest experience with Bwayphoto. The exact opposite of all the bad reviews. I would definitely recommend. Oh, 1 more thing; I didn't get a shipping confirmation email right away, so I inquired via email and I had a response within 30 minutes via email that it shipped and I could expect the email. I called today and requested pricing on Epson PowerLite S6. Ronald was extremely helpful and made some very good suggestions. Since I am a novice of using this product, I was most appreciated of his assistance.

I had a very positive experience with Broadway. I ordered the wrong camera and they exchanged it without any problems. The sales person was very accommodating.
