DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I bought a product that had great reviews (laptop computer). Did all my research and found the best price on this site. The laptop they sent me turned out to have a bad keyboard. I returned it to them to have replace the unit. Instead of replacing it, they told me that their returns department found nothing wrong with it.  
 
When I called them to dispute, I spoke with their Customer Service Manager. He couldn't resolve the issue for me and aside from that, he was incredibly frustrating to talk to. I felt like I was being scammed because they wouldn't give me a working unit nor did they let me talk to anyone else except for the customer service manager who couldn't handle the problem. They kept pushing back the disfunctional unit to me and said that it was working properly.  
 
Luckily I made the purchase on an AMEX card. Their customer service is great! I told them the situation and they told me not to accept the unit when it was returned to me. They refunded my money and told me they would handle the issue with zipzoomfly.  
 
Do not buy from Zipzoomfly.com!

Delivery time was excellent. Store was acceptable. I am really upset that they "partnered" with a seriously scammy ad company (came up as a pop up before the order page would show up "save $10 on your next purchase, it'll only cost you $13 per month". Uh, no. I think I'll stick with their competitors.)  
 
Good luck ZZF. I will not be purchasing from you again while you have said ads. Please, by all means let me know when those ads go away, and I'll consider giving you a second chance. If you're willing to "share" my info with them, then I'm willing to "share" my opinion of scammers and scam facilitators.

Terrible! I recieved a box containing a power supply and nothing else. No cables, no manuals, nothing! Site clearly states it's a retail package and that it includes several cables. I am unable to use my new computer because I have to figure out what to do next. I may have to spend another $80 to buy ANOTHER power supply just so I can get the cables. I politely sent an e-mail to ZZF containing my order number and asking for help and they said they were "unable" to look into my case any further. That's it. Didn't provide any suggestions or help whatsoever, just flat out refused.  
 
Tell me with a straight face an online electronics resaler doesn't keep a record of every single transaction it's ever made. Bull**** you're "unable" to look into my order.  
 
I've always been a loyal Newegg.com customer and I thought I'd try someone new because the prices seemed competitive. BIG MISTAKE. If you're going to buy computer parts, do yourself a favor and buy from Newegg.com. Much better customer service is well worth the extra couple bucks you may or may not pay.  
 
If I lived near Newark, CA I'd be driving over to ZZF's HQ to pitch this PSU through their window.

Very bad no wonder they used to have a different name on the website.  
they send me a different product and after I returned it they charge me 15% stocking fee when I didn't even open the package the package is new and they will sell that to someone and I get charged.  
This is my first and last time that I buy from this company.

I am an IT manager, and my technical level is very high.  
 
Bought and received laptop, and it blue screens (BSOD =Blue Screen Of Death) several times per day.  
 
Send it back, and they would not offer me replacement, stating that warranty skicker is damaged (and it is not). I asked for refund, and they won't even think about that.  
 
They said to wait 2-3 weeks for manufacturer to do extensive testing. College just started, and I am looking at close to a month without a laptop that I paid for, at best.  
 
I just filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and I am contesting the charge now with my credit card bank.  
 
I will not buy from them again, and will advise others to avoid them, as well.

I purchased from ZZF even though I have heard negative things about them. The item was incompatible and the manufacturer stepped up and corrected the issue, but what ZZF did in their return offer was simply devious.  
 
After speaking with their representative regarding a return and even willing to eat the restocking fee, I was told that I was past the window to return the product even though I had only has the product for a few days.  
 
The long and short of it is that their counting for day of return starts the moment the item is purchased. Not shipped or received, but the time you order it. By the time they actually processed the order, slowly since I did not pay for a timely processing, and shipped it, the majority of my return window was gone.  
 
It gets even better. According to the representative, they return days count includes Saturday and Sunday. They justify this since you can apply for a return on weekends so such day count in return counter.  
 
Odd that the same cannot be said for refunds. When it comes to refunding your money, it is business day only that are counted.  
 
