Initial order cancelled after several days due to lack of stock. Sloppy, but it happens. Then I was double charged for the initial order plus the replacement order. Again sloppy, but it happens. Received first netbook, which had a serious screen defect. I requested an RMA immediately and got one within days, but shipping was at my expense and the replacement appeared to be open box but unused. Within three weeks, the replacement failed to charge. I contacted ZZF and they refused to replace again, on the grounds that I was outside their initial 30 day return policy. Very disappointed in the overall experience, and I do not intend to purchase from them again.
