I also order a Radeon 9800Pro from them. I have dealt with the company in the past (2 1/2 years ago) and back then their prices weren't the lowest. They seem to have improved much since then, however.  
 
Anyway, in regards to this purchase I'm quite satisfied. Product was as listed, and packaged well too. The shipping was a bit slow(about 5 business versus the 3 days of Fedex saver(west coast to east coast)), but that was due to UPS who is slowly becoming reknowned for being slow to deliver. They have other choices for shipping and I recommend choosing one of those. I will certaintly continue to use them in the future.

Ordered a Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro, it was shipped next day and arrived in about a week. Unfortunately I manged to chip a resistor off the card during install. Contacted Allstar, and they RMA'd the card, no questions asked. Great customer service, will buy from them again.

I've had good experiences purchasing from this company in the past. I won't buy from them in the future though because of the way they botched a recent order and refused to rectify the situtation. I ordered a Radeon card several weeks ago. At the time, the website indicated that the card was in stock. I received an email soon after saying that the item was out of stock and asked if would I like to cancel the order. I asked if they could hold the order for a week to see if they received more. KL at allstarshop agreed. The following week I noticed that the website showed they were in stock again so I assumed my order would ship. Then I received a notice that my order had been cancelled. I emailed KL and asked why my order was cancelled when they had more in stock within a week of my order and the website was still showing in-stock status. She responded that I needed to place my order again because the original order had been cancelled. So, I went to reorder the card but noticed the price had gone up by 15%. I emailed KL again and asked her to reinstate my original order because of the price increase. She responded back that she tried to but they were suddenly out of stock. So, within an hour of my verifying that they had the card in stock on their website, it was now mysteriously showing that they were out of stock again. She asked if I wanted to keep my order open. Why would I bother? I waited three weeks for a card that they had in stock and they never bothered to fulfill my order. I'll stick with Newegg from now on.

Ordered a high end grafix card FEDEX .. the FEDEX package was shipped to the wrong address and i had to go pick it up at FEDEX. Then when i get home the card is Dead. I am still waiting for my RMA 'replacement' card. Very dismayed with this company at this point.

Great seller I had a problem with a video card just a few days short of 1 year and they were great in giving me a RMA and I got a new replacement in about 2 weeks. They were very nice when I called then and were very helpful.

Allstarshop has some good prices and have shipped all my items ontime and packaged well. I buy alot of pc parts online as I do in home repairs part time. I have not had a good experience with RMA's or returns with Allstarshop though. When I send something back, I understand that the cost is on me, that I have no problem with as long as it isnt the companies fault or neglegence. However, the 30 day return policy is that...30 days, no if's and's or butts, no shipping time is included, which means if you order on the 23rd of any given month, the 23rd of the following month is the deadline!! period. I had to send a video card back one week after I bought it and because of shipping to and from I had a whole 10 days of warranty, needless to say, Im still waiting for my card to come back from repairs and the computer it goes in is down this whole time as I refuse to go buy another video card to use until it gets back. In short, if Allstarshop would clean up the return and RMA process to a higher standard they would be a good company, but because of their Return process I wont be buying from them in the future, I need more than 10 days of warranty and 10 weeks to return an item is crazy, which is their policy on rma's after 30 days, although they tell me it will only take a few weeks instead, I am real skeptical.., I will post the outcome of my rma experience and the time it took for me to get it back at a later date.

I bought an ATI Radeon 9800 pro 128MB DDR after seeing their competitive price listed on pricewatch. I was leery at first, as I have narrowed my purchasing preferences to a few sites that I've been using for year. I checked out the feedback on a few sites for this shop, and felt confident enough to make a purchase. They did not let me down, as they were very professional all the way from checkout to delivery notification to packing the product for shipping. The credit for the product should probably go to ATI itself, but AllStar did a fine job of helping me find the right card and getting my purchase to me in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service. I wish I had never ordered from this company. After a problem that I could not have forseen, and they did not warn me about, all I get is "tough luck, and thanks for letting us charge you 15% to 're-stock' this item, oh yea, and make sure to ship it well cause you will pay for all of it and if its broken when it gets here, it's your fault too."  
 
Now I am in the hole $30 and I have lost 15 days of computer use and have nothing to show for it. Their phone customer support was horrible and they did not even read my RMA email and the problem I was having, instead they sent me a generic email back telling me tough luck.

Ordered a sapphire ATI 9500 video card from them. If some of you don't know you can mod this card into a 9700. It modded fine and I am very pleased with the card. Of cource they do not garantee that the card will mod but I was lucky.

Ordered Sapphire 9500 on 11/15. Received order on 11/20. Good so far. Card ran OK for a couple of days.  
On 11/22/2003 I started noticing slight corruption of graphics. Upon rebooting the display had become a big pattern of blocks So I filled out there RMA request form online, ( All RMA applications must be filed online, something to consider) and awaited a response. The next business day I received an email saying I had not given them the correct serial number from the card (there were 3 to choose from) so I re-sent every number listed on the card. Received the RMA number the next day 11/25/2003 and shipped it out that same day.  
Forward to 12/4, haven't heard a word from them, so I checked the RMA status on their website;  
The RMA was received on 12/1/2003 and was tested on 12/1/2003  
The RMA is pending for parts allocation.  
The RMA will be completed no later than 12/15/2003.  
(Hopefully it won't be too much longer than a month after my order that I receive a working card.)  
I called the RMA phone number they provided in an email hoping for a little clarification and got zero info/help from the cutomer service rep. This was my first & last dealing with this company as I am not at all satisfied with their service when it comes to returns. I actually came here before buying it and figured the relatively good rating was worth the gamble. It would seem that all the people giving good ratings have not had to return anything, as further reading of comments showed me the majority of the bad ratings are from people who had to return something. I regret not using newegg as I normally do. The few dollars less in price isn't worth it in the long run...

I purchased a Sapphire 9500np 128 board with 256bit memory from them. It works flawlessly and more (if you know what I mean). I am very happy and thank them for a great product, prompt service, and fast shipping.
