Ordered a router from ZZF early on Weds, great price through coupon. Paid extra for 2 day shipping figuring that 24hrs to process and ship the order - would get it for the weekend.  
 
Waste of time paying for express shipping, order took two days to turn around. Sat in "processed" for 36hrs. Would probably use them again, but I'd wouldn't place them high in the list against other e-tailers.

I placed an order on 7/31. It went into "Packaged" status by the end of that day (Friday). On Monday it was still in "Packaged" status. I called Tuedsay morning 8/4 and they said the Netbook I ordered was on back order and they got some in that day.  
 
They already charged my card for something they didn't have in stock on Monday.  
They said on the site that something they didn't have in stock was packaged.  
I received no explanation other then that item is really popular.  
 
Finally got it on 4/6 which wasn't bad considering all the other nightmares. Now I have to RMA it because the bevel around the LCD is loose in one corner. I won't see it for about another 3 weeks since zipzoomfly (or zapzoomflop) won't cross ship..

There is a reason why NewEgg kicks these guys butts. I ordered items from both NewEgg and ZipZoomFly within minutes of each other on a Sunday evening. Monday morning I got delivery confirmation from the Egg, Tuesday ZipZoomFly called (the girl was rude and short with me) to confirm the order to process it, Wednesday they shipped it. Thursday my items from the egg arrived - still waiting another 5-7 business days for the ZipZoomFly order to arrive.

I STILL have not received this item. Their customer service is not responsive, and is blaming Fedex. They're 'waiting for a report from Fedex'. It will be 6 weeks this Friday that this claim has been ongoing. They will not issue a credit or refund, and do not care AT ALL about business. I just get the brush off. I'll never order from this company again.

I have always been very satisfied with ZZF service, speed of shipping, and DOA resolution. I'd do business with them again.

ZipZoomFly is a company I use often for Computer component purchases. Low Prices, Great Customer Service, Excellent Selection and speedy shipping make ZipZoomFly at the top of my list.

Take so long to ship. I bought on friday and it was shipped on wednesday.

I bought a laptop memory from zipzoomfly.com. It never was shipped, though the status indicate the memory was packed.  
I contact them. They said the product is out of stock. In fact then have been still selling it~~.  
quick response though, I would never get anything from it.  
and strongly not recommended.

ZipZoomFly sent me a defective notebook. While this can happen to any reseller ZipZoomFly taught me a lesson in horrible customer service. I sent the item back for repair. Since it was DOA the notebook was pristine when it went back to ZipZoomFly. First they trashed it, finger prints, big gouges and scratches, then they refused to repair it and said we could send it to the manufacturer. I guess the manufacturer might fix it but it will always look like I found it in the trash. Note: None of the packaging was damaged and all shipping occurred using the more than adequate original packaging. Therefore the mistreatment occurred when the notebook was out of the packaging.

Very low prices on certain items, primarily computer accessories, peripherals, and hardware. Very fast shipping. Excellent website. Very reliable. I've made four purchases from them.

Ordered a THERMALTAKE ST0005U Black X Plastic 2.5in & 3.5in SATA HDD Docking Station Retail and a HITACHI Deskstar 7K1000.B 1TB SATA II 7200 RPM 16MB Buffer Hard Drive (Bulk) both arrived well and both worked as advertised.

No problem...wide screen monitor arrived quickly with zero problems. This was my second order from ZipZoomFly and both have been positive experiences.