There is a reason that ZZF doesn’t participate here. CNET certification is a joke. Shopper.com uses eopinions.com for ratings. EO is a bigger joke being admined and run by volunteers who are notorious for silencing opinions and reviews they do not agree with. Even then, look at the recent positive reviews on sites like EO and PriceGrabber. One-off positives with little details in most cases.  
 
Even with all those suspicious positives, take a look at the more recent reviews. More and more are negative. I wonder if ZZF will drop other cites once their ratings drop?

zipzoomfly.com listed free shipping and then refused to ship. Then zipzoomfly charged a restocking fee cheating me out of $21.78. I urge any individual who is thinking of purchasing to not buy from this sleasy company.

ZipZoomFly always has some of the best prices on the internet. Service is excellent, and shipping speed is great. I have never been disappointed with an order from ZZF. I always check there first when I need electronics gear. You can also follow their twitter feed at @ZZFDEALS for tons of great deals.

Sometimes ZZF has lower price - and that's not nessesary a good thing - it can be the start of a shopping nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS, AT ANY COST! I ordered two hard drives from ZZF. It took one full week for delivery. Upon testing one of them was dead. Put into priority mail for RMA the very second day. Received the replacement after another week - again damaged and DOA. Called them and they said 15 day return period was over and nothing they could do. So people, do not buy anything fragile from ZZF, or you are taking your own huge risk, especially if your location is far away from their distribution center in California. I tried to file claim through Fedex, and ZZF refused to provide shipper's waiver, which cost them nothing. They claim they are customer-centric in the website - total BS. The customer service treats customers like enemies - they just don't care. I repeat - STAY AWAY FROM ZIPZOOMFLY.

I got a defective product and of course.. as i expected.. horrible customer service. they have no way of scratching out my shipping cost for a defective item?? you gotta be kidding me. I work for TigerDirect.com and we are trained to kiss our customers' behind and treat them like Gold.. these people don't care at all. Only reason I actually bought an item from them was because i couldn't (or didn't want to) wait the extra week or two till we had it in stock. You want to experience better customer service with a company that can actually control their shipping cost and do what's right for the customer when the situation calls for it?.. give me a call at TigerDirect.  
 
DO NOT trust these people with your money..

This is by far the worst experience we have ever had purchasing anything online. My wife and I purchased a 400$ netbook from these crooks almost a month ago now. The laptop came defective, as it kept freezing and crashing. I contacted them about it two weeks after the purchase.  
 
At first they said they'll replace it once a proper diagnosis is done. They received it and said they diagnosed it, and their so called diagnosis was "to turn it on", after 10 days of non-existant customer service a la chinese...nothing was done. They said they would refund us some of our money, by keeping a so called 15% restocking fee despite the item being defective. To this day, we have no laptop and no money was ever refunded to us. Please avoid these people at all costs, it's a big risk.  
 
This nightmare continues...just our story.

I ordered an ASUS EEE PC 1005HA-PU1X from ZZF on August 3, 2009 because they offered the best deal which included a RAM upgrade. The website indicated that the product was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. Later the same day, a lady called to confirm my order.  
 
Aug. 4 2009  
I checked the order status which indicated that they were still processing the order. I called them to ask why is it taking so long to process the order after they had already billed my CC. The lady said it was going to be packed and will be shipped that day.  
 
Aug. 5 2009  
I did not receive my tracking information for my purchase, so I called ZZF again. The lady said the product was in back ordered. So, since the website was wrong, and they did not inform me of the back order issue, I asked them to upgrade my shipment to 2-3 days. The lady gladly obliged.  
 
Aug. 7 2009  
Received confirmation that my purchase has been shipped and will be delivered on Aug. 10 2009.  
 
Aug. 9 2009  
Writing this post, will provide an updated post once my net book is delivered.  
 
Final comments:  
-Disappointed with their website, it should state if the product is in back order.  
-Satisfied with their customer service, the couple ladies I talked to were nice and upgraded my shipping for free.  
-Hopefully the net book will work on delivery, after reading the reviews on this website I do not want to deal with their RMA process.
