great as always. Free shipping is slow but its free, so if you want it faster than you should pay for the faster shipping

I have purchased items from ZZF for a number of years, without a hitch. Shipping can be slow for those on the east coast, since they seem to have only one distribution center (in California). But if you are in CA, and can swallow the recent sales tax hikes, ZZF is a good place to shop.

I was hesitant at first to order from ZZF after reading the reviews here. But as the item that I was looking for was the cheapest in ZZF (with MIR), I decided that I'll give it a try. Ordered the item Sunday night (10/25) and received it Wednesday (10/28). Now that's what I call quick service and no hassle. I'll definitely order from them again, if the price is right! Hello I have had relatively little experience with Zipzoomfly as i have only ordered about 5 things from them this year. But the items I have ordered from them All arrive in perfect condition with pretty decent shipping time. Zipzoomfly is starting to really compete with their prices and might end up being a steady place for me to order my electronics from. I have not needed to use their customer service or contact them so can't comment on that department but on prices and shipping they are great.

I ordered 6GB of memory on a Friday evening, as ZipZoomFly had it for the best price. I received an immediate order confirmation, and a shipping notice on Monday. The correct memory arrived two days later, immaculately packed.

Purchased an XFX 9500GT video card from ZZF. The VGA cooler on the video card didn't work properly and I was having trouble getting XFX to give me an RMA for the card.  
 
Thankfully, I spoke with a nice helpful CSR at ZZF, her name was Jennifer. She helped me get my card replaced. She was very diligent in calling me back after checking into the situation. I can't say enough about how well I was treated.

Ordered an Asus external DVD burner. Arrived the next day, very well packaged. Have never had a problem with a Zip Zoom Fly order over the last 4 years or so that I have purchased from them.

Fast shipping. Cheap price for the hardrive. they sent me the rebate form when i asked, they emailed it then. got it as soon as i talked to them. had to call to get it, forgot to get it, to get them to send it to me. good shipping.

I received immediate email acknowledging receipt of order and when the order would be processed. As promised, the order was processed on Monday and I received an email giving me the shipping details. Excellent speedy service and good communication on the process!

I've ordered a few times from these guys in the past and never had any problems with them. I can't comment on customer support since I've never had to bother with that. Maybe I'm just lucky.  
 
I placed an order on the 15th, and it was shipped out the next day and arrived on the 18th with no problems.  
 
As an online merchant myself, I realize how much more likely an unsatisfied customer is to write a negative review than a satisfied customer writing a positive review.
