Called at 11am PST to verify the video card I wanted was in stock and the lady on the phone said it was and if I got the order in before noon, it would ship the same day. Not two minutes after I put down the phone, I had ordered it online. Check the next day and it still hasn't shipped so I call again to find out what's going on; turns out the company is still shipping other orders so now, I would not receive the card by the end of the week. Now I paid an additional $20 for faster shipping because they couldn't process orders fast enough. Price on the card wasn't great and shipping is slow. Overall, I won't be going back. If Newegg can provide a decently-priced and quickly-shipped part, why can't Allstar?

Really pleased with the price of my order and the speed of shipping! I called to confirm my order once they opened out there on the west coast and got the green light that everything was on track and sure enough I had shipping info in my inbox at the end of the day. Go ahead and order from these guys, I will again.

I bought a Radeon 9800 Pro on May, 16 2005. It was the cheapest price I could find! Recently it began bugging out and finally died on me. Thanks to their nice system I was able to find out that I was still in the warranty period.  
I shipped my card and recieved a new one back within 2 weeks(which is very decent).  
 
I am very satisfyied with this company!

I purchased a Sapphire RADEON 9800 ATLANTIS 128MB 128-bit DDR AGP8X TVO/DVI (OEM). It was in a retail box with a driver disk. The item appeared to be defective as it had a white reside around all the capacitors on the card. They told me this was normal and was probably flux. The card went out after 6 months. I got an RMA, packaged it in the original box as received with driver disk, and I paid to send it back. The resent the card saying it had tested fine. It was DOA! I called and got another RMA packaged it in the box as received with driver disk, and paid again to send it back. This time they said it was bad. They said they would make good on it. I received the card in a flimsy box with no driver disk. It is the same card with the white residue. I have a picture but nothing near the quality it was. I believe they sent me a refurbished card represented as a new card. They will not return my calls and have not returned my driver disk. Watch out for this merchant!

I wanted one of the new Sapphire X800 GTO2's SO bad. Everybody seemed to be out of them BUT Allstarshop. I watched the prices for a week, and they seemed pretty stable around $250, so when AllStarshop offered the free shipping on the card I jumped.  
 
Website was very easy to use, tracking was grand, they expedited my order so it was in the mail asap (although if I had to do it over again I would have paid a few extra bucks for a faster delivery service - waiting 5 days for the free ground service was painful).  
 
Everything arrived perfectly and in working order. I LOVE my new X800 GTO2, especially now that it's modded.

I bought a Radeon 9800 from them, since I've been needing up grade my 9200 for some time now. When I got it, I had all sorts of isssues with it, I ended up sending it back and got a new one right quick. Cheap and fast, just like my...well, you know ;)

First time ordering with Allstarshop.com No problems at all! Ordered a Motherboard and Win XP on Sunday evening and had the box on Wed. morning. Fast, good selection, good prices and an easy website to move around in. Will be back!

Bought a Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 nForce4 motherboard from ASS and it was received defective - it becomes unstable while running 3D apps (Aquamark3D, Call of Duty, Battlefield 1942). Board is NOT O/Ced and is set to DEFAULT in BIOS. Swapped RAM, video card and PS and it locks up anywhere from immediately to 10-15 minutes after starting 3D app.  
 
Allstarshop basically told me to go pound sand - NO refund, NO exchange. They told me I had to go through Gigabyte for any return/repair -- let me tell ya, so far THAT'S been an ordeal I wouldn't wish on anyone. After nearly 2 weeks worth of e-mails (no actual people work at Gigabyte, apparently), they finally e-mailed me 2 forms to fill out to APPLY for an RMA number. I don't have a good feeling about this, either.  
 
That $155 for the motherboard was the last cash you will ever receive from me. Hope it was worth it to you.

Got what I wanted fast and cheap. Received a tracking number within 24 hours. What more could you want?

I have ordered many item from this store. Everything has been shipped on time and with tracking info provided by email. All of the items have been as described on the web site and phone sales support is easily accessible and friendly. I live about 12 miles away from them and will call pick-up is fast and efficient. After about 15 orders, this is the best on-line computer parts store that I have dealt with.
