I've been using Ontario Phone Cards for the last few months. I'm calling to India and getting CiCi phone card. Recently CiCi decreased rates to India to 5c/min. This is the best deal. The quality of line is great and CiCi has no hidden charges and gives exact minutes. Thanks to Ontario Phone Cards and CiCi.

This phone card store sells many calling cards, which are sold in our Pakistani stores, but advantage is that they send phone cards by email. Another good thing is that they remove calling cards, which nor longer offer good minutes. I use Ontario Phone Cards as an indicator if card is still good. Right now I use Good Time and CiCi phone card.
