poor service, very poor packaging methods, when you try to reach someone to leave a complaint, phone gets hung up in your face. if they were not the only store that had my item in stock, i would have not ordered from this chaos group. sad enough that people do not care in the customer service department. I will rather pay more next time and/or wait a couple more days, before i give this poor excuse of an respected company another cent.  
 
I ordered a 5870 gpu which arrived in a damaged retail packaging and was packed in a 3 x bigger package but placed all the way on the bottom of the package, why even bother stuffing some paper in it, the card bounced in the package like crazy.  
other resellers would have taken a note and actually thanked a person to report improper handling and packaging.  
 
in the end my gpu at least works. even tho the xfx box is ready for the dumpster.

I always check TigerDIrect.com first. Great prices, timely shipping and excellent customer service. I haven't received this item yet (just ordered it today), but I will update this review once I receivce the item. However, based on previous experience with TigerDirect, I have no concerns.

Jorge was tremendously helpful in assisting me with a reroute of a package. I had previously spoken with another Associate who had failed to follow through on executing the reroute.  
 
Jorge took command. He walked the reroute to his Supervisor, gained approval, called UPS and effected the necessary reroute in a few minutes; with aplomb. He is one of the best Customer Service Representatives I have ever dealt with...at any Company.

Tiger has the very fastest and most reasonably priced shipping of any equipment seller I've ever ordered from. Their quality is always excellent and their prices among the lowest.

Tigerdirect's site is great. Prices are reasonable and shipments arrive in a timely manner. Only if I can't find it at Tiger Direct do look else where.

I'm Ray I Just Ordered a AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Socket AM2 Box CPU 3.01 and I wanted to know if my Motherboard work with this CPU . The Man I talked to took the time to find my Motherboard wich was a M2N32-SLI Deluxe and told me it would work . I Tell you What Tiger Direct knows what they are talking about . Worst Customer experience. I had ordered a PC from the on Sept 29, with a delivery date of Oct 5-8. My CC was charge on Sept 29. On Oct 9 they again advertise the PC, but this time at a higher price. My friend didnt get in on the deal the same time as I did, and paid a higer price than I on Oct 9th. He got his PC shipped on Oct 10th. I called Tigerdirect on Oct 10th about my status, and they said they were sold out and refunded me my CC. What happen to my CC not being charged until shipped? Then they resold my PC that I ordered at a higher price later!

Ordered computer on the 29th. Was told I had to fax in my lease agreement (was told I couldn't e-mail this). After faxing info they "never got it." I found this scary as it was my lease agreement with my personal information.  
 
After talking to an honest CSR I was told I never actually had to fax the info and that I could have e-mailed it... So I did.  
 
Well it is two weeks later and the computer I ordered has been "Backordered" since day one.  
 
The funny thing is THEY SOLD THEM ON FRIDAY THE 9th of this month and shipped same day via COMPUSA...  
 
Last night I was told I won't be receiving the computer after all (I had to call them btw)  
 
The CSR said that it was never sold on Friday and no one else is receiving these units..
